Tsai bent his knees struggling to remain on the ground, he hoped that his opponent would not toss him so soon. "Kaosu is also strong, this might be tough," Tsai uttered in his head.
He felt a pain in his lower back as he struggled. The weights may have been too much, Tsai didn't want to interrupt the training either. He continued to struggle but in the end was not able to keep his feet on the ground. Tsai soon was in the air. What Kaosu would do next was all up to him.

Kaosu used his right arm and placed Tsai right back onto his feet, a harder task that Kaosu thought due to all the extra weight and Tsai's downward momentum. When he had Tsai back on his feet, he grabbed at Tsai's sleeves again, "Well, hey. Can't be breaking you all out of shape in the first few rounds, eh? Come on, show me all you got."

Tsai grabbed hold of Kaosu's sleeve. Using his biceps, he curled his arms pulling Kaosu up on the way. "I won't let you down then, sensei.." he taunted as he struggled to lift Kaosu off of the ground.
The 200kg of weights were killing him, he was sweating just moving around with them. He wondered how he'd last the next two days of training. But really he was more focused on tossing Kaosu's cocky ego onto the ground first.

A flash of actual fear ran through Kaosu's body. "There's no way..." Kaosu struggled and leaned backward, trying hard to keep at least his toes on wonderful 'terra firma'. He might just do it... Kaosu grunted as he tried again, harder, to shove himself towards the ground. No idea if it was going to work.

Tsai lifted Kaosu into the air, turned his body to the opposite end and tossed Kaosu with one hand. "So how was that?" he asked Kaosu as he wiped his hand on his gi. Then went over and offered his hand to Kaosu who was on the floor.
"Maybe you should let your actions do the talking and not your ego," he taunted again with a devilish smile.

Kaosu layed there a moment, fighting a turmoil in his head. He knew he had to change, if only a little. However, that deep inner feeling of instinct; survival and rage, wanted to have Kaosu lash out harshly. Just...do it.
With that, Kaosu grasped onto Tsai's hand and pulled until he was up. That wasn't so hard, was it?
"Maybe so..." The last word choked up in his throat. Too much humility at too close of a period. Again he tried. "Maybe so, Tsai-sensei. Don't object to that name, darn you. For now, you're my sensei. We still doing this...odd tussle?"

"This tussle was mainly to help you get your fire burning inside you, if you didn't notice all that taunting.." he said as he scratched his head. "It was also a chance for you to get exposed to another style of fighting...judo," he continued as he turned off his weights for the moment.
"We should be getting some rest and begin training tomorrow. Even though it's quite early out right now, we need to rest up then wake up early tommorow, I also have to make some notes about your latest training," he walked off and grabbed his notebook. He began scribbling notes into it again.
"By the way, set up bed would'ya?"

Kaosu felt again like the world had been taken off his shoulders. "I feel so full of energy still when those weights are off. It's an odd feeling." Kaosu took off the weights and handed them to Tsai. Then, he went into the damper cave and rolled out a few, dry mats. He left Tsai's mat empty, Kaosu had no idea how or with what Tsai sleeped. Kaosu, however, just slept with nothing besides a small pillow. It wasn't hard to fall asleep, another day of the intense training had tired him out quickly.
Before he fell asleep, he couldn't help thinking about Tsai. He mumbled, eyes still shut. "Tsai, you're one helluva friend."

Tsai finished scribbling some notes. He sat outside and admired the beauty of the day. He waited until night arrived before he fell asleep outside on the ground.
Day 3 Sugoi neh?
Tsai woke up first, he hadn't had much sleep, it was still dark out as well, he began stretching and put on his weights. He set them to 200kg. He then started banging the pan lid again. "Kaosu, you b*****d wake up!!" he shouted into the cave as he banged the pan lids harder and faster. "Time to get up!!!"

Kaosu knew this time Tsai would keep his distance since last time's morning incident. This time, he pretended to be asleep and, hoping for the right moment, threw the rock straight at the pan. Then, he got up and yawned loudly, and moved while stretching.
"Alright, alright you. Let's get it started. What's first?"

"You know the drill, put on your weights, I've set them to 400kg already," he began warming up by punching the air and kicking it. "The same jogging activity as yesterday,"
Tsai walked over to the waterfall and splashed his face with water for a morning rinse. "Ready?" he asked as he waited for Kaosu to put on the weights. "Kaosu seems to have become more aware of things and seems to be much stronger now, what a guy,"

Kaosu placed the weights on all the appropriate areas, making double sure they were tight against his skin. I wonder if I'll be able to do it this time? Kaosu pondered as he walked up to Tsai. Everything is balanced on this last day. I either slip and fall, or stand firm and become even stronger.
Kaosu did a quick few leg stretches before he got up again. "I've never been more ready..." Kaosu was about to continue with the words 'so, do you want a handicap; maybe a headstart?', but he bit his tongue and stopped himself. "Let's get a move on, shall we?"
The same fierce glint of determination shone through his eyes, but his face shone with humility.

Tsai ran off first. The additional 100kg on him did slow him down from before. "We'll see yea, at the finish line slowpoke," Tsai taunted as he went along. Tsai hoped that would be enough to flare up Kaosu and get him going. Tsai sped ahead of Kaosu and was now a good yard away from him.
"Come on! Catch me, you snail!!" he shouted.

Unlike his first run, Kaosu wasn't even beginning to break a sweat as he increased his pace to close the distance between him and Tsai. This is...wonderful. Kaosu noted. Almost like I'm flying. Heavy, but flying. Finally, after a few seconds, Kaosu caught up, though more silent than usual, and whispered into Tsai's ear, "Snail, hmmmmm? You call me a snail?"
Kaosu grinned as he kept his pace right behind Tsai.

"Heh, at least he's faster now," Tsai thought as he focused on breathing and running faster and faster. "Let's push Kaosu a bit more.. he uttered in his head as he focused a bit of reiatsu into his legs, he began moving faster , and soon opened another gap between Kaosu.
Since they did not do any reiatsu training before, Kaosu would most likely not catch up if Tsai used alot of reiatsu with his jog. "S-N-A-I-L!" he called out to Kaosu.
Tsai gave a wide smirk as he moved faster and faster and farther and farther away from Kaosu.
