I'd start off with killing a random Genin from the village (A RP'er, not an NPC) and stealing their head band. >3 ))

No there isnt, but there is one that says you need to make sense and your post dosnt do that. You would not fool a Jounin the way you did.
Please edit and move on I am done with your little rant. If you have not edited in the next hour i will assum you took your second option and found another way to kill yourself and delete your post.
