Minerva the Marvelous "BRADOCK!" Minerva let out her sharp army yell. "No time for your pining. You can yearn for the Boss's girl later. Come on." She started moving to the base, her eyebrow raising as she noticed the violence on the way. She then twitched, and grabbed the gun at her side, turned around and shot at Bobby. Bobby dodged the shot, and ran toward Minerva. He grabbed for the gun, to try and take it from her. [mp10,sp2,lp50]

Ruby St.Claire Ruby handed Verve the drink, saw Silent Lucidty over in the corner and walked over to her with a sigh. She handed the woman her own drink, "Come on, sug, gulp it down. You ain't done nothin' that is unforgivable." She felt a bit of mist push through a wall close by her, and grumbled something. "Oy, calm down, smoky." She yelled at the chief and grabbed a beer bottle that had fallen on the floor, sending it flying towards the man's head. Silent Lucidity grabbed the drink and drained it in one gulp. For a moment, she started to relax and go back to normal - then the song on the jukebox changed...after just the first few chords, she jumped from the booth, her face contorted with grief and rage, picked up a chair and threw it at the machine.

"And you're disrupting the peace of my ******** city!" The Chief turned, sending a bolt of the black mist out, taking the form of lightning at the energy blast. They hit, the two volotile energies detonating.

The Chief calmed down quickly, glancing around, assesing the situation. The mist died down into nothing on his arms.
"All of you, stand down, and wait for police aid."

Anc grabbed a raging clubber by his throat, and proceded to use him as a club , smashing through the others, roaring some insensible jabber as he clubbed through the crowd, startin to laugh hystericly.

Verve teleported out of the way and watched as the super went crashing into a group of scared and confused clubbers trying to flee from Anc. "Stupid super strength bastards." He mumbled to himself and headed over to the half-burnt bar area, ready to get drunk and hurt whoever wouldn't serve him. (that includes the bartender with half a face.)

It occurred to A.C. in an odd moment of philosophical lucidity during her rampage that there were only two places nearby where she might find a real fight: the AA headquarters, and the local pub. AA HQ was bound to house a few people who knew how to brawl, but most likely the automated defenses would get to her first, and that just wasn't jake with her.
So she made for the bar. The body count was now 42, plus a rottweiler.

A bar maid glanced up over the table, "You were supposed to be the police aid." But then she ducked back under the counter as Anc's rampage whilred by. She peaked back over again as Verve asked for a drink, being smart enough not to deny one from an angry customer.

Anc laughed in glee, waving around a pair of things that were once humans, but not malformed, bloody, broken bag looking things.
"CRY SOME MORE!" He screamed, over and over, smashing his meatbags into anyone within arm's reach.

[mp10,sp2,lp50] Minerva smacked at th hands that were faster than she could see, but he'd been able to swipe the gun. "You DON"T touch my guns! Ever! No one touches my guns!" She threw a kick at him, aiming for the kneecap....but then pulled it back, a moment before it hit. She stood there for a second, thinking, then glanced up. "We got to get to the base, we got to go now."

The Chief tossed a glance at the bar chick. "Thanks." He grumbled, then turned to the crowd of still angry supers and folk. The black mist lit up again, spreading throughout the building, but instead of eating away at s**t, everyone suddently.... stopped. They all felt as if they were just.... there. Had a real good calm going on, didn't really have much motivation to do anything but just sit there. And sit there some more.
"Backup will arrive soon. Try not to kill eachother." And the Chief left.... oh, and the super-fire in the building stopped as well.
This ability is a super-mellow, think Thorzine. Once they get out of the building, they can roll again to get super 'grargh', but yeah.
