it wouldn't make much of a difference if it did anything to her... she's... not that bad ::for some reason, Nia feels forced to be brutally honest:: she just hates me that much... ::glancing at Remmy:: you really mean it? ::suspcion heavy in both tone and expression:: you wouldn't mind me coming over and taking care of it?

Remmy smiled. "It's not that big of a deal. My flowers would be glad for the company, both yours and the plant's. And I'm either at college or working in my garden so I won't really mind. Besides, you'll be tending the flower and I can help you learn how to nurture it properly and I can let you start a rose garden for yourself if you'd like, for your mom's grave."

i... guess... sure... i think she might like the rose garden thing... ::thinking aloud to herself:: and... it'd be nice to actually be able to have something i can take care of... maybe Bren'd like to help.... sure... ::smiles a bit at Remmy:: why not? thanks...

Remmy nodded and smiled. "It's no big deal. It'd be cool if your friend came too, the more the merrier. I guess I should probably show you where my house is after we get out of the park." she said, looking up at the sky wistfully. Something she had always wanted to do was fly and it had been a dissapointment when she had gotten her power to manipulate plants and she hadn't found some way to fly.

Remmy smiled. "That would be good if I was any use at giving them. They would probably lead you way off somewhere you wouldn't have any clue which way to go. My house isn't that far from here really so it won't be that big of a deal. Unless we're really far away from your house." she said a bit worriedly.

::she starts to say that they weren't, then stops and looks around, blinking:: uh.... wait.... ::quickly retracing their steps to the graveyard and then picturing the route to her house, she winces:: kinda, i live on the other side of the cemetary... but if it's not far from here, then i can just vist my mom's grave on the way over.... i don't think she'll mind being a side trip

She nodded. "Alright. It's really not that far. I could walk you home and we could visit the graves together if you'd like. I only leave flowers for my mother, cousin, and twin on an everyday basis. I would go through flowers too quickly otherwise and not have any at all." She was musing again, looking up at the sky and longing to see sakura again. She hadn't seen the lovely blossoms in about a year.

why do you think i only do one rose a day? ::small shrug:: i tried more... but i couldn't really afford it... and i couldn't not go every day... but sure, visiting sounds good... you can tell me more about them, if it's not too painful

Remmy shrugged. "I miss them but I don't really think there's all that much to tell in truth. Yukito was my twin and he was very dear to me. He was a very deep person and not many people understood him very well. And my cousin Renee...." she trailed off and looked at the ground. She didn't know if she'd ever be able to talk about him again. ((FYI: Renee is her cousin by marriage, they aren't blood relatives.))

Remmy shrugged and continued to look at the ground. "It's not that bad. My mom had cancer so in a way it was good that she died, she was in so much pain and they had done all they could. Yukito was hit by the car of a single mother who was working overtime on several jobs, she just fell asleep. Yuki died instantly, which was good. There's just not alot to tell, and no one to talk about really. I never see my dad or my mom's family. Alot of them are lying in that graveyard. What about you?" Fiddling with the hem of her shirt again.

my mom was an only child, so was my father, all my grandparents died before i was born, i have one sister, my mom, as you know, is dead. my sister hates me, my dad tries to pretend i don't exsit ::all matter of factly, no emotion really, though her hands are curled into fists and shoved in her back pockets:: not a lot to talk about either

Remmy put her hand on Nia's arm instinctively. "I'm sorry, it's not fair to be alone in a family." She looked sad, like she could feel the pain Nia felt, just through that light and simple touch.
