He sounds like he is concerned about you. It sucks to feel alone. But sometimes, it helps you understand who are true friends and how are not.

yeah but it sucks when you find out you really have no one. since the break up I have only hung out with 3 people. 2 of them admitted when we were in school together they liked me and the other has been my friend since 3rd grade lol So it orries me when I hangout with my friends that are guys because for so lng it was like I avoided them because my ex would get so angry if I hungout with anyone that he wouldnt talk to me... I look ack and relize just how bad it really was but at the time it seemed normal, but now that I have no one because I wasnt really allowed i feel like crap

I never used to lol but after the break up i relized I didnt take care of myself. I was about 218 pounds, and now that I have been going about 4 times a week and not eating as much crap im 185! So its kinda nice lol
