"Did I forget to mention it's a free thinking prototype?" Michaels shrugged casually, "Because it is." He shook his head, "We're not in place to try to get you to pass the human rights acts, we just want them as well. If you don't want the plans, I'll sell them to the others, easy as that. A big 'oh well, nice doing business with you' coming your way."
Titania just smiled quietly. Whatever Sebastian did was his decision, either way seeing him this ballsy was pretty great.

Puck rolled his eyes and grunted to himself as he sat back on the seat Tavra had previously occupied.

"Apparently a good name for him would be Mother-in-law because I think everyone hates him and he wants to bite my head off. Alternatively, though, you could probably come up with a more suitable name for a pet."

Soren laughed as he allowed himself to be dragged in by the girl and took a seat across from her at a table. "What kind of food are we talking? Do you know?"

"Yeah. I find that it's usually the best time." Vivian shrugged, "Or you could be like me and be at least ten steps ahead of the game at all times."
"Miss Vivian." The girl at the wall screen interrupted briefly. "Message, miss. It's from your husband."
"Tell him I'm busy today. Say something good like, I have a meeting with a something about a court of appeals or something or other. I don't know, you're always good with improvisation, you're a smart cookie. Was I sick two weeks ago? I could be sick again." She turned to Zane and told him rather matter-of-factly "I'm sick a lot." She turned back to Morra. "Go with the appeals thing, it makes it sound like I care to get out of here. Oh! And then look up a good reason why I can't appeal so that it seems like I was actually doing that today." She shook her head quickly, "Marriage is so much work." She turned back to Zane, "Whatever you do, don't get married."

The little human's ballsieness made him laugh, out loud. "You know you're unwillingness to cooperate is gonna stick in the minds of the people here, and I think you've done a fine job of swaying them the opposite way, judging by some of their sneers." Otenz' Fraz glanced around the room, no one found this whole think funny like he was at this point. "I'll make you a deal. I give you more money the you know what to do with, you get your human rights, you stay out of my business what I plan to do with this, and I give you a place to work on something better, when you do, you have a say in that."

Cella burst out into laughter as the little creature scurried over her arms to crawl up on to sit on her shoulder and glare at everyone close by still including Farin. "That felt funny." She said still giggling and patting the fuzz ball on what she guessed was it's head. "I don't think I can come up with a good name for it."

"Nope no clue." Chephnem said grabbing the small holographic screens that were the menus. "I talked to some locals around these parts and they almost all said this place was the best for food. So I guess we'll have to try and see." She smiled up at him as she passed a menus over. Chpehnem picked a language she could read, and the menu changed and was no understandable for her.

"My brother proposed to Kat for me. I was worried how her father would react if he found out she was pregnant before she was at least engaged." Zane sighed and finished off the rest of his glass. "But I don't think we'll ever be getting married in here any ways"

Katrina hadn't been out of her house walking around more then five minutes when she got picked in a patrol ship. And within minutes it was called in that she was on her way in.

Michaels was quiet for a moment as he thought about it, finally he responded. "I'll take the money, the legislation and I get to select at least one member of a committee with the plans at their disposal."
An unknown contact, which was a hard block to achieve with such advanced technology, sent a message to the Grand Councilman's planner in succession:
Do what the kid says.
Fart knocker.
Tavra, like everyone else in the room, was awaiting the end of these negotiations. Of course he wanted the option in favor of the humans passed, and he also didn't want to see anything form as a credible threat to the Anaxatrian empire. "Sir, with all do respect, wouldn't the best option be to not risk a more powerful enemy?"

"I can think of several, but your little ears shouldn't hear such crude language." Farin rolled his eyes. "Let's eat, Cella."

Soren just gave the girl a bright, sincere-looking smile and replied, "Okay. Well, nothing wrong with taking chances, huh?" He glanced over the menu himself for a bit before he glanced through the screen at the girl, "We met with the others, of course, but I haven't had the pleasure of really getting to know you yet. So, you want to talk then, about yourself I mean?"

"Oh my, you're so soft I almost want to put a bow on your head and gift you to a three-year-old." Vivian laughed as one of the girls refilled her glass and she sipped more of the alcohol. "I suppose that's what they say happens though, right? When you fall in love? I wouldn't know I haven't had the pleasure."

Otenz glanced at the message and rolled his eyes. When would that man ever learn to mind his own business? "I am well aware of what could happen if someone else got a hold of this." He said giving the blue man a less then impressed look. "Honestly it'd be easier to blow the place up." He sighed "Fine but I get to chose someone as well. I suspect the person you'd chose would do what ever you wanted, I need to keep a nice balance of power."

Cella laughed again and took of in the direction she had seen a bunch of restaurants at. "I hope Master Farin remembers I'm an adult!" She said dodging in and out of some tall alien group. "Where would Master Like to eat?"

Chephnem smelt something fishy and it had nothing to do with the food. "How about why you're being so friendly all of a sudden, if I remember right the only one you wanted to be friendly with was Rocky." She said still with a pleasant smile.

"I'm not good with kids." Zane said looking to his glass noticing it was refilled. "So you're not in love then? Just a marriage of convince then?"

"No, I'll agree to choose someone who's already on the council." Michaels replied casually. "But of course you can select other members." He looked up to Titania and the man with them, "Anything else?"
Titania smiled and shook her head.

"Are you serious?" Farin shook his head, "Even if you are an adult, I prefer you not to be exposed to such awful language, it's not proper for a lady to hear. And god forbid you say any of it."

"That turned out to be a mistake." Soren rolled his eyes, "But anyway, you ran away as soon as my friends and I made the scene, if you recall?" He smiled, "But, we can start anew, there's no problem there, right?"

"More like pity." Vivian shrugged, "And as for kids, I don't think I'll ever want my own, I hate them when they're adults, but, I'm still a woman, and I think all of us still love cute things, right ladies?"
The girls all responded in the affirmative and Vivian continued, "But maybe you will enjoy marriage, and kids. Not that I know anyone who's actually happily married."
"Except the miss's husband."
"Morra."
"Sorry miss Vivian." She certainly wasn't, and she returned to the screen to finish the message she was working on.

"I said as well. Meaning you chose one person and I chose one." Otenz found he was beginning to bore, his whole day of looking serious and watching Puck panic was ruined by this kid. "If we both agree then we are done. The money will be in a set account for you by the end of the day."

Cella had to agree there, she did have a way of saying things she shouldn't. "As my Master wishes." She said cheerfully stopping in the middle of the restaurant district.

"There wouldn't be, if I didn't think you were just trying to piss Rockhead off." Chephnem said clicking something on the menu to order it. "But I actually might be willing to help more. I want to pay him back for making me so jealous, and you want what ever you want. We could work this out in both of our favors."

"You can have mine. I hate kids. You can take it as a baby and I'll take it back once it's an adult." Zane said sipping his alcohol again. "He really didn't like screaming children.

"Fine by me, but I won't give the plans to your liaison, here. I want either someone I can trust or I'll deliver them myself." Michaels was still hardened in his resolve. And of course the man beside them wasn't someone to who he wanted to hand over any information.
Tavra was still close enough to get both ends of the conversation that he could lean into the Grand Councilman, "Sir, I'll go, as long as we can continue."

"Well, what are you hungry for, Cella?" Farin stopped beside her and looked around before looking back to her. "Anything."

"You think I'm so shallow that all I think about is bringing others down to my level of misery?" Soren looked taken aback as he spoke. Of course, he concluded with a partial shrug and, "Well, hit that nail on the head, didn't we? So, how opposed are you to making out in front of him?"

"Oh no, no. Babies are much too much work." Vivian waved her free hand dismissively. "I only like children that I can give back to their parents once they start to cry."

Otenz' Fran nodded his head to Tavra. "I'm sending someone to you. If you don't trust him, then come back with him. Now if you can excuse me. I have more business to deal with here on my end."

Cella glanced around, sticking close to Farin, worried she'd get separated from him. "Anything my Master could want." She said doing her best to read some of the signs hanging on the roofs. "I like all kinds of foods."

"Not opposed at all. I was actually thinking of something a little more painful." Chephnem said glancing up as a alien brought drinks over for them. "I sleep in the ceiling in the engine room. My planet is really hot and dark, just like the engine room so it makes it rather easy for me to sleep." Chephnem picked up her drink and swirled it around a bit. "Sleep up there with me for a night."

Nova had been busy with house work most of the day. She was, feeling fine, hang over medicine was probably the best thing in the world. Every once in a while she'd hear Calypso moving around in her room, but for the most part she had been undisturbed.
Times like these she almost wished that no good man had stuck around. At least he had kept her company and made her laugh. Soon as she thought it, she felt stupid. Never before in her life had felt the need to be in a relationship, but it was starting to happen, maybe it was because she was getting old.

"Of course. It's been a pleasure." Michaels ended the call and proceeded to turn as pale as he was when he had left the room. He then, of course, had to sum up all of his courage again and go back into the other military's room. "Terribly sorry gentlemen, but it seems as if I've changed my mind-"
"But you can't just-"
"No, no. I've decided my plans aren't where I would like them to be developmentally and I need more time to assess them. Thank you for your time but I really must be going!" Before they could stop him again, Michaels exited the room, snatched up Titania's hand and pulled her away as quickly as possible. "Hurry up before they decide to kill me!"
Titania laughed and allowed herself to be dragged along. "I never thought we'd have more adventures on your agenda than mine."
"Never again."
"I wonder who he's sending-" Titania pulled out ehr planner to check a message. "Well, look at that. Another old friend."
"Another old friend what?"
"Is coming to personally escort your genius to Anaxatar."

Farin nodded toward the place in front of them. "This one's convenient. Whaddya say?"

Soren smirked, "I like your style. Tell me again why we're not actually dating?" He laughed as he selected and customized his own menu choice. "I'll do you one better and take off all of my clothes first."

"Piracy, sabotage, espionage, black market dealings, stock market cheats." Vivian was counting off on her fingers but quickly ran out, "political assassinations, non-partisan assassinations, clean-up jobs, weapons manufacturing and distributing, and you know, some other dirty stuff that I shouldn't get into. You got a specialty?"

"Sounds wonderful." Cella said leading the way into the restaurant. It was mostly quite and an alien took them to their seats almost as soon as they stepped in the door. Plucking the growling pet from her shoulder Cella placed it to her side as she took a seat. "What is Master going to order?" Cella looked at the menus in dismay, she couldn't read a word on it.

"But we have to make sure he see's this whole thing would be pointless if he wasn't around to see." Chephnem frowned and took a sip of the strange drink. "If I don't see him the rest of the day he'll come looking for me. If we are already in the ceiling, you could be the one to answer when he came looking." She grinned "Could I trust you if I were naked with you?"

"Black market and piracy. Those are my specialties." Zane shrugged "We have those in common. " Leaning back he glanced at the clock it had been long enough, he hoped. "How will we know when they've brought her in?"

It was a few minutes before Michaels and Titania were in the bazaar but they quickly found scattered members of their crew. Of course, that was because of the crew members they could find, War and Rockwell were among them. They were on opposite ends of the marketplace but both were visible nonetheless. Titania looked at both but turned back to Michaels. "How about we ignore them all for a lunch date? After all, we have something to celebrate."
Michaels smiled, "I think we have a few things." He nodded toward a quaint little restaurant on the corner. "What about that one?"

"Give it here, Cel." Farin took the menu for her and switched it to a visual representation before handing it back. "There you are, pick what looks good."
---
"Puh-lease." Soren replied. He picked up his own drink and downed about half of it before he placed the glass down and continued. "Honey, I am the greatest guy friend you'll ever have, because I'm not attracted to you at all."

"Morra has up the database of the prison." Vivian took a sip of the alcohol again and smiled, "Relax, you'll have enough worrying to do as a father."

Rockwell glanced up in enough time to see the couple, he didn't want to see them. Rockwell was still in a terrible mood and they weren't going to make him feel any better. For the better of everyone, he walked off farther into the bazaar.

Cella never stopped being amazed by all the cool things technology could do. After a few minutes Cella pressed on the image of some good looking meal and set the disk down. "Did Master Farin already pick?" She asked leaning in to see what he was looking at. The small fur ball had some how found it's way onto the table, and was now at Cella's arm. What looked like resting.

Chephnem smiled brightly "Perfect. So we'll just stay away from Rocky for the day and he'll come looking for me and find us naked." Chephnem took another long sip on her drink. "This will be pay back for what he did to me."

"Right." Zane grumbled to himself, if he trusted any of them enough he would have closed his eyes and tried to relax.

"Cella, get that nasty thing off of the table. We have to eat on the table, you know." Farin didn't have to look up to see that Cella would do as he said. He made his own selection and set the menu to the side. "Do you really have to keep that thing?"

Puck sighed from his seat on the Council floor. "So, I suppose the Grand Councilman's ruling renders my argument invalid? Or should I waste my breath with an 'all in favor'?"
Tavra gave his friend a weak smile and pat him on the shoulder as he approached. "Don't take it too hard, kid. You got what you were after. I'd best be off though. I've got to go see that kid and your sister."
"My sister?" Puck looked confused, "It was that kid?"
Tavra sighed. "Yes. That kid and your sister. Seems as if there's a Khelor behind every little thing happening in the universe these days, hm?"

"I'm glad you and I view revenge the same way, so we can enjoy this all the more." Soren held up his glass to the center of the table. "Cheers to being big fat bitches."

Vivian laughed. "Well, do you want one of the ladies to get you anything? I take it you have a big day of planning your entire life in a jail cell ahead of you."

Otenz' Fran was already standing and walking out, he had other things on his mind, like contacting the blocked number. Pulling his planner from his pocket he brought up the message from before. There was still an option to send something back, selecting a write back Otenz wrote back

Cella, as expected simply set her new pet back to her side on the seat next to her. "No Master Farin." Though the thought of getting rid of it made her upset, if Farin ordered she'd give it back to the shop keeper.

"Cheers!" Chephnem clicked her glass to the green man's across from her. "Why is it human's get so mad the way they do? I mean honestly." Chephnem set her glass down with a sigh.

"No actually I'm fine." That was mostly true, he was a little worried Torin wasn't likely to just let him stay in jail. It went against their promise to one another. Torin had even gotten him out of prison the last three times he ended up in it, though he was worried he'd try this time and get in trouble for it. "So how is you ladies get all this stuff in here?"

Puck glanced down at his own planner as he seemed to receive a message at the same time. "Thanks." He muttered aloud in response, "But I didn't really do anything..."

"Don't cry now, Cella." Farin muttered, "I said you could keep it, didn't I? But you're going to have to keep it out of trouble."

Soren shrugged. "I wish I knew what was wrong with them." He took another sip of his drink before muttered, "They can be so emotional and weirdly irrational." And there the pot called the kettle black.

"Miss Vivian bought it." One of the girls chirped first.
A second one added, "We all decorated together, isn't it cute?"
Vivian gave a slight nod to what the girls had said. "Yeah, that." She took another sip, finishing off her second glass as she continued, "As I said the only flaw with this place - and this is only a flaw to you- is that it's inescapable. Besides that-" she refused a third glass wordlessly, "- besides that they are quite lenient. And they honestly don't give a s**t what goes on within the walls of the compound as long as we're still in them."
