Craig, however, wasn’t unnerved by Draven, he was simply passive. Smiling at Draven, he said, “I heard you. Calm down a moment.” He figured what Draven had to say couldn’t have been that important or else he would have just said it. And even though it was true that he and Jaydn had been having a discussion, both Jaydn and Draven were being childish in the ways they were trying to get Craig’s attention. Lifting a few strands of his hair, Craig inspected them, I need a hair cut… He thought lightly. He thought about his hair for a few very long moments before he turned to Draven, “What could there be for us to talk about, that you had to seek me out to tell me?” He asked, a smiling still playing his fine features.

As if Draven read Craig’s mind he said, “had there not been people to overhear, I wouldn't be in this room”, he spoke his words quietly and calmly, he then finally turned back to regard Jaydn, he simply looked away without saying anything and turned his gaze back to Craig, “so if you’d please follow me to someplace more… Private”, he said finally.

Satisfied that Kyrin was finally resting, and her beloved panther was there to keep her company, Jamies removed himself from Kyrin's presence and made sure the door was locked after him, no one could bother her, at least not by letting themselves in. He went to his own room, to shower and find a change of clothes. He felt dirty and exhausted, all he really wanted was a nap, a shower, and a drink. Though not necessarily in that order. And there was stll the mountainous shadow of the (unfortunately) necessary conversation with Ian. He wanted the other man out.

Craig's dark eyes twinkled with delight as he watched Draven's reaction to his words. Craig liked to play, it was something he found himself to be good at; he tried not to show this eagerness toward mischief on the surface, but it was definately there. Even though he found Draven's words to be interesting, it did irk him slightly that the man was asking him to move when he was perfectly comfortable where he sat. But, being ever a gentleman, Craig nodded, "Why not." Standing from the throne in a graceful, if not elegant motion, Craig looked down to Jaydn, "We'll talk when I return." He smiled at the man, Kyrin's cousin was alright in his eyes, a little full of himself, but alright.

To say that Jaydn was annoyed would be something of an understatement. That Draven waltzed his way into the room, rudely stole Craig's attention, and was getting away with it, all the while ignoring Jaydn, struck a flame inside Jaydn. But Jaydn held respect for Craig and if he was willing to speak to the jerk, then Jaydn wouldnt get in his way. Jaydn nodded to Craig then turned steely eyes towards Draven. "Don't think I've forgotten what happened earlier. You had best stay the hell away from my cousin."

Ian watched quietly from the sidelines. So this mafia had as many problems as the one back home. Ian sighed. I guess it's no surprise...It is the mafia after all. It was obvious that the man who reminded Ian of a wall and Mr.Cheeto man where fighting over both wanting to talk to Craig. It reminded Ian of a scene from a yaoi/shounen ai manga. Ian smiled and watched contently. He wanted to find out more about these people. So he decided to follow after them, secretly of course.

Craig had been about to leave with Draven, when he heard Jaydn's words. The smile faded from his face and his eyes became hard. He didn't look outwardly angry, but he was slightly upset by what Jaydn had said. "What happend with Kyrin?" He asked, concern evident in his voice. He turned his attention to Jaydn, "What happend?" He didn't know if he trusted either side to tell him the truth, but at the moment he trusted Jaydn more.

James ran his hands through his still damp hair and pulled a black t-shirt on over his bare, scarred chest. He made a face at himself in the mirror, and finally emerged from his room. He figured that he would have to face the music and talk to Ian, sometime or another. Might as well get it done and over with. He wandered the halls, taking deep breaths, planning his words as he looked for the other man.

Ian heard footsteps outside the ballroom. More people? Ian was curious. Besides, he was getting bored with this conversation. Going over to the ballroom doors he peeked out of the doorway. Ian blushed. Jamie...fresh from the shower. Ian quickly went back into the ballroom. He really really didn't want to face Jamie...especially with Jamie looking kind of hot and still wet-ish from the shower right now.

James saw Ian's head poke out from the ballroom doors, and followed him. He hadn't had a reason yet to visit the ballroom, besides. He let himself in, looking for Ian, taking only a step or two into the large room, still not certain that he wanted to find Ian at all.

Ian looked for anything he could hide behind. Since, he couldn't find anything fast enough, he settled for hiding in the some random corner of the ballroom. Facing the corner like a delinquent four year old, Ian prayed that he was invisible. "I am...a...ninja...you can't see meeeee"...Ian whispered. Ian hoped that Jamie hadn't seen his head poke out of the doors of the ballroom or for once, hoped that Jamie was still ignoring him.

Jamie took a deep breath, shuffling his feet along the ground. He didn't want to know still if he wanted to talk to Ian, but he needed to. He had to get this done and over with. He had to know why Ian was there, why he followed him. Jamie had made it so clear, so many times, that he wanted to get away. And just when he gets his chance he follows me here?! Jamie took Ian's shoulder in one hand and turned, so they were face to face, so close he could feel Ian's breath. Jamie met his eyes, cold and sad all at once. "Ian." His voice was hardly above a whisper.

Well that plan failed miserably. Ian growled in his head. So much for trying to summer his ancestor abilities of ninja skill-ness...Ian timidly tried to avoid Jamie's eyes and tried to focus his attention on a speak on the ballroom's floor. His heartbeat pounded in his ears. He was sure that Jamie could easily hear it. Ian closed his eyes and took a big breath. "Yes? What do you need?"

Jamie took a step backwards, hanging his head. "I need to talk to you," he spoke softly, his words carefully chosen as they were. It was hard for him to face Ian by this point. A chain dangled out of his shirt, a ring hanging from it, something he never took off but never showed, something Ian had given him years and years ago. He looked to tuck it back underneath his shirt, but didn't, knowing Ian must have seen.

Ian stared at Jamie. So now he wants to talk? He frowned. He was kind of upset at this. When he wanted to talk to Jamie, of course, Jamie didn't want to, ended up having a panic attack and then ignoring him.
A glimpse of sliver hit his eye. Ian turned to see part of a small chain hanging around Jamie's neck. Ian turned away again to bite his lip. He still wears that??? Why?? I thought you wanted nothing to do with me.... Ian felt his eyes burn with the presence of familiar tears. "I know..." Ian whispered. "Just make it quick alright? I need to go back soon...."
