As the days went past, Pandora would go to the same lake every day; hoping to see the mysterious wolf again. She wasn't a very good tracker, so her chances of finding his scent was minimal. If only he would howl again, she would think to herself, Then I could follow his call.
Her large fox-like ears made her hearing more powerful than other wolves.
One day, she walked towards the high mountains where it snowed in any season. The snow was soft and cold to the pads of her paws, but she was use to it. Her old pack lived in mountains like these, so her fur was much more shaggy and equipped to cope with cold weather. As she had her fun chasing snow hares, someone was watching her. She could sense it.
Her body froze and her ears moved around in every direction.
"Having fun are we?" someone behind her asked. She span around. It was the male wolf. He had jet black fur; he was a fighter as he was muscular and big. Though he was a stranger and a huge one at that, he had soft brown eyes.
The wolf stepped forward; Pandora growled in warning.
"Who are you?" she growled, "What do you want?"
"I'm not here to harm you, nor your pack." he added reassuringly.
He sighed and sat down; he looked into her eyes.
"If I wanted to hurt you, I would have done so seconds ago." he said, "Anyway you're the one who keeps on trying to spy on me."
"Excuse me?" she gasped in a rather high voice, "I was watching out for a male wolf who could have easily been from another pack, wanting to harm mine."
He chuckled.
"Well, so I'm not a stranger, I better introduce myself."
Pandora waited, still watching him with cautiously.
"They call me," he said smiling at the female in front of himself, "Raven."

❣ Ren immediately jumped up and Ikuto fell off her. She looks at the statue of Panacea and suddenly knew what to do. She closed her eyes tightly and the white dot on her fur disappeared. She still has a pouch of water and makes the water in that come out. She makes it cover her two front paws and it glows light blue. She goes over to Roza and puts her paws over Roza's ears, "Whenever this happens think happy things to calm down, whatever it is. While thinking those happy things remember this feeling, you will calm down." She keeps her paws on Roza's ears until she calms down. ❣

Roza clenched her eyes shut, trying hard to focus on happy thoughts through the red haze and shakes her head. "No. Focus." She felt herself getting lost in the madness in her mind, this awful strength refuse to be suppressed. She bit down on her own tail, that pain pulling her from her haze. Finally what Ren was doing helped her fully calm down, feeling no pain. "Now that that is taken care of, next matter of business?" her voice was still a little rough, but not as bad.

"Raven? Raven the Ruthless?" Pandora asked wide eyed. Raven cocked his head.
"You know my name?" he asked, curiously.
"Of course I do," she snarled, "You're from the Fire Claw pack-they slaughtered all of my brothers and sisters. I was the only one that survived. That's when my mother and I went back to the pack alone..."
He looked at his paws.
"I never wanted that...I never wanted this stupid name-"
"What? You saw the light? Had a change of heart?" she asked sarcastically. Raven looked up at her; his dark eyes full of apologies.
"I was forced into doing what I did-everything I did. I wanted to run away. But...but I couldn't."
"Why?" Pandora asked, at the distraught wolf.
"They had my brother." he replied quietly, "That's why I did what I did...even when I hated it."
The two wolves stood there for what seemed like ages; listening to the soft wind brushing the snow, snow hares nibbling on some lose grass and snowy owls soaring through the sky.
"I'm so, so sorry." Raven whispered. Pandora looked into his eyes. Somehow, somewhere inside of her, she believed him. She walked up to him and sat by his side. Though he was shocked by the sudden friendliness, he just sat there listening to her breathing.
"It's Pandora, by the way." she murmured, watching a mouse bounce in and out of the snow.
"What?"
"My name," she smiled, "It's Pandora."

❣ Ren takes her paws off of Roza's ears and puts the water back in the pouch. She turns back to normal and the blue spot reappears. She collapses, it is obvious the first power shift she's done since she transformed has taken a lot out of her. The Goddess Panacea decides to continue the conversation. She speaks in a gentle, Goddess-like voice, "Roza, we will help you with anything you need help with, all you need do is ask. But there is something else I must ask of you in addition to what I asked before. I should've said it first, but I saw it fit to ask the other favor of you first. No matter what, I want you to believe. Not in me, I'm not asking you to believe in any god or goddess and have them as your god, I would never do that. I'm simply asking you to believe. Believe in yourself. Believe in those around you. Believe in your friends. Believe in your pack. Believe in trust. Believe in love. Believe in the beauty of nature. Believe in the colorfulness of spring. Believe in the joys of life. Simply believe. As long as you believe what you are doing is right, you can't go wrong." The statue of Panacea smiles, "Well, that's not really a favor, it's more of what you need to do. You also need to bring Ren back to the den, and tell Strongheart to get Ren that flower she picked a while ago that grew very fast and simply set it in a bowl full of water in front of Ren." The statue of Panacea simply smiles and then goes back to the original position it was in and Panacea leaves the statue. The statue of Panacea is now simply a statue again. ❣

Roza nodded, and ran over to Ren, tossed her over her back and closed her eyes. She managed to teleport into the den, despite the distance. Roza ran over to Strongheart and placed Ren before her, "Strongheart, Panacea wanted me to ask you to get Ren the flower that grew very fast, set it in a bowl full of water in front of Ren," Roza gasped, as her entire body protested movement and fell to the ground. "I hate teleporting," she groaned to herself.

Pandora walked back to the Den with Raven; he left her at the lake where she could walk up, by herself.
"I can't go any further," he murmured, "It would be crossing your pack territory."
Pandora sighed.
"Where are you going to stay?" she asked. Raven looked up at the darkening sky.
"Anywhere the stars take me." he answered quietly. Raven then looked at the young wolf. She was watching him.
"Will I ever see you again?" she asked, hopefully.
"It depends on where-"
"The stars take you." she finished then smiled at him, "Well...goodbye then."
Raven watched Pandora scamper off toward her pack. Even though she was slightly gangly, the young wolf ran fast and gracefully. He sighed.
If only she was a few years older or I, a few years younger.

Strongheart stood up at the site of Ren and Roza appearing from seemingly nowhere, then looked at Ren who was passed out on the ground. She heard what Roza had said, knowing what flower was needed and immediately ran to her herbs to get it. She then went to get some water and made a little bowl out of stone to carry it in. Once she was finished with that she carried the bowl of water and the flower to Ren, setting the bowl infront of Ren and placing the flower in the water. "What happened?" Strongheart asked curiously, wondering why Ren had passed out.

Roza's ears pushed back to lay against her head and looked down, "Let's just say something very bad almost happened for now, and Ren was willing to try to stop it and succeeded," Roza swallowed past a lump in her throat, her entire body was hurting so bad. "Right now though, I have to rest before the aftereffects start," she immediately flopped to her side, she didn't like teleporting because her body always weakened drastically, and the aftereffects.... she would get very very ill in a few hours.

"Do you want anything to help calm your nerves? You seem really tense and I think some camomile and thyme may help you to calm down. I would give you poppy seeds as well for any pain you may be feeling, but they may put you to sleep. I'm not sure if you'll want to go to sleep or not. I really wouldn't want you to end up having nightmares." Strongheart said in a soft tone, waiting for Roza to tell if she wanted any herbs to help her rest. Strongheart then asked Roza, "I'm just wondering, what exactly are these after effects?"

❣ Ren wakes up and looks at the flower in a bowl in front of her. She tilts her head to the side. She then spins the bowl three times. The water goes all over her. She looks like she's feeling better. She looks at Strongheart, "It's best not to push her." she says as if she heard the whole conversation while sleeping. She goes to her normal spot at the entrance of the den and sits down. She looks around and sighs. She simply stays in a guarding position and goes to sleep sitting up. ❣

Roza shook her head, "You'll find out in a few hours, for now, please. Let me be," and with those words Roza's entire body tensed, preparing for the Nightmares. Her body soon relaxed, there were no Nightmares this time, this time she was back in the shrine, reliving her conversation with Panacea. After the fifth repeat Roza was pulled from her sleep by the sudden pain in her stomach. "Its starting," she groaned.
Roza dashed out the den, passing Ren quickly before vomitting ever possible thing in her stomach, including some plants from the weeks before. Once that was done, she dry heaved, blood coming up. Her entire body protested every move, she felt like she was on fire. The only thing she knew was pain, pain, and more pain. Her tempurature had spiked severely high, her breathing soon constricted to miniscule pants. She tried to stumble back to the den but it just vanished before her eyes, the hallucinations she hate the most. She saw nothing but forest in front of her. She stepped forward but fell, her legs to weak to carry her weight. She vomitted more blood on herself, she was a pure mess now.

Pandora saw Roza fall and vomit. She ran-no. She flew.
"Roza?" she asked, panicking. Her head span around, looking for help; she howled.
"Someone! ANYONE!" she cried, "HELP!"

❣ Ren wakes up when Pandora howls. She runs over to Roza. She thinks about what she can do for a minute or two. She goes back in the den and gets a basket. She then gets Juniper Berries, Feaverfew, Daisy Leaves, Thyme, and Poppy Seeds and puts them in the basket. She picks up the basket in her mouth and runs back to Roza and Pandora. She sets the basket down next to Roza. She shakes Roza to try and wake her up. When Roza awakens she says, "Eat these herbs." ❣

Xander had waited for a seemingly endless amount of time for this human thing to awaken with no avail. Knowing what he had to do Xander took out a piece of bark from a near by tree and with his claws drew a map to this location. Hunger ridden he ventured out into the forest closer to home only to see the first predator since the humans started hunting here. Looking at this black bear Xander noticed it was larger than any black bear he has seen and much more perceptive. The bear had already noticed him when Xander had turned the corner. The bear hurtled down the hill toward him while Xander made a barrier around himself. When the bear finally reach him Xander did multiple kinetic explosions to the bears limbs hoping to cripple his meal without ruining the meat. The black bear stepped back only to have his head caught in a barrier and ripped off. Releasing his barriers and putting a new one around the bear Xander walked back to the den proud of yet another remarkable kill. Sitting down after an hours walk he released the bear to the floor and started to eat.((Xander is not quite back to the den yet.))
