Das Steube Lou guided her out onto the patio, where she was greeted by Marcus, in a bathrobe, and the backs of two people she has never seen before. "I am hardly suprised that this organization would be after me... I am assuming that they're this shadow cult that I have been jumping and pulling my hair out over, organizing these vanishings?" Roxanna smiled, slightly relieved that not everything would require an in-depth explanation. "Yes, that would be them. They are also after me, or will be once they become aware of me. A mix of mistaken identities is what got Nicholas killed. It was my fault really, considering they thought he was the one with the gift. It's only a matter of time before they find out otherwise." Roxanna let out a short breath, "however, the reason I know of your power, is because they now know of your power. There was a list, stolen from a high school, and it had your name on it. I've come with both a warning, and an offer to join us."

Olivia gawked a little at first, trying not to interrupt their conversation. Not being able to contain herself, let out one snort and held back the rest of her giggles behind her hand at her boss standing there in that ridiculous robe...
With Olivia turning around to regain herself somewhat, she hadn't notice the patio table in front of the group began to float, along with other miscellaneous items.

Roxanna gently placed a floating cup a bit further from her so as not to have its contents spill. "Well this is unusual, is this your doing Marcus?" She paused noting the giggling coming behind them and looked over her shoulder. She tensed slightly at the stranger, though her face and voice remained calm. "And who would this be?"

Marcus raised an eyebrow, and leaned around to see Olivia, standing there, with the table floating. "Good morning. I had wondered when you would turn up." He had said, standing, offering her a seat, "After you see fit to put the table down, feel free to take a seat... Can we get you anything to eat or drink?"
Marcus turned his attention to Roxanna, a small, sad smile on his face. "It was a matter of time before they came. I am just glad it was you, first. So, yes, I will join your cause... I will make ready a handful of safehouses... We will want to remain moving, keep them from getting cozy with the notion of us hiding in one spot!"

"Your help would be much appreciated, at the moment our little group is leeching off of the kindness of a random stranger, who conveniently passed me in the park." Roxanna glanced back at Olivia, and then back to Marcus. "Is she safe? We can't be too careful. In fact, at some point we will have to have you tested by our psychic, if you would be kind enough to allow."

"Holyshitwhatfloatingwhat-" she twisted herself quickly, her face turning from amused to complete shock as everything ceased levitating and fell with loud thuds, and a planter shattering on the patio next to her.
Olivia stood completely still, silently hoping she'd disappear if she didn't move. When that obviously didn't happen, she took one long breath, "Uhhhh....awwwwwkkkkwwwwaaarrrddd...soooo...see it's a long story..." and once panic took over fear, she ran up to Marcus and grabbed his fuzzy pink robe, shaking him, "Please. Don't. Tell. ANYONE. Please please please!!!"

Rook opted to finally speak up at this juncture. "Well, being as she walked in at the part where we started talking about the Keepers, and them killing your husband and blowing up your house over powers, and them wanting Marcus dead, over powers, and she started levitating the freaking patio, showing she has powers, and, by proxy, the Keepers are gonna want her dead... Well, she's kinda at our mercy, right?"
Marcus turned to Rook, a small smile on his lips. "That would be a safe assumption... And yes, I am willing to be tested by your psychic... ANything to prove my trust."

Roxanna just smiled at Olivia's reaction, "She seems genuine," she said, glancing to her side at Rook.

Another frozen stare, still gripping said fuzzy robe.
"...Keepers...blowing up houses...who wants me dead?" she sluggishly released her grip, pulling out her smokes and grasping at one, "OK, so, whatever I'm in now, cool, fine, I wanna know what's going on. And when is ET gonna bring me my margarita...or lots of margaritas. It sounds like we're all in deep s**t," she finished and trailed off, putting her back to the breeze and flicking her Zippo.

Rook stood, popping his neck. "Alright... We're all in some very deep s**t. An old, old organization, that has infilitrated many levels of the government, and is obsessed with keeping the secret of us Supers, wants us four, now, either dead or joining them... Which they are not nice guys. They murder women, men and children, and have worked with some very, very shady characters in the past. They need to be stopped, and now, we're the only group that even knows they exist. With Marcus, Roxanna, and Jarred, we have enough resources to possibly circumvent them and maybe even beat them. So, girl... Ever wanted to be a hero?"

She laughed a little, forming a smoke ring with her mouth, "Honestly? No. I'm not comic-book hero material, if that's what you're after. I can't fight, and my 'power' is, well, useless. I've been working on it, but haven't gotten anywhere. I can't even watch a comedy anymore cause my cat and other random objects floating by block my view of the TV...poor Waffles..." she sighed, running her free hand through her hair, "...but, I'll do what I can."

He gave Olivia a hard look, then sighed. "Well, either way... This meeting with Marcus went too smoothly for me to think this is over... So, I am going to head back to the apartment, and check on the others... Marcus, do you think you and Lou can take care of the girls?"
Marcus looked to Lou, who simply nodded, and then turned to Rook. "Yes. Of course I can."
"Good. I'm gonna go and check up, then."

Roxanna glanced over at Rook, a concerned look on her face. "We haven't checked them, as much as I trust Marcus to be safe, Rook, should you be leaving me here alone like this?"

((8I.....I'm a little lost.. sweatdrop )) Maya paced nervously outside. She volunteered for this duty just in case someone like Krieger decided to show up, but truth be told, she would rather have been inside. At least she could catch some updates from the lawn outside the house.

Das Steube Lou entered the room after a long moment, eying Oliva. "Who are you?" He growled, crossing his arms across his chest. Marcus inhaled sharply, drumming on the table. "My power, in a nutshell... Is manipulation of dead things. To make them into things like Lou. That's what Lou is- A couple of dead people made living again. Not living like resurrection... I can't bring someone back to life as they were... When I do it... It's like glorified zombification, really.. And it... I don't like it. At all." Marcus leaned back, setting down the cup, "It's... Disturbing. And violates everything I ever learned about sanctity of the dead... But, Lou and I share minds... I can see, hear, and speak through him, if I need to. I know, right now, a young girl working in one of my outposts is sitting in my sitting room, happily enjoying a cigarette. If I need to, I can take control of him, and carry out tasks using him as my body... It's... Terrible and very, very bizzare." Marcus chuckled, shaking his head slowly, "You must think me some sort of monster, Roxanna..." ((Sorry it's taking me so long to post...Only certain times i can get on and all that. sweatdrop )) Katarina smirks, pushing up from the ground, "Four for the price of one. How much better can it get?" She mumbles to herself. "Though...I could find out about the locations of those safe houses they mentioned." She mutters to herself, tapping a finger against her lips torn.
Hearing the thoughts of Rook, she steps behind the tree again trying to be casual as he steps outside the house. "Tell Linc first...probably the best course of action so we can get a team or whatever...I know where to find them now..." She reassures herself, glancing back at the house before strolling off towards where she'd parked the car a couple of blocks away.
