Though I gotta say i'm a little intimidated by some of the posts I was seeing in the fields... I mean, I thought I was okay, and thought I'd be able to keep up with almost anybody, but after seeing those posts I'm a little scared lol. I think it's the good kind of scared though.

I still think that's awesome. Though I gotta say i'm a little intimidated by some of the posts I was seeing in the fields... I mean, I thought I was okay, and thought I'd be able to keep up with almost anybody, but after seeing those posts I'm a little scared lol. I think it's the good kind of scared though. A lot of them are long purely because they include a lot of actions rather than being in depth and detailed. Not to say there aren't detailed ones but some of them are just long because they're miniature stories with no interactions. I'm guilty of this to some degree myself in fact. You can write a post any length you like provided you have enough actions set out. The real challenge is writing a long post that's also engrossing and relevant. I wouldn't worry too much. They might level faster than you but you have to sacrifice a little integrity to get that far.

I know, but I'm the kind of guy who feels that I need to match whoever I'm rping with so I don't hinder them. I'm hoping I can learn alot from this guild, I want to take my skills to the next level. I understand not everyone's a nice guy. All of my characters I've ever played are though, I'm a HORRIBLE bad guy. lol Whether it's IRL or IC, I've learned to separate my feelings from my character's feelings, but I can't seem tallow myself to be/act like a bad guy... lol Though I can have him hold a grudge.

But we've got a party already pre-planned and we're basically playing off each other's strengths and weaknesses so that we form a strong six man unit. We also have a fish monopoly currently but don't tell anyone.

I had planned to make my character into a thief type of character when I saw he wanted to do the same thing. So I'm hoping he and I can work together with something like that. -crosses fingers-

It's really silly not to be in at least a 4 man party when push comes to shove. As for a thieves guild. Keep a look out. I think it may be happening sooner than you expect. Especially if we are victorious at this event.

As for characters I've been RPing for years and have covered just about everything. Nowadays I just like to make my characters clean slates and have the RP and who they are around shape what they do and how they act. My RPC Menma is sort of a void with no personality besides the broken heart of losing his mother and the need for affection. Just small details really.

Oh wow. See, I've been role playing for over a decade now, but I've never really RPed with people above my skill level to learn how to until a few years ago. I think all of my characters usually the silver hair and blue eyes combination of looks and always wear glasses, always has a problem being around girls in person but likes to try and smooth talk them over the phone or online or whatnot.. A lot of their personalities are how I am in real life(it's a wonder how I ever got married xd ), can't talk to girls or express my feelings face to face with words but once it comes to writing or not being able to see them face to face I'm really good with words. People will want me? Man... I better put on my skank shoes tonight then... Make myself look pretty ;D
