Terra laughed openly at Rylee's take on Noren's behavior as she followed her friend out the door. She was still giggling a little as she closed the door behind her and rubbed at the spot the her ribs had been prodded at. The proposal seemed so humorously absurd, but at the same time, as Terra gazed over at the precarious wolf, it seemed so fitting. Why else would Noren be so uptight when Luke was near her?
Finally managing to gain control of her laughter, Terra noticed the awe-inspiring portrait that was the unaltered wild of the forest. She stood beside Rylee and followed her gaze across the beautiful scene, finding herself grinning once more.
She contemplated where might be a fun place to venture off to when Luke spoke his opinion in reply to Rylee's open question.
"Yeah, Rylee, know any good lakes? I'm up for that... if the land is this beautiful, than I can only imagine what the water must be like."

Valerye watched the three, plus the wolf, leave from the treehouse. She waited for Emmia to come back, not wanting their host to think that they had all left, though the elf could probably find them easily enough even if they did wander off. Valerye sighed. She was always being left out of social gatherings and the like at school, but at least here... here, it was different. Valerye took a couple more starberries and sat on the bed Luke had occupied, deep in thought.

Rylee grinned at Terra's laughter, glad that she could make her friend laugh. At both Luke and Terra's question, Rylee crossed her arms and looked off to the side, racking her brain for a suitable answer. She thought for a moment before she looked back at the other two.
"There aren't any lakes near by. Just some ponds and streams, and who knows what's floating around in there," she said with a grimace, "But there is a really nice bath house by the market," she added.
"I've been there once or twice, it's really quite relaxing. How does that sound?" she asked looking between Terra and Luke, a grin fixed on her face. A movement coming from the house caught her eye and she looked up to see Valerye in the window. She turned back to the others. "Do we want to see if the others want to come?" she asked them.

Luke's head hangs a bit...he seems dissappointed.
"There aren't any...waterfalls or anything nearby?

((DAH! Sorry Wolven, I've been caught up in a lot of stuff... that's the thing about multiple characters, its hard to keep up with them all. Well, I can't reply until Monday night, when I get back from vacation. A reply for you will be the first thing I do!))

Marael watched Luke, Terra, and Rylee leave thoughtfully. She wasn't sure she liked them wandering around by themselves. Then again, they did have Noren with them, and none of them were exactly helpless. But some small part of her wanted to sneak off and follow them from a distance. Just to make sure nothing happens with their magic, she assured herself, then shook her head. She sounded like a worrying mother hen.
She heard a sigh and turned to see Valerye move to sit on the now empty bed.
"You did not want to go with them?" She asked, glancing out at the window at the three figures on the ground. "They are still close enough for you to catch up, you know."

"That would be nice, but I feel like I'd be barging in on them... Besides, Emmia never said when she would be back, right?" Still, Valerye wondered if they would mind her joining them. "Hey, Marael, do we all have magic?"

Marael shrugged.
"I do not expect they would feel you were barging in if you accompanied them, but it is your choice. And yes. All of you have magic. All elves have magic as well, but to varying degrees of power. Some choose not to use it at all, which is of course, their prerogative. But most use it. Personally, I find we use it almost too much." She replied with a sigh.

Rylee caught Luke's disappointed look and bit her lip, trying to think of a good place. There may not have been many great areas for outdoor bathing, especially one with a waterfall, but she thought she should have been able to think of one. Besides the waterfall from where others had been training, she couldn't think of many others. She paused at the thought and rubbed the back of her neck nervously. 'Oh. Right,' she blinked, feeling like an idiot.
"What about the spring we were at earlier?" she asked with a smile. "It had a waterfall didn't it? We could always go back there," she added, hoping that that sounded like a good idea.

"Yeah. That'd be great! Though...you'd have to guide...not sure I could know the way."
He grins a bit.

Rylee nodded. "Sounds good," she said with a smile. She turned her head to the side absently to look in the direction of the spring, The route they needed to take already springing into her mind. With a smile she looked back and walked over to pat Noren on the head. "Alrighty, let's go," she said spinning on her heel to start down the path and towards the spring.

Emmia nodded, and turned on her heels, leading the way.
"I'm sure they are... but its just a half a mile or so north of here. It shant take long." she said over her shoulder, grinning as she went.
"Come along, then."
Her pace was steady as she scanned the trees ahead of them and felt instantly familiar with where she was headed. She turned her head, making sure the two were still following her.
"So what have you been up to for so long, Thayli? I don't remember you ever speaking of Lethia before... not that I'm not happy you came." She first spoke to Thayli, then directed the lasy bit to Lethia.
Terra smiled, following after Rylee with a bit of a skip in her step. She walked to Noren after Rylee had pat his head, his tail still wagging from the smallest bit of attention.
His head turned to glance at Terra and their eyes met in a brief stare before the wolf softened and came to stand beside her. She smiled again and ruffled his fur before straightening up and walking along behind Rylee. She looked back at Luke with a grin and a slight wink.
"Come on, let's get moving!" she exclaimed with a playful laugh.

Luke, with that same old grin, begins to hobble along behind the girls and Noren. He seems kinda quiet, though...
His mind races from thought to thought...how his hands exploded into flames...how everyone seems to have some sort of potential...how he seems to be the only guy here...
