Christof fumbled with his hat before popping it back on his head again, trying the smile afresh. "Miss-Junko-helped-" He started once his hands were free, and he had begun to reach for one of the knives to show it off to her when suddenly a booming voice over the crowd made him fumble, the blade spinning in the air before landing on his boot- at least it bounced. It had definitely been a good idea to go with rubber knives. By the time he straightened up with it to laugh again, Amrita was rushing off. His eyes narrowed, grip tightening on the rubber weapon as he stalked after her to watch the scene. His stitched lips tightened, stomach twisting.

 "...I don't even..." Amrita face-palmed at Aymet's antics, more specifically at the way he was screaming on his way after the lovebirds. Then she realized what Hel had said to her, and her expression did a funny flipflop between horrified and embarrassed.
"...NO!" The Patchwork's arms lifted, making an X in front of herself. "No marriages, no scarelings, no great-scarelings, and no---nothing!" She turned quickly on her heel - perhaps a little too quickly, as she stumbled and grasped onto Christof's arm for support - trying to escape the situation. Sadly, that wouldn't come to pass.

The hunchback jumped in surprise as Amrita went tumbling, easing her back up to her feet with a concerned noise in his throat, glancing at the other prom goers gathered around. His smile was gone, replaced by an anxious frown. His eyes caught her face and he let go once he was sure she was stable.

Hel crossed her arms, and couldn’t help but look smug…or teasing. Probably teasing, since she really had nothing to be smug about at the moment. “Yanno, Miss Honest, the harder you deny it…the more true it must be~! Marriage! Undead dragon babes! An army of undead dragons!” She replied, and then waggled her fingers at Christof in greeting, smiling widely at him as well.

The more Hel teased, the redder Christof's face grew, his hands balling into fists at his sides.

"Hel, please stop---" Amrita slouched a bit, looking downright miserable, especially after she caught Christof's expression. "It's not going to happen. I'm not marrying anyone, and I'm certainly never having scarelings. Please just...let it go?" It was a very sore spot right now, sadly.

"Undead dragon babes?" A pair of arms threw wrapped around Amrita as Calder came from behind, curling around her and holding her as he passed by Christof without so much as a glance. "And you were the one that told me that you were going to give ME scarlings and make me a happy father." The kelpie teased, not elaborating that Amrita had said that if she ever did have scarlings, she would GIVE them to Calder, but he wasn't about to clear that up.
"My, My Amrita. What a lovely dress you are filling out." His hands wrapped about her as, head over her shoulder, he kissed her cheek.

Sadly, Hel didn’t really grasp how to stop, yet. Christof growing red and fist-balling was interesting, and Hel knew enough about that kind of body language to know it meant something. She was possibly about to dig this hole deeper to all of them, opening her mouth, but the saving grace came in the form of Calder. The reaper paused, and looked over at the boil that approached Amrita, and she laughed. “Changing up her stories, eh?” Hel wagged a finger at the ghoul. “Tsk, tsk…I might have to start calling you Little Miss Dishonest if you keep this up!”

Calder, thankfully, fell in the okay to punch category, and Christof quickly delivered to the Kelpie's shoulder to knock him back from the ghoul. The damn Kelpie had been ridiculous since their return from the Maw... and the Igor was not his keeper, even if he knew a very efficient way to stop him if a fist full of warning wasn't enough. "Hrnnn!" He grunted, stitches straining on his writhing lips.

It probably helped that Aymet had a booming voice…Hel felt like she was being… summoned but something pretty ominous with words like ‘it’s settled’. It was also probably for the best for Amrita and Christof that something else now had her attention. “CIAO!” She called out to the small group, suddenly spinning and running by everyone. “MOT!” She called out to the grim. “Watch Mut for me! Take her dancing! I shall return shortly!” [EXIT to Carnival Rides]

Ithildin had been loitering near the food for some time now and had noticed the commotion heading out the door. Judging by the looks on the faces of students following them, it wasn't good. Curiosity soon won out over self-preservation and she followed out the door she had seen them leaving, careful to remember where she was going as she left the din of the dance behind her.

There was the sound of static followed by a screech on the megaphone:
"ATTENTION, PROMETEERS!
For the next hour, all ticket wins are doubled!

"Oy watchu say?! Oi had nuthin t'do with that, yore thinkin' Marta--"

The megaphone cuts out abruptly with a dull thud. Quote: x2 Ticket Day! From now until minis resets again, all ticket winnings are doubled! For instance, if you win 1 ticket in a game, you now have 2 to claim instead! Only individual game winnings can be doubled. Emily's face flushed and she helplessly leaned forward just a fraction before she realized what she was about to do. Shivering, she moved back from Johnny Danger's devastating lips and reached into her poufy sleeve for her flask of medicine once more. Feeling much more relaxed and thankful for Mr. Monty's wisdom, she danced on in JD's arms without dissipating. It was pretty ******** magical. A heady feeling soon began to overtake the ghoul, and it wasn't belong before she was staring into her idol's eyes, and asking him in a breathless, giddy whisper, "Johnny, there's something I want to ask you, something I've wanted to ask you for a really long...long...time. Forever. Would you....could I... Johnny, I want to be your..."
