((Will do sir, plan to have Varro talk to him anyhow so he can learn Genjetsu. I got approved for clan! yay!))  Varro beamed rather proud at Lt's compliments, he had never considered himself as much more then a smart student, a good builder, and an aspiring inventor. Then to be compared to the mizukage when only weeks before the thought of being a shinobi was the far from his mind was an honor indeed. The question about his father seemed odd, he was a simple man and while he knew some martial arts, it was nothing like the shinobi's as far as Varro knew.
"My father is Caliga Hai'Auo, he is an architect in the village. A successful man, one who had directed me to get an education and build alongside him until the attack convinced me that I needed to do something more important sensei," Varro replied, the pride he felt coming in through his voice. Though there was not an ounce of cockiness, he was still honestly a bit surprised to be getting much of any attention.

When Mizutenma heard about fathers, he put his head down in sadness. His father died when he was seven. He carried and used his fathers swords to remember him. His father died of sickness in his sleep. He looked at Varro when he told about Caliga. 'Like father, like son. Stupid architects,' Mizutenma though.
Mizutenma wondered why LT kept watching him, but he didn't want to ask why though. "What's next?" Mizutenma asked LT.

the young academy student walked in and looked around to see all types of jutsus being performed. with his form of approval from the Mizukage in hand he walked up to were LT was. "um high long time no see sir." sashi said placing the form down on LT's desk "so um where do i start?"

Hizuma entered the Academy and went to the classroom. There, empty, he sat, resting one elbow on the desk and resting his head on that. There wasn't much else to do. The Mizukage was busy with his students, and Hizuma had yet to learn anything at the Academy. So, this basically left him to sit. And think. And breathe.

Hizuma the Troublesome Hizuma entered the Academy and went to the classroom. There, empty, he sat, resting one elbow on the desk and resting his head on that. There wasn't much else to do. The Mizukage was busy with his students, and Hizuma had yet to learn anything at the Academy. As most of the teachers were either busy engaging the Sanbi demon, or tending to the wounded, this left him with nothing to do but sit. And think. And breathe. ((We arent fighting the Sanbi anymore, we've done a timeskip. Oh, and dont respond to this, it creates unnecessary OOC))

Mizutenma, Rei-nin, and Varro have learned water manipulation and water clone. LT will start training again tonight- he will go over manipulation and clone before he starts with the rest of the basic jutsu.

Aideen Hyuuga  ミストのブラインド娘 Hyuuga Bloodline| Academy Student| Taijutsuist Aideen ran back towards the academy, she had almost forgotten she needed to l earn the basics during her absence. "Sorry I was gone so long, I had some business to take care of..." It was very vauge to what exactly business it was, but she didn't seem any different than before. "Did I miss much?" (short post...inactivity...it's wearing on my ability to be creative, sorry)

((I'm so sorry for not posting for a while, I'm not sure what I've been doing but- time got away from me. I'll should be better for time now. Until finals, then I'll be lucky if i'm on once a day. Oh- and thanks for the compliment Vincent ^-^ I'm glad you like my character and Shige so far. congrats on getting your clan btw.))
Rei now had 2 Jutsus under her belt, and she thought she had made friends with another classmate, Varro. He and LT had spent some time talking the other day, and she hadn't really seen LT or Varro since. She wondered what must be going on, she wasn't sure. Knowing mist shinobis, something big was going on.
Enters Mist Academy Classroom
Rei walks in with a bandanna tied securely around her upper left arm and her uniform blending her lines in with the background. She saw that there were more students in the classroom, and who was training them. She walked to a spot in the back right of the class to avoid having to walk through different shinobi, she was feeling a little shy and Shige was having a particularly bad reaction to one of the students. She made a mental note to avoid him. Shige wouldn't let her forget that mental note it would seem. When they had walked into the classroom, his hackles had flown up and as a loud and vicious sounding growl was building in his chest ready to break free, Rei had to bump him with her leg to get him to back off. He sulked behind her left ankle as they walked to where they were now. Rei's black necklace glinted a little as she started using water manipulation to hover little balls of water she coaxed out of a waterskin above Shige's head. That made him forget about the boy a little as he lapped water from the sky. When he had finished, they settled down to wait on the sensei.

Rei wanted to excel at this, so she mustered up her strength and touched her chakra and made it like an iron core in her again. She started forming the handsigns a few times until she got them right. Then she decided to add the handsigns, the chakra and the words all together. "Mizu Bushin no Jutsu!" Water started to condense in the air next to her and made a mist outline of herself. She wove the particles of mist tighter and soon, there was an exact replica of herslf standing next to her, down to the twinkle in the brown and green eyes as Rei surveyed her work.

A loud growl from Shige grabbed Riku's attention, and he watched as Rei had quieted him and disappeared to the back of the classroom. He was about to lose interest in her when the girl suddenly finished learning her water clone jutsu. From the looks of it, she and him were almost in the same boat as far as progress as academy students was concerned. Riku walked over to introduce himself to her. Perhaps she could help teach him a few things, or vice versa. "Greetings. My name is Riku Yukimura."

(he didn't howl, he almosted loosed a really big growl though. But I stopped him before the climax)
Rei had been watching Shige and waiting on the sensei when another student walked over to her. She stepped on Shige's paw and looked up at the new student. He seemed friendly enough. "My name is Rei-nin Higurame of the Inuzuka Clan. This is Shige, my companion. I haven't seen you around, did you recently decide to become a ninja?" Rei finished her statement and cocked her head a little to the side exposing the more delicate metal weavings of her nightshade necklace. Shige got up and walked over between Rei and Riku and sat. His amber eyes locked onto Riku and stared up at him. Rei sighed, it was an unusual greeting for Shige. Then she thought a little off-topic. One day, he would be looking down at these students. He would be big enough to carry her like Rath carried her mother. And two of mother's closest friends.

The entire classroom darken as a mist cloud swirled into existence in the front of the classroom. The Jounin Commander stood before the class room and looked at the faces of all the kids sitting in the desks before him. His three mist headbands dangled in the mist from the cloud jutsu he used to travel in. The mist was fading fast though, and the room was becoming lighter with each passing moment. LT stood with his arms folded, and his ANBU mask hanging from his belt. "You may not all know me but none the less, i am called LT, I am the jounin of this village and i am here to teach you, forgive me for being late and for being rude, but i have so much to do in such little time. I am the leader of squad 3, i have ANBU duties, I have to train you guys, and train the genin for the up coming exams. I am here to teach you how to become a mist nin, and perhaps eventually all of the students here will be paired off to kill each other in order to become a genin." LT's kakashi like mask crinkled as everyone in the room could tell he was smiling. "First things first, tell me your names, and what is your primary element. As well as what kind of ninja you are hoping to be. Also, if you dont know what kind of taijutsu style you want to pick, you better hurry up with your thought process. And please hurry, i dont have all day."
LT turned while the students were speaking and he wrote an order of hand signs on the board, "Mizu Soujuu (Water Manipulation)". "Lets do this fast. First things first, Mizu Soujuu (Water Manipulation), every get a bucket of water from the front of the class room and practice this jutsu, make sure you memorize the hand-signs. The is the foundation of all the mist jutsu." LT preformed the hand-signs slowly so the entire class could see, and instead of using the buckets filled with water, LT pulled the water from the air and filled an empty bucket with it. He then made the water boil and then froze it. "Now you try"
Mizu Soujuu (Water Manipulation)
Description: Any Mist Shinobi that uses ninjutsu should likely have this technique. This involves learning basic manipulation of the properties of water. Boiling, freezing, and pressurization of water are included in these studies. Freezing is mostly limited to small amounts of water, and boiling includes the creation of steam by further putting chakra into the water. The user cannot perform these tasks on larger bodies of water with this basic study alone. Furthermore, by learning to draw water from the moisture in the air, the shinobi can use water techniques without requiring a source of water nearby (unless stated otherwise.) A Kage level jutsu always requires a water source, even if the Mist-nin in question creates it first.

Varro walked into the classroom as Lt was asking the students to introduce themselves, just like he had when it was him, Rei, and the kid he had forgotten the name of. With a twitch of his shoulder he moved the strap of his large camping style back-pack that had started to slip a bit back into place. Looking for a quick moment he caught the sight of the only other student he really knew, quietly moving over towards her he took a seat. She was his age, and probably the only other student that was as old as him. The rest looked fairly young as they were supposed to be.
He slid the bag off his shoulder, exposing the two crossed bo staffs sheathed across his back as he read over the hand signs that Lt was going over. It was a jutsu he still knew very well, and mentally felt he had a great hold on.
When Rei would notice him he would give her that same friendly smile and nod that silently meant 'hello.' He had a look of exhaustion about him, but all the news he had taken in recently kept him invigorated. He was related to Luo, and shared a kinship with him in a legendary clan. Honestly the young man hadn't slept for almost two days, his father was probably worried. Between the start of training, the sanbi attack, his discovery of a family secret, Varro had been very busy. Though while his thoughts occupied a large portion of his mind, he was still able to give attention to his teacher.
