Kevin grinned and walked over to the wall where all the camp training weapons were. There were swords, shields, axes, daggers, spears, and tridents along the wall, on large metal and wooden racks that were older than Kevin could ever have even guessed. He picked a shield up and threw it like a frisbee towards a dummy on the other side of the arena. It glided through the air smoothly, before striking a dummy in the throat, beheading it on the spot.

He grinned, and sat down. He sighed, thinking about the problem at hand. He had been so worried a day or two before, but for the past day or so, he had simply stopped caring. It was all the same, everything about it was the same, nothing had been changing. He just got too bored to put any more effort into feeling sorry for himself about that. Sure, he wanted Gabe to stop being mad at him, he was his best friend, afterall. And sure, after talking to Adonia, he did still want her to drown, but he stopped caring. He had apologized, what more did they want him to do? Unkiss Lyra?

He yawned and lied back, staring into the sun for a brief moment, and then rolling over onto his stomach, his arms falling to either side of the stone bench. He had a slight pulse of pain through his head, due to staring into the sun. He blinked a few times, allowing the pain to disappear.

This is so over-dramatic. It's like walking into a bad soap opera. Gods, I don't even care if Adonia stops hating me, I could live without dealing with her anymore anyways. It's Gabe I'm worried about. I just want him to stop being mad at me. I don't give half a satyr's-a** about what happens to her. Telling me I don't know how she feels. Do I care how she feels? No. After knowing me for almost 5 years, shouldn't she know that by now? He thought to himself, yawning. He hoped Gabe could forgive him, and on the inside, he hoped Adonia would too, but he wasn't concerned with whether or not she did, as long as Gabe did.

He took his sword and began to draw in the dirt. He wrote his name out, Kevin Star, in big cursive letters. It was messy, he was never any good at cursive anyways. He had maintained a 3.9 GPA, and still had never managed to learn cursive. Screw it. Cursive is lame anyways. He thought to himself, sitting up and scratching out his name with the bottom of his foot. He then wrote it out again, this time in normal letters. He was a bit more satisfied about the way it looked in normal writing, so he left it. He took another sip of his vitamin water, finishing it off. He tossed the bottle into the air, and sliced it in half with his sword. The two halves hit the ground, the remainders of the red liquid in the bottle spilled out on the sandy ground. He laughed slightly, and then picked up the two halves and threw them into the trash can. Two points... He thought to himself, getting up.

He walked towards the entrance of the Arena, preparing to leave. He looked back into the Arena, and onto the Arena floor once more. He saw his cabin mates training, as well as some other miscellaneous campers, who he knew the names of, but didn't actually know training as well. He looked to where he was previously sitting, and watched as a small gust of wind, stirred up the sand, and his name was no longer visible. He sighed at that, and left the Arena, heading back towards the Ares cabin, bored out of his mind.

((My first long post in a while, and it's completely irrelevant. Feels good though. ^^))

Alyson would have laughed if it hadn't been for the fact that she hated laughing. "That was the absolute dumbest thing I have ever heard." Alyson informed Angelous.

Alyson rose her eyebrow. "Who is Angel and why do you think he would kill me?" She asked. "Because Angel knows nothing about me nor my fighting skills." She said crossing her arms.

Alyson stared at him. "You have a split personality." She said. "And no. I'm not blind. I have 20/20 vision thank-you-very-much.

"You need help." Was all Alyson said. And I thought I had seen it all. She thought shaking her head at Angelous.

Alyson shook her head. "You know you sound like an insane person with the whole split personality thing?" She told him.

"Okay so Angel, whch is you, is the nice one and Angelous is the screwed up one?" She asked him, trying to get everything straight.
