Amelie looked to the floor guiltily. "I don't know. Me and Yuji figured you and Kiera were too old to teach, now. You've grown yourselves some personalities and now you're almost ready to lead lives of your own. You don't need me, Veira." Amelie put her hand on her own chest and fondled with a necklace Yuji had given her way back. The vampire tooth. Amelie took off the necklace and broke off the tip, holding it tight in her other hand. Then she put the necklace round Veira's neck. Even after that, Amelie took of the bracelet that Yuji gave her, the one which ringed in Yuji's ears when she needed him. Through the years she'd tampered with it, and she'd hoped for it to serve in the same purpose as it did for her before. "Any help. Any whatsoever, you can contact me with this." More tears piled down her face. "I'm so proud of you, Veira. But you've become so much like me. I can't be around you or any of the others anymore. They'll only reject me more." She smiled through her tears, then kissed Veira's nose. After, she grabbed the suitcase, which weighed dramatically heavy, and just before she was going to leave she grabbed a photo off the bedside table. She looked to Veira, as she stood in the doorway. Then held up her half of the Vampire tooth. "If you ever need me. Ever. Just follow the tooth. It'll lead you to me. Yuji did have the other one, and there was a whole love story behind them. The two halves will attract eachother. Trust me." She tried to do whatever to make it seem like they were still going to be in touch.

*Veria started to cry. She it wasn't about her finding her mother, she could find anythng and anyone she wanted. it was that her mother didnt' want her anymore that really hurt. She pointed in anger and shreek in her vioce, "IF daddy ever comes back he'll hate you for this. HE"LL HATE YOU!" She repliedfalling to her knees.*

Amelie looked to the floor. Her crying stopped. "Oh, i hope so." Thinking about it, she was only doing the same as Yuji when she had died herself. Amelie wasn't angry that he abandoned everyone. Her hands trembled a bit as fled the room and now piled down the stairs, and through the front door, slamming the door behind her. Kiera's sensitive ears heard this, and she crossed her arms across her chest. "Well. I sure don't like the sound of that." Hikari sprung into action, and instantly pounced out of her seat at the sound of the door slamming. Hikari had only made it far enough off the drive of the house to only see Amelie's wolfy feet treading fast into the woods. Hikari stood there, she didn't have any emotion on her face. She just stood there, a lifeless husk as rainclouds soon piled over and started to cry all over her.

*Veria walked next to Hikari. No signs of tears nor sadness. However held a serous however angry face. She starred into the woods. "Run run as fast as you can momma... Becuse this wont be the last time you find yourself here..." She ignored hikari and walked back in as shortstraw walked out. Veria of course stopped and looked to shorstrsaw. For now he was all she had left to love. She wanted to go crying to him, to cry on his shoulder as he told her to be okay. But she knew he wouldn't let her do that. She turned and walked on to her room. However shorstraw sadly patted hikari, "maybe she still needs time. She might be tired of people telling her everythign will be okay. She needs to find out for herself youknow. I thik... we should let her go. It's her choice...." he said sadly.

Hikari stared blankly in the direction Amelie went, then just shook her head and turned back. "Stuff her. She's made her choice." Hikari walked back into the house, and walked slowly up the stairs to her room. Kiera saw Hikari as she passed her, and Kiera didn't look too impressed. She leaned on the frame of the front door and crossed her arms. "Fraidy bird finally flew the coop of crows. Can't blame her really. Paranoid schizophrenics wouldn't do well in a house like this where the inhabitants eat each other up for breakfast. Although i was sure convinced that she'd be one of vultures picking the weaklings off. Apparently not." She snickered a little, bringing one hand to her mouth. "She's just left all the fun for me."

*In ameiles bag there was a side pocket, one in which a envilope was contained, that she may have noticed when she stopped to take a break alone.*
Meanwhile Shortstraw shook his head also. He then called for Asher, "Hey Asher... i kinda wanna go for a walk. Wanna come?" He asked. He decided to let everyone have there space again. He needed it too now. But a simple walk would fix that.*

A couple of towns later, Amelie did in fact shut down and make a camp in the nearest woods. She scouted the perimeter in her wolf form before settling down in the middle and shifting comfortably back into her human form. Regretably, she noticed the letter sticking out of her suitcase as she reached to get her blood tablets. Maybe she didn't want to read what it said. Maybe she didn't want some more words from Yuji about how everything was going to be okay without him, and that she should carry on. She didn't want that. But curiosity got the better of her as she unfolded the letter carefully.
Asher skulked past Kiera and padded up to Shortstraw. "Of course. But why me?" She questioned inquisitively. Kiera just grumbled and walked back into the castle.

*He shrugged* "Becuse... i have my own reasions." He repiled finally pattin gher head and starting to walk, "i'll be back later Ms Keria. No partying without me!" He replied chukking to lighten up thte mood alittle then as they started walking through the town he was perticually watchingt he people as they passed. people going into places to eat, people comeout of store with kids and bags of stuff. Other kids playing around in the streets together. It made him shy. There was no telling what was going through his head.*

Asher sighed as she passed more and more mortals. How ignorant like children they were. She dreaded to think. "The house is a little hectic at the moment. We'll. Actually not. Just a lot of drama though now that Yuji's gone. It's not hard to imagine the whole structure of coexistance that be worked to hard to build come crashing down. Especially with all that's happened today. One of my old msters has fled the country it seems." She blabbered.

*He shrugged* "Ms Eve wont let that happen. She is strong will about the country and a good leader in both combat and leading skills. The towns folk in just this town alone would stand and take any fight she went up against. If she needed somthign done they would do it. However there are few things that she cant do becuse of that. Thats where i expect Keria to come in. This country isn't doomed. I think if anything it will get better." He replied still not looking to her but around the town as they were just about to walk compleatly out of the town and onword out into the plans, and then the forest and then sooner or later they would take the loop road and travle back trhought other forest to the east.*

Asher nodded. "There will even be things the two princesses can't do. Which is where you come in too, Shortstraw. After all. You are their secret adviser." She chuckled. "Talking about meaningless countries is boring, though. It doesn't effect my life any differently. Although not much does anyway."

*He nodded* "You sit back and watch things. Good nor bad nothing effcts you really becuse your on a diffrent level. Some yokai worship diffrent demons." He stated that fact but still didn't look at her and seemed in a daze. "Then again that really dosn't matter. Most wont even actnollage you exist anymore, or wish to ignor you being around so you do not caulse harm to them."
Meanwhile this letter had a symbol on it, the sape of a tooth neckless.
Dear Ameile ah screw it, you know who you are!
First off i made you three letters. Of course hidden in places only you would find. However ech letter is your exscape after i'm gone. As you had done with each of our children. Keria you tried to keep to your self then sadly we both somehow abandend her. Veria you took away to another world much like this one, and that is the result of my death. Which i do not blame you for. I sorta glad i'm dead, it's... going to achage things for me. Something new to experince. Anyways, i expected you to hate the family i help place together with our son. Though i guess it's your choice as the mother, and i can't tell you to get your a** back into the house like a meany person, i can tell you that i built that family out of the only people i could alow to trust most. even if they decive you. SOmthing you tought me. Either way i cannot yell at you anymore, nor can i giv eoyu sympithy for wha tyou done. However you have kept my life interesting along with my goals. We will see eachother again, however not quite in death. I'll probably be in hells hell. A place in which well... i've been sentinced too the last time but excaped with a back up plan. This time, i have no back up plan. I expect however that you would try to bring me back aswell. DO NOT PUT OUR SON IN DANGER! I don't want anyone to come get me, as you didn't when you died. I lvoe you, always will, and i love the little battles we used to have, like the time we attacked the evil bed, that was weird however funny aswell. No one else could i have done that with. Now for the inportant part of your letters. I'm not telling you stuff you already know. I will give you another choice much like the day i did with that top. Each letter holds something. This somthing is a hidden hidout i built persifictly for you when you want to get away. It's in a mountain train, and the only way to find it is by obtaining all three peice of the puzzle. They will create a map location for you.

Ps. Even if you run, take hikari. She needs her sister just as much as in the end she will need you. You enter the family together then you leave together aswell. Asumeing you will leave. If not then live well. I hope this time when you make your decistion, you wont wish you never have.
Pss. I wish i didn't loose that bet... 0-0 i really wanted to see you were that dress one more time.

Amelie watched as the letter burst into flames and soon changed to ashes. She kept still for a moment, stiff like a dead person in their tomb. Only to be disturbed by slow blinking and the cascading of unwilling tears. She held herself for a moment, out There in the middle of nowhere in a dark forest kneeling in the mud. She felt more alone than ever. She put herself into this situation. And she didn't regret it one bit. What had her life amounted to? Surely she could deal with this. But it just kept coming back like a punch in the face. And she went back into tomb mode.
Asher shrugged. "Our kind are becoming more known about these days. Leaves all the fun out of course. People are just less and less willing to say yes to their inner demons anymore."

*Shortstraw nodded* "Oh well. Things come and go. You had your time a long long long time ago. Now your kind just torcher people for theres souls." He chukkled, "not saying that is a fact or anything. Just being told by everyone else." He made a face and shied, "Now Veria is upset. I could see it in her eyes. But theres nothing i can do there. Nor do i think i should. Seems things are always so complicated, never simple...."

Ashe chuckled a dark laugh. "I'm afraid you signed up for that one when you wrote Kiera that letter. Not much chance of escaping it now, either. Veira woukd mosy likely follow you if you ran away. And Well. Kiera wouldn't let you get away in the first place." She frowned a little. "And the demons time hasn't passed. The demons time is never passed~"
