shinn5005 what does water fang projectile do??? It makes like little bullets come up from the water and they shoot like rockets at the enemy. I think

Okay, I'm more or less ready to make my profile, but I have a few questions so I don't mess something up.
What all threads should I read before actually making my profile and RP posts?
By minimum size for a RP post being 5 lines, what's the standard? Different screen sizes and whatnot... Personally I'm going to try to stay well above that, but in case it comes up. (This post looks like 18 to me, before submitting.)
Just what is a clan? Like Hyuuga and Uchiha and whatnot, does that mean I can only be a family member of an already-existing clan, or that if I do use a different family name, that I just can't make a clan based around them?
The whole gaining chakra and points for techniques system. I make X posts, gain X points each time, after a certain number of posts I gain enough points to master a technique or whatever?
And lastly, made up techniques. Can I go ahead and make one(assuming it gets approved) and not actually learn it yet? (Just add it to my profile so I don't forget about it. Also, to do the same for some other techniques I'd have my eye on, just label them HAVEN'T LEARNED or something?)
Okay, I think that's enough for now. Hopefully I'll get some answers soon so I can begin!
