Bert tripped the witch and grabbed Kaori "COme On!" He yelled as he ran down the halls holding Kaori's hand.

Little did the witch know that she screwed up the spell due to the cuts Dart did in her mouth, and the spell sealed his amulet even tighter. Dart then walked back in laughing at the witches careless mistake.
"Hmmm...apparently I got you screwed up realy bad, you seem to have tigten the seal on my amulet, thanks, now how should I dispose of you?" Dart said running up to her than flipping behind her, pertruding a blade from his wrist and putting her in a position that if she did anything her throat would be slit.
"Well, I guess you two better get out of here, do you wish me to kill the witch Bert?" Dart asked Bert who was no longer a ferret, however Dart did fear that if he killed the witch that Kaori might lose her eyesight.

((DART, please quit godmodding, we just want to be able to save ourselves this time, but you miraculously have a solution for every thing, and wont stay out of the building, no matter what the witch throws at you, it isnt fair, please)) crying crying crying

Kaori stood in shock for a moment of what just happened was that...a delayed reaction she thought as it dawned on her and she began to continue to run with bert

Risa didn't really like her situation. She was alone, setting up streamers, worrying silently about her friends. She swallowed hard and looked out the window. Something just didn't seem right. A little voice in her head told her they were in trouble. She sighed and grabbed a boxfull of paper lanterns from the stockroom and set them on an empty table. The bar was closed for now, she was the only one 'working'.
"It's not so bad," She tried to convince herself, failing misrably. "They'll be back soon. They're just...out...getting..." She hesitated. What could they possibly be doing? "Smoothies..." She sighed and closed her eyes.
She heard a loud pound and she started, biting her lip so hard it bled. It tasted metallic. She turned and saw a dark figure, that scared her so much she almost dropped the box of decor she was holding.
"Ahh--"
"Drink..."
Hesitation.
"Who let you in...?"
"Myself. I need a drink..."
"I'm sorry sir, but we're--"
"DRINK!!"
She screamed and rushed for the bar. She ran behind it and grabbed her order pad, hands shaking. "Y-yes...? What would you like...?" He sat down at a stool and hissed.
"Martini..."
With a small flick of her head, she rushed for everything. She placed it all in the shaker and mixed his drink, then placed it in the glass, with the clasic; olive on the toothpick.
"Thank you. You are very kind." The dark figure whispered, taking a small sip f his drink. "You are also very beautiful, Miss...?" She hesitated once more.
"H-Hunai...Arisa Hunai...No need to remember the name, I'm but a simple waitre--"
He looked up at her. His eyes were a soft violet. They were strong, yet sad and longing. Almost like he had a lost love. She swallowed hard and looked from one to the other. "I like that name. Reminds me of elegance." She scoffed, then covered her mouth. He smiled softly.
"Sorry, I--"
"You speak too much." He whispered, looking up at her. "Somebody as beautiful as you should not have so many words to say." She blinked. Was he saying he thoughts she was stupid? "I'm sorry, I must sound so silly."
He got that right. She gave a small shrug and took in a deep breath. What now? He looked deeply into her eyes and for a moment, they really connected. She felt she knew him from a distant memory, and before she knew it, there he was, his lips against hers, his eyes closed while hers remained open.
She felt she hadn't een suspecting it, but she noticed she was leanin ver the counter. She slowly pulled away from the soft kiss, almost not wanting it to go away. He smiled softly.
"My name....It is Tsukuru." It was such a soft name. He placed his hand on her cheek. "You are very kind, Miss. Hunai. That will get you far in life."
She gave a small nod. Sh was still a bit dazed, she wanted him to kiss her again, and she didn't know why. She felt like a whore, but half ofher didn't care. She just wanted to love and be loved in return. And it felt like it was happening now, in this very place, with a man she didn't know. She just swallowed hard and bit her lip again.
All of this was getting to be a bit too much for her. Her eyes half closed and she finally gotten what she had wanted. Another kiss. She felt his hand press against the back of her head this time, showing his strength,and yet, how he could be so gentle. She liked it alot. Kissing at work...
It felt so wrong, but at the same time....
so right.

Berty said as they rushed down the building. He knew he would have to face the witch again but now was not the time and here was not the place.

Arisa slowly opened her eyes, and the man was gone. A small whisper was left in her head, though.
You are very kind, Miss. Hunai. I will come and see you again soon. I promise. Do not forget the name Tsukuru. Do not tell anybody of our little meeting.
She sighed softly. Her fine moment was gone, but at least she had gotten one at all. She decided she liked Tsukuru. Alot. She then continued setting up the decorations when she noticed a one-hundred dollar bill underneith the martini glass. The toothpick had also been poked through a note. SHe picked it up.
Miss. Hunai-
A small tip for what you have given to me, and for your troubles. Tell no one of this. Sorry to be so mysterious. I must let you know I am a time traveler. I paused time during our little you-know-what, and had to take my leave. Dearly sorry. I promise to come and visit you again, and maybe even take you on a little trip.

She smiled and slipped the note into her apron pocket. "A time traveler...How peculiar." She once more began to set up the decorations, siging softly to herself.

"we are almost there" she yelled running up the stairs and through the room where dart had fought the golems "just a little further, we may make it out of here befor the witch can get to us....." she said running

"Alright." Bert put all the strength in his legs into running that final stretch before finally reaching outside the cave. He then slammed the door and pushed a boulder blocking it. He then lay exhausted on the ground sweating profusly as the adrenaline wore off.

"WE DID IT!!!" she yelled happily "now all we have to do is hope that she doesnt teleport out of here...." she said stupidly "we cant stop here we have to keep running she could just teleport here!!!" she said standing back up

"Right, come on Kaori." He grabbed her hand again and started running. Unfortunatly he was starting to get fatigued with all the running he was doing and moving the boulder.

"bert, we might be able to teleport. I kind of know a spell that can take us back to the bar, but there is a chance we could appear at the bar, all mixed up. but i would be alot quicker and easier than running." she said stopping
