"well, since bullets wont work, i'll just have to use steel" vice says as he leaps across the room at sephiroth and swings both swords diagonally downward

he hits the swords making them recoil and then he hits vice with his fist.

"dammit, why are you here, sephiroth" vice says, wiping the blood from his lips, then jumps back at sephiroth, this time firing a barrage of bullets as he flies toward him, then whirls around and slices at sephiroth

vice casts his stop spell on the entire room, freezing them all in time "all of you, stop, we have a mission to do" he says, walking up to arkos and punching him in the gut "and what the hell is that beam you just called down, you can speak, since i didn't fully stop you"

arkos looks at vice wipes the blood from his face.
