Appearance: XXX Charles’s dress sense is almost as sharp as his personality, he is about 6’2 with a slim build.
Personality: Charles is quick thinking and sharp witted with a tendency to be extremely analytical, which is perfect for his work in the W.K. main labs. In the labs Charles works on various projects varying from weapon invention, to medical research. He is level headed and rarely gets worked up.
Gear: Access to any and all information available to the W.K.
He lacks the usual headset than most other people have due to being infront of almost every piece of information anyway. Instead he has a simple audio communicator to keep in touch with the workers in the labs.
Weapons: Repeater pistol equipped with shock bullets - each bullet hits with a high voltage charge once it hits the body, these bullets will only stick into the skin, not cause bullet wounds.
History: Charles was originally a hacker, which was how he was discovered after he successfully managed to hack into and take over the W.K. computer system, he wasn’t a rebel though, Charles was hacking in purely for his own enjoyment. Due to him not really being military trained in any way Charles was caught quickly, but rather than being tortured and imprisoned, he was given a job and allowed to work on the technology and programs he loved enough to hack in for.
Other: He’s a bit of a pacifist and prefers not to kill, hence why he has invented his shock round pistol to incapacitate.

OH! and feel free to use these characters, within reasonable limits of course XD, The only thing you can't do with them is make HUGE plot changes lol, though they're needed for plot over all lol, hence why they have pretty high up jobs.
