Tara ran for her life, hoping she wasn't being herded into an ambush, it didn't matter if she was, she'd die before they could take her to Zack. Suddenly Tara stopped. What am I thinking, if I'm dead what would Raine do? Without me around he might actually kill himself, or worse become a Heartless again. I can't die, I'll just fight with all I have then." Tara thought with resolve and began running again.

Ace's Heartless had told Ace about Master Chiefs attack befoe it was too late and Ace spun around him and his blade behined him as he cross slashed at his armor hoping it would hit leaving Gelo out in the cold and his Heartless started to attack him again
((I think it's kinda funny how Ace is completely ignoring Gelo right now ^_^))

Before he was knocked back by Ace's attack he made sure to leave him a little present, mainly and spike grenade stuck in his left shoulder, it would explode before Ace could do anything.
Odin and Gilgamesh were destroying Heartless faster than ace could summon them, with his instant death attacks Odin was able to quickly destroy multiple Heartless while Gilgamesh was able to destroy groups of stronger Heartless in a single sweep of his swords.

Ace saw the spike grenade but there was no time to do anything so he jumped next to Gelo so that the both of them would be taken out as the grenade exploded and Ace was sent flying though the Inn with the door and part of the roof collapsing

"s**t, Gelo are you alright?!" Master Chief yelled as he ran over to the Blue Mage.
Vincent moved closer and kept his gun pointed at the place were Ace had crashed, ready to shoot a fireball from his max leveled fire materia.
Odin and Gilgamesh conintued to destroy Heartless
Tara kept running until she stopped at the edge of a small forest. "I should be able to rest here for a little bit." Tara said to herself and sat down behind a giant boulder.
Raine continued to chase after Tara. He had no idea where she was and didn't dare yell for her since he had no idea if she was being followed or not.

Ace's heartless just kept coming no matter how many were destroyed as the forrest where Tara was had become darker than it was and a large swarm of Heartless started to appear infront of her and the Heartless behined her caught up. Ace in the rubble of the building moves some parts of the building off of him as he rubs his head and thinks to himself "That hurt!!!!" Ace looks tryingto see past the smoke as he realizes trying to beat the group by himself would be to long and tiring so he runs through the inn towards the area where Tara is trying to get to her before the other people in the area realize what is happening

Raine finally caught up to Tara and began beating off the Heartless surrounding her. "You okay enough to fight?" He asked with a grin and Tara just responded with a punch to the shoulder and the two began fighting.
"Where is he?" Master Chief asked and began looking around for Gelo, hoping that the kid wasn't dead, he had gone so long without doing any teamkilling, accidentally killing Gelo now would blemish that record.

Ace catches up to Raine and Tara then high jump slashes at Raine knowing hes the stronger one and he couldn't kill Tara "SURPRISE!!!" Ace says as he is about to make contact with Raine while all the Heartless dissapear to go fight against everyone else

"Surprise to you too." Vincent said, appearing out of nowhere and kicking Ace into a tree. "Raine, keep a close eye on Tara, if she's the one he's after he'll try and avoid a fight and try and snatch her away." Vincent said and drew his gun. Raine and Tara on the other hand stood next to him with their swords at the ready.
"Check this out." Raine said and summoned Famfrit then released Odin and Gilgamesh. Meanwhile a Judge had appeared nearby and made a statement of the regulations for the engagement. There was to be no Darkness Type attacks and no items.
