"No, not currently." She responded, "not to people I do not know." Swiftly bypassing her, Shiero slipped through the bar doors and into the open, cool night air. She lowered her eyes to the ground for a moment, in thought. "Now... where to start.."

The Vampire stood not too far away, lurking to the side of a building, her back pressed up against the flat, red bricks stacked neatly up the side. She listened to Raine as she 'spoke to herself'. A gentle grin pulled across her face. She's alone.. perfect. She thought silently, ignoring the faint presence of Shadow..

"Start what?" asked the shadowy version of Rathios. "I can't read your thoughts you know... Even though it may seem like that's how I'm talking to you."

Raine turned to Shadow, seeming somewhat surprised. He was much different then Duirthill was.. which took her by surprise. "The hunt," she blandly put it with a gentle giggle. "I'm tracking someone down.. that is all." She ended her sentence, shifting her stance towards the forest, her back to Veronica.

Stepping out from behing the building with her sythe drawn, A gust of wind picked up and blew by the vampire, allowing her long, silver hair to whip around her body. She grinned in delight, already visioning her blood spilled on her hands. "Die.." She whispered, just loud enough for Raine to hear.

[I'll be back in about.... twenty or so minutes, kay?]

"Damnit!" Elva cursed aloud as she stomped her feet into the dirt, her gaze drifting to the ground below her. Clenching her fists, Elva quickly lifted her eyes to look into the clear, moonlit sky that sat above her. A long sigh past her lips as she glanced down towards the trees in front of her. With a slight curl of her lip, and a baffled expression which rushed to her face, Violent unclenched her hands, bringing her attention towards everything that surrounded her. The trees swayed with the wind as leaves scuttled across the ground. She let out another sigh, before slowly beginning to walk the path in front of her. "Where could they be-Ow!" She spoke softly before a sharp branch whacked her in the shoulder.

Rubbing it softly, Violent continued to walk, thoughts crossing her mind as she past tree branch after tree branch. "First... I need to get out of this god-forsaken forest!" She bellowed to herself as she quickly sped up her pace, now into a light jog...

Shadow whipped around at the sound of the demon hunter's voice, and scream. It was not a scream of terror, but a "back off" scream. Windows all around them shattered as shadow's horrible frightening scream pierced the air. He then slid silently in between Raine and Veronica.

Violent stopped in her tracks as she heard the loud scream. It felt as though her heart had skipped a beat. Without giving herself a moment to think, Violent was off. She ran as fast as she could throughout the forest, directing her gaze from left to right as she looked for an opening; anyone would do. There, there was one! Violent's eyes widen as she jumped towards the opening, landing onto a dark street. Violent had been here before, loads of time.

Catching a breath, Elva turned towards the left, her eyes setting upon a couple figures. Had one of those blurry shadows screamed? Violent wondered and without another second, she ran towards them, her eyes squinting to see who they were...

Veronica's brows knitted into an angered expression, but the smirk remained upon her lips. "..Pawn." She whispered gently, waving her hand through the air in the shape of a cross. A dark void appeared on the ground before her as a creature silimar to Shadow appeared, ome slightly taller then her own height. The creature, like Shadow, consisted of body parts any human would have but without any detail. It was simply... black. But by the looks of it, it was an armored soldier. Once it was summoned, it knew it's purpose and held it's ground. It's peircing green eyes locked on Durithill's pet, standing in a ready stance position.
"Good try.." She hissed, swining her sythe up onto her shoulder, the curve of the blade shaping her neck. "Shapeshifter, I know about you... you took a while to find but now, hah. Now it's easy."

Raine lowered her head with a growl. ..So, this must be her... Raine thought gently to herself. I didn't have to look very far... good. "Shadow, stand down, I can handle this..."
PostPosted: Wed Jan 17, 2007 2:18 pm

"I can't do that." Shadow said simply. "I only take orders from Durithill in the ancient language, and he ordered me to protect you untill he finished his business. I cannot physically disobey his orders." he explained while still staring at Veronica. Shadow eyes the soldier suspiciously. "Ask her what the creatue is." he said suddenly.

Damnit! She cursed to herself. I knew he'd have.. soemthing here... always something.. She thought, but it did make her smile. At least he showed his concern... "What is that?" She asked Veronica, no reply was heard. "Answer me, woman!"

Veronica simply chuckled. "Oh.. not much of anything." She replied, lowering her sythe from her shoulder. "Just a little... competition for your friend here. I think it shall suffice." She explained more into detail. "Shadow demon to be precise... enjoy!" The Vampire hissed, disapearring then reappearing next to Shiero, swinging her scythe upward to slash her side.

"Foolish!" Raine blurted, blocking the curved blade of hers with her own enormus one. "..Amature.." She hissed, pushing the woman back with some force.

Shadow laughed, and his laugh was almost as terrible as his scream. He turned, ignoring the demon completely, and glided straight for Veronica. "That crazy demon. She should check her facts better." Shadow said to Raine before reaching out to touch Veronica.

Kristen walked out of the bar and saw Shadow and Raine fighting a figure, "This day is getting weirder by the second," Kristen said with a sigh. "Do you guys want any help?" Kristen asked not intending to get an answer.

"Don't touch me!" She hissed, jumping back away from Shadow. The pawn she had summoned immediatly dashed for Shadow, it's long sword point toward him before the slash.

"..Obviously she has.." Raine stated before jumping back herself, shifting her own weapon into a staff. "I'll dipose of her quickly..." She mumbled, tilting her staff horizontally before beginning to speak a few enchanted words. "Sacred powers, cast your purifying light upon these corrupt souls.. rest in peace, sinners!" Shiero whispered in a low tone, waiting for the Angelic magic to build up before releasing it.

Veronica's eyes darted towards Raine, and that.. new woman whom seemed to have appeared from nowhere. What could she do? She didn't see a weapon on her... From that assumption, she chose to ignore her, concentrating on her original goal.

[I have to leave soon... Stupid tours. -.-;;
I should be back around 8:00-9:00 though.

Shadow continued ignoring the creature, and the reason was immediatly obvious why. The creature's sword went straight through Shadow. "You were saying?" Shadow said to Raine before chasing after Veronica again.

((Alright. I might be doing homework then, but I'll make sure I'm on. I usually am anway, lol.))

Kristen shrugged. Kicking her foot on the ground, she sent a boulder whizzing past Veronica's face, not meaning to hit her. She started walking closer to the fight, "So what side should I be on?" Kristen asked.

"The side that doesn't interfere." said a voice from the nearby shadows. Out stepped a black cloaked figure, none other than Durithill. He merely stared at the battle taking place before him. "You'd most likely only get in her way anyway."
