Item colors: For the flower necklace, just a real bright colorful mix, like he had gone meadow-picking. The flowers in his hair & tail, same thing, and they can even be pulled from what you do for his necklace. Basically whatever you think'd look good with him & his cert is all good. The earring should be color-dropped from one of the yellow colors on his base, but can be tweaked if necessary!
