The moon now hung over the empty night skys. Inuyasha heard a loud howling noise. He kept walking along side Yuki, but he felt that she could feel the presence of an ominous thing as well. A strange tingling sensation appeared where he had felt the pain before. Something strange was happening.

"InuYasha! Yuki!" Kumi caught up with them. "I feel an ominous arua around here..I felt a bigger one but it stopped when I pulled this out of the ground." Kumi showed InuYasha the item. "Do you guys know what it is..?" Kumi looked at InuYasha "Kikyo troubles.." *sigh*

Inuyasha looked closely at the object in Kumi's hand. "I don't know what it is, but I can feel the aura too." He looks to the sky. "It's darker than usual."

"I'm gonna kill him when I find him!" Inuyasha shouted. He scanned around to look for any trace of Naraku.

Kumi had a sudden impulse. She took a deep breath. "Kikyo!?"

"WOULD YA SHUT UP ABOUT KIKYOU ALREADY!?!?!" Inuyasha snapped. The same place where it had hurt before on his head began to sting a bit. He rubbed it to stop the sting. "She said goodbye, didn't Yuki tell you, she doesn't want to see me anymore." He half whispered.

Kagome felt a little bad about what she was thinking earlier. She shook her head and decided to go back home. She told Sango, "I'm going to head home for a while ok? You don't have to tell the others I'm sure that I won't be missed." Kagome sighed and started to walk off.

*Kikyo had her bow in hand and was aiming for them all.The sound of Naraku's voice could be heard. Her eyes were full of emptyness and sorrow*
Naraku:*evil laugh* "Now to face the same fate as you once did with her Inuyasha. However all of you will join them!"
*Kikyo pulled back the arrow and tears fell down her cheeks. She tried to hold back,but couldn't*
"I am sorry........"
*She let go of the arrow and hit did not know who she hit. She just fired at them all.*

Inuyasha's sleeve was suddenly caught agains't a tree. "Huh?...an arrow?" Inuyasha turns and looks past the trees. "KIKYOU! So this is what you ment by goodbye!?!" Inuyasha tried not to tremble with his anger boiling inside. I didn't feel her presence, something's wrong with me! I feel strange. He ripped the arrow from his sleeve, and broke it with one hand. "I don't want to fight you...not ever again."

As Kagome walked towards the well, she had a strange feeling inside of her. I don't know why, but I feel like I should stay and follow Inuyasha. But I don't want to. I don't want to feel that same pain again. But...wait...I already do feel it, don't I? She thought to herself. "Alright! I should follow my intuition and instincts and just go with it!" Kagome dropped her backpack and picked up her arrows. Then she ran after where her instincts led her.

Kagome ran up the path as fast as she could. What is this feeling? It's like my body is being dragged to this place. Kagome thought as she ran. She stopped when she reached a glowing light.

"Possesed?" Inuyasha could feel it now too. She wasn't doing this of her free will. Relief filled his head as well as anger towards, who else, Naraku. "Naraku enough of your sick ideas! Come fight me yourself instead of hiding behind other people!" Inuyasha could smell Kagome now coming up fast through the forest.

Kagome slowed down to a halt and his behind a tree. She peeked and saw Inuyasha looking over in her way and she also noticed that there was something wrong with Kikyo. She quickly retracted behind the tree, because she felt embarassed and guilty for even being there.
