Not far behind John, Amber followed. Her tail swayed slowly behind her as she gazed all around her in wonder, pausing every now and again as the new sights, sounds and smells engulfed her senses before she snapped back to reality and hurried back after the Tribal.

Once they'd reached Latent he'd disappeared for a few minutes whilst Amber had shopped for some supplies, buying a few food items and some medicinal items as well as some spare rune essences.

As she followed after the Tribal she bowed her head briefly at those pushed aside by the Tribal striding through the crowds.

"Sorry... Sorry, I'm sorry. We're in a hurry. Sorry!"

Tomorrow paused for a moment, looking about for a second. His head scanned the crowds for Mere - before realising the man would probably blend in with that shadowy feel to him.

Pingping

"Amber!" John called, lifting his glove hand so she could see him more clearly through the crowd. How could you miss him - he stood almost a foot higher then most people.

Amber's ears flickered at the sound of her name and she turned from the lady she was apologising to and trotted quickly back over to John, squeezing her way through the crowd towards him that had already began to swell through the free space John had created.

"Hai!" she smiled up at him once she reached his side, her tail wagging.

Tomorrow reached out to pat her head, smiling down to her. "Hi sweetheart."

He looked up at the crowd around them, his arm moving over her shoulders to hold her to him, making more room for the people around them. "I've been looking but i cant find Juuni anywhere...there's too many people and i cant see very well. The only thing i'm relying on is the sonar built into my sunglasses - it's running off my brain to lock onto her brainwaves, but since she's...changed, i can barely feel her. i only get general directions, and they're not helping."

As if that explained everything, he grabbed Amber and lifted her up, her legs dangling before his face - before he slipped his head under them and span her around, so she was now sitting on his shoulders. She was now a good six feet and five inches off the ground, way above everybody else. "Look around. I'll point you in the direction of where she's supposed to..."

Pingping

"There." He said, turning and pointing his left arm out, the other secure on her right thigh to hold her steady.

eek

Well, Amber learned something that day. She most definatly did not appreciate heights! With a small yelp of surprise she held on tightly to John, her hands resting on hsi forehead as she blinked a few times, getting rid of the dizzy feeling that had enveloped her before looking in the direction John was pointing, squinting slightly as she sniffed the air hard.

Her gaze fell on a flash of purple hair by one of the Merchant stands and her tail wagged.

"That way!" she nodded with a point.

Tomorrow lifted both his arms and grasped Amber's hips, picking her up and slowly placing her back onto her legs. "Thankyou baby." He said, leaning his head down to her ear and kissing her cheek before taking her hand and leading her forward.

His elbow stuck out, he made a good trail through the crowd. Any obstacle was bluntly pushed to the side, usually with a shout of defence or a low growl from a meta-whatever.

His elbow jammed into a man's back as he finally got to the store containing Juuni's signal, the man spinning and pulling out a small knife from his belt, his tiny eyes darting furtively about as he stepped up to John -

A quick slap to the man's wrist caused him to drop the knife, the flat of the knife landing on top of John's boot before Tomorrow's head slammed into his, causing him to hit the wall with a grunt and slide down, knocked out cold. A flick of the ankle caused the knife to fly up into Tomorrow's outstretched hand, clasped safely as he led Amber into the store.

Moving into the shop, Tomorrow flicked the butterfly knife open and closed with his hand, a subtle flick of the wrist and a spin of one of the handles causing the knife to point out - before being enclosed in the handle - before being pointed out - before being closed and slipped into Amber's hand.

*blinku blinku*

Truth be told, Amber didn't really flinch when the man spun round with the knife though her ears flattened slightly as John headbutted him. With a slight roll of the eyes she followed him into the shop, feeling him press the knife into her palm which she closed before depositing the knife into one of her combats many pockets, her eyes scanning the shop for any further glance of Juuni or Mere.

*hono wandered slowly down the small street, a rather lost look in her firey eyes as she looked at all the new buildings. There was suposed to be an apothacary around here somewhere but she was having trouble finding the right street. She sighed to herself as she wondered if she would ever find the damn place* stare

A small pink glowing dot flitted through the streets of Latent, dodging easily through the throngs of crowds as it approached the tall Leviathan shaped fountain in the centre square. The small, glittering dust ball streaked upwards and landed nimbly on the creatures head, turning with a soft tinkle as she surveyed the main square.

This was Po. The tiny fairy companion of Juunikyuu. She'd disappeared for a little while, fleeing the Stadium as the attack had occured having been on her own for a little while. She'd tried to rejoin the other fairies inhabiting the area but had been driven out and now she was alone. Her wings drooped slightly as some of the glittering dust settled around her as she sat down, pouting as she crossed her legs and cupped her chin in her hand.

"Po..."

That morning seemed rather Busy as Madison began to wonder the bustling streets, though it wasn't as busy as yesterday's minor adventure. Her medium long red hair bounced with every step that she managed to take. Soon a tune left Madi's lips as she countinued to jounrey through the streets.

It was a rather happy tune, which would cause the birds to reply in delight if they were around. Madi's snow white ears twitched as she had a smile on her face in thought, perhaps today was going to be a good day.

Well there were definatly birds about, though probably not the kind Madison would have been keen on.

Gulls. Lots and lots of Gulls. Streaming in from the port and docks to fed on the scraps and rubbish left behind by the crowds. And a group of them had spotted Po and were now circling her with interest.

Po blinked up nervously before shooting off the top of the fountain as one of the Gulls took a dive at her, missing her fragile wings by inches as the terrified fairy shot off down and into the crowds, the Gulls squaking loudly as they gave chase.

The fairy darted through the crowds, her gaze falling on Madison as she shot down into one of the girls pockets, disappearing from view as the angry Gull's squaked in annoyance and continued to fly over head.

The young rabbit, quickly screamed as the large Gulls swooped down at her. She was completely unaware about the young faye in her pocket. But soon the gulls were overhead circling above her and Madi was completely oblivious on what was happening.

"Goodness...That was frightening" Stated Madi as she countinued to wander though the streets away from the demon birds. Oddly enough Madi could feel a warm tingly sensation in her pocket from the light Po causing her to giggle. What was in her pocket? What could it be?

Po kept very still inside Madi's pocket, feeling the coat sway as the bunny girl continued walking down the street.

Eventually the cawing Gull's grew bored and flew off in search of easier targets, spotting an unguarded plate of chips hungrily. Po gave a squeak as she tried to scramble to the top of Madi's pocket, her tiny hands grasping the edge of it as she pulled herself upwards so that her head emerged and she blinked, getting reacustomed to the bright light as she hauled herself out, dropping down towards the floor before her wings fluttered and she soared back upwards, right in front of Madi's face.

"Po!" she proclaimed happily with a smile.

Now, Madi was not very accustomed to mystical creatures like Po. So naturally there was only one thing she did. Yelp, and so that's exactly what she did. A quiet marp squeak left her mouth causing her to fall over. Madi's pale ears soon covered Madi's face from the shock of the situation.

The crowd seemed to be avoiding the rabbit today, and trying not to step on her, which was a first. But Madi remained on the ground for a few moments confused on what she just saw.

"Po?!"

The tiny fairy literally jumped backwards in the air as the rabbit meeped and fell over, her head cocked to the side at this curious behaviour before flitting down and hefting up the tip of Madi's ears with marginal difficulty, uncovering her eyes and blinking at her.

"... Po?"

She stayed, flitting in mid air, straining to keep the ear lifted as the glittering dust balled around her, some drifting down to earth.
