~First off- No! You have to choose one class, and can't mix between the two. So decide which one.
~Your strengths will be based off the ones listed under the classes, which you need to look up.
~The weaknesses need to make sense... Genjutsu is acceptable, but 'Mist' just sounds a bit odd. Whatever.
~Shinobi Skills is compromised of your class/bloodline/curse mark. Fix that along with everything else.
~It'd be nice if you filled out the names of your element on the chart at around the middle section of the format. In fact, you should do that.

Biography:Aqua lived in a deserted village with her brother Ven.She looked up to Ven.He always protected her and watched over her.Then he went out one night never to return.She searches for him.She looked high and low and eventually gave up.She cried that night tears streaming down her face.After that night she became aware the only way to protect herself was to become a Kunoichi.She practiced all day and night while in the academy.
Aqua is a shy quiet girl who gets surprised easily.Though she doesn't show her feelings and acts bored all the time to hide her emotions.She hides from people in her village because she is afraid if she were to get a friend her friend would disappear into thin air and leave her alone.Just like her brother.She will not speak unless spoken to first.

~I don't see how spying is a Shinobi Skill, unless you have something special that announces that. So, it doesn't really belong there. Other than that you should be fine. However, I think it'd be best to wait for Cobra's approval.
