He was referring to all the village members present in the library.
"After all, it is a library!!" he said quite loudly. The librarian came up, smacked his head, and threw him out the door. He hit the dirt face first, and was a little shocked.
"Don't I get a warning of some sort before being booted from the library?"

Here even HAVING the power to begin with means that she survived Itachi's little episode in Konoha a few years back. She was an infant, and was somehow looked over, or just left to live, like Sasuke was. If she was an infant and fought off Itachi, I couldn't even imagine it."
"Also, regarding Fang, his blood shows trace amounts of several Kekkai Genkai, including Sharingan, Byakugan, Ice Manipulation, among others. His chakra isn't one with any of them though, meaning his body is rejecting them, or he just doesn't know how to use them. Do you follow so far?"
