Here are really powerful made-ups. Not likely to be approved.
Eternal Frost
Seki right or left hand get's covered in -100 Degrees Ice. Seki then runs in a straight line towards the opponent. If the ice comes in contact with the opponent, then it kills the opponents cells, forcing it's way easily through the opponents body. After use, Seki's hand become limb for the rest of the battle, disabling the ability to use any jutsus (Unless if he could use 1 hand techniques but that's impossible for Seki)

Frozen Soul
This technique allows Seki to disable 1 clan technique of his opponent. This attack cannot be dodged.
Note: Some more powerful clans have back up techniques that go with the clan.
Example: Sharigan- Now disables pretty much everything except grand fireball, because they need the sharigan. Chidori needs it to accuraty hit the opponent.
Example 2: Puppetry Technique- Destroys the ability to use any puppet skill pretty much.

Komenusai I can't decide but I want one of these. Strike of the Feared One: Chakra is gathered at the tips of the user's fingers. Once the chakra connects to any of the tenketsu points of his opponent, the chakra flows through the body and attacks the brain. Ensueing a chaotic mind and basicly clicking the fear on switch on. THis in turn makes the nervous system unable to move the body due the extreme fear the opponent is in. (this one comes from Quix) 64 Strike of Repention: A variant of the Eight trigrams palms 64 strike but in this version instead of a single point stopping tenketsu points, The user creates claws at the tips of his fingers that once attached to tenketsu points it will rip it open once the user pulls his hand back for another strike. Once the Tenketsu point is ripped open the user begins to bleed his chakra from his body and gets weaker and weaker with time. wont this skill make them stronger before they die?you rip it open asnd more chakrs pour out making them stronger but for a limted time then they get weaker

It's not like the eight celestial gates, your body controls the chakra through the tenketsu points.

The first one is kinda iffy too, good luck with getting those approved...]

((hmmm just wanted to know if these are ok and which one is a better technique for me to get cause I just reached 30k ^_^))

Jutsu Seal-Stops all ninjutsu and genjutsu for a 3 miles radius of the activated spot the user or anyone with in 3 miles of that attack cannot use ninjutsu or genjutsu only leaving everyone in that area to taijutsu.The Seal lasts for 15 hours and cannot be broken even by the user

Ace Zero Ace Zero Ninjutsu seal-Seal off all ninjutsu for the 3 mile raduis all the ninjutsu tags must be removed from the feild to dectivate.this goes for everyone in the area.this also goes for genjutsu making only taijutsu able to be used. you can place one of many around but they all have to be removed before ninjutsu or genjutsu can be activated (this is a better description) also leaving for drago hahahaha no... @ Nyu- No..I have that techinque too...@.@ an Enviroment switch techinque..do some more research and go into depth with it and maybe. @ Tsukishiro Shia- All three are a yes..jhust pick the one you wnat @ Komenusai- Both area yes just pick one @ Azesan- Eh The First one is bad a**. I acutally like that. The second one an automatic hit?@.@ no...If you do it like if they look into your eyes or you hit them with some osrt of seal...Then okay that would be different the way you have it now,...no.

Mirror, MirrorOnce a genjutsu is activated, Jason can activate this technique and trap his opponent in the same technique he is trapped in. It's basically, the point that they are then placed in the same genjutsu, feeling the same crap going on in the genjutsu's. mrgreen Umm I'll blow it up using another technique but thats it for that one

Chidori Edge-Ace calls down lighting from the sky when chargeing chidori to the chidori for a faster charge.also when the lightning is called down ace can choose it to strike a spot any time while he is holding the chidori.
