Butterfly Kisses - Nozomi is able to cast her genjutsu, if they are touch based, through her insects. She makes the handsigns, but the jutsu is delivered by the insects. Example, if Nozomi have six insects on six people, all would be affected by her genjutsu. It would cost 2 ranks less per person to use. Such as if the technique is A-rank, it would cost C-rank chakra per person. While the cost of the technique drops two rank, so does the power.

Takumi entered the Mizukage's building, reporting to the nearest looking official he saw. " Excuse me, I'm looking to get my headband." He ave a stoic stare as he waited for an answer. " I just graduated the academy."
Takumi was about to enter the Mizukage's office. As he did the air seemed stagnant, smelling like a damp, musky room. To the skies his eyes would be drawn. A pod like object dropped down, creating a plume of smoke as it impacted the earth. As the dust cleared, the pod unfurled with the sickness of a diseased fruit - strands of green-tinted, treacle-like liquid laced and broke and beaded as it opened - revealing short, brown hair. Tanned skin. Black robes. You recognize the sharp features, but the eyes are wrong. One is gold; molten honey. Another is red; congealing blood. They weep, but he does not cry. Inka opens his mouth, and spoke. "You...? Kirigakure is in trouble and I've been dropped in front of a graduate." His pause in speech is followed by a glance upward as the contents of his eyes spills from his cheek bones as it drips. "... is too dangerous."
Takumi had slid his right hand into his kunai pouch, reading himself for whatever the thing may do. It was clear this wasn't Godaime Mizukage, Inka. While his ice blue gaze was fixated, calm and collective, his heart pounded with a fear.
[･･･] A small tilt of the head, and the cranium gives a smooth rotation on his spinal joint to gaze at Takumi once again, with its congealing ooze still dripping from the jaw in long strands, landing on the floor in a light splatter. "Am I," It speaks softly, but again its words are directed nowhere. "so dangerous that I must die for it?"

Takumi gritted his teeth. This...thing wasn't the Mizukage....was it? Either way, he was afflicted. Takumi drew his Kunai knife, holding it in a reverse grip in front of his body. The brand new genin would lunge forward, in an attempt to pierce the would be mizukage's throat. It was not that Takumi felt abnormally threatened from this abomination. No, this was an excuse to begin sharpening his talents. An eerie grin caressed his face as his expression dawned that of pleasure.
[･･･] The blade caught and tore open a ragged gash - Takumi would feel the pull and vibrations of the rubbery tendons and skin resisting and, ultimately, tearing open under the blade, they way it seemed to bend before being cut, the way it would shiver afterwards. A spray of green-tinted slime splattered the ground in an arc, congealing as soon as it touched the air, shimmering like an oil slick under the light of the chakra-filled seals running along the wood. But the strike had also imparted enough impact and the blade caught on enough of the rubber cords in the throat that the head flinched to the side, following the line of the strike. Be it the attack itself, in nature or power, or some unknown trigger, the invisible membrane that had previously kept the oozing red and gold liquid in the eye sockets broke and two more arcs or liquid joined the ground. Empty eye sockets, the cheeks beneath stained by the contents that had been steadily trailing down them, now stared, unseeing, at Takumi. A tremble, lips on both mouth and the tear in its throat twitched.
The newly made 'mouth' hanged open, revealing how the insides quivered, drooled - then they moved like snakes striking. Some moved back, causing a crater for this second mouth proper, and others moved forward, creating lips, lumps travelled around the throat - popping into view what was now more than apparant to be a second mouth as teeth. The new orifice clamped shut then opened wide, testing, threatening, practicing. The first mouth, the one with a real jaw and was set underneath a nose instead of a chin, also moved ; in tandem they snarled.
"You want to cut me?" "You want to cut me?"
They spoke as one. Shoulders hunched up, but arms stayed limp at its sides. Its feet scuffed the ground, made a slick slide in the slime, ready to launch forward.

As the green oil like substance that sprayed in place of blood spattered on the floor, Takumi's smile widened, realizing that even its flesh and blood were not human from the way it cut and reacted. "Oh...you'll be interesting." Takumi said calmly. He then watched the mouth form from the cut in the throat. Takumi knew it would not be an easy fight if every wound inflicted turned into a shark like mouth from sliced flesh.
Takumi would step forward, vanishing from sight to the Inka-thing. In his vanishing act, was the dark medical instant movement. From the origin point of his vanishing just before Inka's front, tiny shallow lacerations born of dark medical chakra would swirl about. If Inka had been caught in them it would potentially make several more smaller mouths, but open this window of opportunity. Takumi reappeared directly behind Inka as he would reel from the pain of the dozens of small cuts would potentially form new mouths upon him. This would be the moment he would launch two simultaneous attacks. Around his right hand, a highly visible chakra began to form. From this chakra coated hand would generate a palm thrust. This palm thrust would be directed at the left side and right side of the back. Each chakra coated palm carried the ability to collapse the lung. If successful in doing so, Takumi would have rendered this....thing useless, at least for now.

[･･･] The shallow cuts ripped threads of flesh and fabric to fall down to the ground, and it hissed - through both of its mouths at the same time - a pained cry that was cut off by the heavy hit at its back. It stumbled forward a step, silent but remaining standing. As though it was never hit, but simply waiting, it turned and lunged towards Takumi; both mouthes open wide to chomp down and the tiny cuts all spewing small, writhing, angry vines only a few inches long. It wasn't making any noise, but peering down either of its gaping maws would reveal where the throat was meant to start was instead a flesh-like mebrane covered in pustules, leaking fluid - but it look damaged, slightly blotchy with brown discolourations.

The boy's eyes widened. He hadn't expected vines. He expected more mouths. He should't have assumed, it would lead to his death if not careful. The vines that would ensnare him would be met with a strong, overwhelming blast of wind. Takumi was unrefined in the art, not that it was offensive to begin with. [1/3] In the last moment before the vines would strike Takumi, he would change his lung collapse technique to that of the wind propelling technique. The wind felt by the being was the point blank release of the wind Takumi had generated in order to escape the tendril's attacks. Sweat dripped down Takumi's brow, realizing the error in his assumptions. [2/3] Continuing to hold his hands out to his right, Inka's left, Takumi slid. As he slid around Inka, he lowered one hand, allowing him to ready yet another lung collapse technique while continuing to move, just in case the vines followed him. Then in the last remaining seconds of this blast of wind,he ended the technique prematurely and would strike yet again to collapse the lung. [3/3 learned Propelling winds: D Rank ]
[･･･] One mouth snapped shut into open air where Takumi was just standing, quickly followed by another. The small, inch-long tendrils curled and snapped angrily, but still it did not speak or hiss, even when struck - by wind, by force, by hand, it did not make a sound beyond the pain-filled writhing of vines rubbing over flesh and fabric. Again it stumbled, feet sliding on the slicked floor. The head turned up to the sky briefly, and made a motion as if trying to gulp in air, its jaw snapping shut and throat rippling wildly in desperation before it turned and lunged once more, revealing the slight wrinkling of its skin - the once sun-kissed tan leaking to a yellower form of discolouration. Both mouths were open wide, wanting to bite at the Genin's throat and chest - its arms, however, remained limp, useless. From both eye sockets, a small dribble of red began leaking once more - even from the eye that was previously leaking gold...

Takumi once more had to retract his attack. His eyes shifted towards the skin of the thing. It was wrinkled? ' Its...fake.' Takumi thought. It had to be. With the eyes melding like they were, the mouths, it wasn't a far stretch to assume the skin was fake. A full body mask. Takumi side stepped the lunge, taking hold of the right arm that hung limply. He pulled it out directly in front of him and would throw his body directly over the arm, twisting his arm with the leap as he would land behind the foe. This twisting action would potentially break the arm but undoubtedly reveal what was beneath the skin as it pulled it heavily and twisted it in order to remove it. Upon completion, Takumi would put distance between the two immediately, not knowing how it would react.
[･･･] With its arm taken hold of, it loses its center of balance, stumbles to the side, does little to resist as its arm is wrenched behind its own back beyond remain on its feet. A gut-clenching crack of bone - though it sounded more like rotten wood filled with goo-filled insects - and the arm extended in its sleeve, hanged lower than anything normal. It turned, savage and angry, lifted up onto the balls of its feet like a predator ready to lunge, but again it lifted its head skyward, chomped at the air with both mouths - open wide, snapped shut, open wide, snapped shut - over and over. Its skin kept wrinkling, turning a pale, sickly yellow. The membrane and the back of its throat looked like mold it was so pale now. Both mouths hanged open in a scream - but there was no sound, no air. It stumbled, upper body dipping low, both arms hanging loose as noodles from the chopstick. The tendrils spilling from the several small holes in its body were slipping out - longer now, barbed, and slick with some shiny fluid and dotted buds, the earliest of which were already threatening to unfurl. Empty eye sockets gazed straight at Takumi, and, in sync, the maws mouthed two words, slow and deliberate, before taking another, weaker leap forward to bite at Takumi.

As its arm cracked and twisted it fell limp as Takumi put distance between the two. As though it grew? Its skin continued to yellow and disort. He cringed. He had quite the taste for gore, but this thing was in pain? It was begging to end it as it attacked. It was weakened....it wasn't terribly powerful...but it was persistent. "Fine..." Takumi said as he took a wide stance, forming hand signs as the thing rushed in. As the creature rushed towards him, the air between them chilled rapidly. Suddenly an ice spear formed with its point directly upon the beast, The beasts momentum would impale it as Takumi continued to widen the base of the ice weapon. While normally the ice would not attack of its own, the creatures own actions would cause the damage to concrete. Grabbing the haft of the ice spear, Takumi would sling the creature into the wall.
The thing would be pierced by the ice spear. Garggling noises would echo throughout the village as it bubbled in blood and honey, sinking into a pit of its own fluids and evaporating away. Unsure of what he just faced, Takumi would take a sample of the substances to study later. He then vanished in a blur to move to the hospital to pick up on some new techniques and continue his ninja training.

Parovati walked towards the Office of the MIzukage, she was eager to start her own adventure. She walked through the lush foliage around the offices until she reached the receptionist area. The feeling was odd, she watched as a Genin walked from the office. She walked up to the desk and looked around “ Hello? “ Something was really odd, she waited for the receptionist to appear. She looked at her whip wrapped at her side and she smiled, she had a fondness for her whip. She decided to take a seat and wait to speak to the receptionist.
