The laugh that burst from Bo's throat was as unplanned and giddy as his snowball attack had been. He jogged away, looking back at Ayuu to hopefully coax zem to retaliate.

Bo's baiting worked. Ayuu stood stock still for a moment, snow powdering off of zir fur as ze recovered from the shock of being hit, but then ze was off, grabbing a bucket of snowballs of zir own and flinging them back at the geist.

"No no no no no. Stop!" Sidney tapped the bird on its beak before it could sink its teeth into the winged rat, managing to forestall disaster for the moment. He picked up the flitterat and tucked it into his jacket pocket where he could feel it shaking.

Merri sighed, pulling her long flannel a little closer as the colder season forced her into a bit more clothing than usual. There was a lot going on around her, but in her typical fashion, nearly none of it seemed to really interest her. Just a lot of screaming kids and Nightmares giggling about the spirit of the Solstice. Wandering a bit aimlessly yet, the Imp approached one of the goody tables. Her brown eyes went a bit wide as she eyed the large lollipops, ripping off the wrapping and shoving it into her mouth before she could consider otherwise.
Merri was ready to continue on her with her silent judgement of the festivities when she noticed Xochi. The demon just seemed downright... nervous about something. Was that a face of guilt? Maribelle knew that face, though she had long grown out of it. Sometimes you just had to live loud and proud. "Are you okay?" she asked the other, pulling the sucker just enough out of her mouth to speak clearly.

 Someone was... Was talking to her? Xochi nearly dropped her hot drink, but kept a firm grasp. "H-huh?" Not the most dignified response. A faint blushed colored her cheeks as she cleared her throat, "Oh... Well..." Normally the thought of spilling her guts to a stranger was not a good one.
"I'm fine. Just a little nervous. Thank you for your inquiry. Might I know your name?" The demon tilted her head, inspecting the imp.

Silas' help was appreciated and Caper held his breath in his little lungs as the bird hopped a few steps closer. The Cockatriel didn't seem amused in general, but with hesitant pecks it began to consume the cookies after. Caper's toes wiggled in his shoes and as the familiar ate from Silas' hand, he tentatively reached out and stroked from it's rest down it's back. The blue creature didn't seem to mind and Caper grinned, coaxing the bird into his hand as it finished the last of the crumbs. The bird puffed up but seemed content, shuffling back and forth on the Geist's arm.
"Look!" he exclaimed brightly, looking to Silas. He pet the bird gently as he could manage with his pudgy hands, leaning back upon to his heels. "Your cookie worked. Thank you Silas," Caper chirped happily.

Noelle drifted about, keeping her wings tight to her back as she moved through the crowds. The last thing she wanted to do was knock someone over because she wasn't paying attention. Out of the corner of her eye a bag of mints drew her attention, and she smiled faintly at the thought. That was exactly what she was in the mood for.

 Rorie tilted his head, looking around to see if he saw anything else worth while. He stifled a small yawn, clinging to the coat his caregiver was wearing.  Kirella sipped the last bit of her drink, taking in a deep breath as she noticed the chill in the air getting thicker. She smiled softly, taking a moment to glance at everyone milling about at the different stalls. She smiled before getting back up, moving to replace her warm beverage, though she figured if she wasn't careful she'd end up owning every kind of mug they had, not that that was a bad thing, though she was sure her waist wouldn't like her in the end.  "A little f-feisty there, huh?" she said softly. While she was doing her best to look past his bratty attitude, but it was starting to wear down on the fey. Upon entrancing him with the globe though, she couldn't help but puff her chest out happily. She felt a burst of excitement - and jittered ever so slightly - at being able to capture his attention with the globe. As he went back to being pouty, Estys smiled slightly. Perhaps it was all just a mask he put on to make him look tough? She glanced towards the booth, looking at the treats and goodies. She picked up a bundle of candy canes, eager to offer one to the freshling.
When she looked back, Lilan had scooped up a small creature. She watched warily - not a fan of rodents, she nervously said, "Looks like you found a new friend..."

Ruddi feels bad for the fact that she has missed a couple of days of the Celebrations, but homework is a thing that she must do. Gummi and Snowi joined her this time, so they wouldn't get cooped up in the room and that they actually get exercise. Since it's lunchtime might as well get some festive food before her next class.
Ruddi has been craving something super sweet all morning and lucky her in the food court they were selling cotton candy though there were only two kinds, mint and a mystery flavor. Knowing herself she wasn't going to even try the mint flavored one, if it wasn't a hard candy then she isn't going to eat it, so the mystery one had a customer today. She eats the candy to taste a piece of paper in the center of it. Ruddi shows the owner this paper who claps their hands in exictment saying that she had won their prize for the day. The owner digs around in one of the boxes to reveal a blue winged Jackalope plush.
Wow! So lucky! So cute!!
Ruddi takes the plush and thanks the owner before leaving for her next class with the plush sitting on the front part of her desk.

"I can't get over how cute this plushie is!" the imp giggled to no one in particular, cradling the fennekit plushie she was won earlier in her arms. "I... kinda want to get the other one too, though. It's just too cute,..." she muttered, slowly lifting her gaze to spot the red and white plushie up on the shelf.
After much debating, Miah finally smiled, nodding to herself. Yeah, okay, I'm gonna do it! I want that one, too!" she said to the nightmare behind the booth. A quick game and a very happy imp later, and Miah found herself positively drowning in plushies... and books, the number of which seemed to go up as the librarian rushed by once again, tossing another book in her direction.

There it was, staring Alis down. A beautiful blue fox plush, just begging to be brought home and put in front of all the others.
"Blue... is my favorite color..." they muttered to themselves as if trying to justify their actions as they stepped forward, gnawing gently on their bottom lip before speaking to the nightmare in the booth, inquiring about the game and the doll.
Before long, Alis was grinning ear-to-ear as they cradled the small blue fox plush in their arms.

Aaminah semed to ask her two companions, the Fennekit and the wisp, the former of which mewled quietly as the wisp bobbed beside her head. The demon gave a soft hum, turning her gaze around the area as she tried to remember exactly where the little booth with the cute beaded bracelets was.
When she found it, she immediately wandered over, giving a delighted gasp at the realization that there were even more options to pick from now.
"Oh! Can I have the cute black one? With the snowflakes!"

Braelyn was trying desperately to just mind her own business now that she had her small collection of plushies, when suddenly she felt it--the sudden ball of ice crash against her cheek, making her gasp, parts of her limbs fading away for a moment as she instinctively tried to hide away, but the moment she realized where the ball came from, she smiled, her gaze softening as she met the eyes of a small freshling Daydream, staring up at her with wide-eyes and a bucket of fake snowballs in hand.
"Where'd you get those?" she asked curiously, smiling then as the child pointed her towards a booth. Suddenly, Braelyn needed them.
