Luna got up, she decided to move from learning bloodline jutsu to learning elemental jutsu. She went into her bag and took out some elemental scrolls on the wind element. She wanted to learn an element that would be difficulty to detect, but something she could use quickly and easily. She found
Kaze Ya no Jutsu (Wind Arrow Technique)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: D Rank
Description: The user molds chakra and breathes in. He or she then blows out and an arrow made of wind is shot from the user’s mouth. The arrow cannot be blocked but it can be dodged. Since it is made out of wind the arrow is hard to see. One arrow shot at a time.

Luna looks at the scroll in front of her, and without activating her chakra, goes through every hand sign on the list slowly, and carefully. She messed up 5 handsigns at first, so she went back and concentrated on those. Soon, she was able to go through the line of handsigns moderately quickly.

She put her hands together and close her eyes, activating the chakra, feeling the flow of the chakra through her veins. She went through each hand sign slowly and activated the jutsu. "Kaze Ya no Jutsu!" She practice molding the chakra with both her hands, and the chakra flowing up to her mouth as she breathed in. The chakra only stayed molded for a few seconds, and as she breathed out nothing happened.

She went through each hand signs again and said "Kaze Ya no Jutsu!" again using both her hands and controlling the chakra coming up to her thorat and breathing in. She breathed out and an arrow made out of wind flew from her mouth and fell at her feet. Frustrated, she tried again.

This time, when she breathed in, she made sure to concentrate simaltaneously on both her breathing, and chakra control. This time, when she breathed out, the arrow flew 2 feet and fell in front of her.

She made a tree 8 feet away her target, and went through the hand signs more quickly and accurately then she had done the other times. "Kaze Ya no Jutsu!"She concentrated on both chakra control and her breathing in as much as she could, and when she breathed out, an arrow the size of a kunai flew from her mouth and hit the tree, making a small mark on the center of it.

Vincent looked back at his Katon scroll and saw that he had done everything in the Katon Jutsu list up to Chunin which is a rank away. He also knew that he wouldn't be one until he took part in the Chunin exams and he had no idea of when that would be. he stuck the scroll back in his pocket and sat down.
"Guess I'll wait for Daichi-sensei to continue our Taijutsu training." Vincent said to himself. He then remembered or at least looked down at himself and still saw that he was shirtless and without his cloak. He groped around and started putting it back on feeling a little bit of the heat from the sweat and the fire that he had created.
With the cloak around his neck he laid back on the grass and looked up to the sky.

Hiniko saw the guy and sighed. He had caused them problems earlier. "I don't think he'll try anything Vincent" Hiniko said calmly. "Not with so many people around" she hoped she was right.

"If I were going to kill you this time, you'd already be dead. I've been here for quite some time. I do need something from you though." Suou pulled out a couple scrolls. One of them went up to Jounin Katon Ninjutsu, another went up to Jounin Raiton Ninjutsu, and the last went up to Jounin Universal Ninjutsu. "A simple trade."

Hiniko didn't doubt what he said. This guy was strong , she knew that. "A trade..of scrolls...for what and why us?" she asked a bit confused.

 Zin stopped as he turned around and noticed a man. He couldn't even since him,even with Nagi. Zin said nothing though did noticed one major thing;the man had no headband. What is he up too?? The Naga child stayed back,not putting any offensive moves though he did put arms behind his back as he settled upon the tree while his left arm gripped the joint between his upper arm and forearm and released two venomous snakes out into the grass. Other than that steathful move,Zin kept his silence and his distance from this man;sorta irritated him that the Chuunin at the gates didn't restrict any ninja from coming in especially after the horrendous fight with Kyuubi.

"I just need some scrolls of the Uchiha Family Techniques. They're something I can't get a hold of without an Uchiha's help." Suou continued to flip through the pages of his manga as he stood there, waiting for Vincent to answer. Suou also located the snakes that Zin released immediately. His Ocular Augmentation made it simple to find them.

A brisk hiss from Nagi and Zin made the snakes move normally around the field. Acting as if they were to simply on the hunt,while staying the the vicinity in case another order would be called. This must be the guy that Vincent was talking about.......He doesn't seem to be after his eyes anymore but.......what does he want? The boy kept his silence,wishing he had perfected his demi-form faster so he didn't have this irritable weak feeling.

"Wish I could help you out with that," Vincent shrugged, "But to be honest I didn't even know I was an Uchiha until yesterday. So I don't really know anything about any scrolls of the Uchiha clan."

Hiniko clenched her fists and glared at him calmly. she didn't know who he thought he was but genin or nut she wasn't going to let him herass anyone.
"I sujest you watch it" she commented. Vincent could stand up for himself but that wasn't the point.

"You don't know who you're messing with right now. I just need those scrolls and then I'll be on my way. And my student needs to add someone to his own hitlist for his Assassination Training. Don't make me give him your name." Suou wasn't playing around. He meant business. He wanted those scrolls and he had to get them somehow.
