Aubry jumped up as the first fireball had gotten close. the other ones were close behind, so she did a few simple maneuvers to make the fire balls bump into each other and explode. she threw some energy at the last one as it exploded with red and blue hints. her knife was steaming when she was done.

Aubry narrowly dodges the bullets that came from the "gun", but wasn't fast enough for the fireballs. one of her wings caught on fire. she rapidly made the fire go out as she looked at the wing. she bit her lip to make sure she didn't yell in pain.
