He's most likely going to have to take control someday... For now, it is good I give him charge of smaller projects like this. Banshi smiled sweetly to Kago, "And if I run across any vampire doctors, I'll keep them alive long enough for you to feed. Sound good?" This was more of a fun, experimental mission than anything else. She was looking forward to it.

" Of course, Banshi. i enjoy being a dragon more than i should, and the form is useful..." something like interest crossed her expression as she folded her arms across her chest, adding. " I feel another close by, i wish to find them at some point.. but i will focus on this mission now."

Banshi nodded. "Let's head on over to where we need to go, and perhaps I can help you find who you are looking for." Showing a quick smile, her expression went back to being relaxed. "Alright, let's go."

Phantom_lover2 Alhena watched quietly and finished her bun on the back of her head. "So what now? Are you going to be leaving soon?" She honestly didn't want him to go, but she wasn't going to tell him that.
She stood up and looked around her a moment, sighing. "If I lose that sword daddy will kill... oh there it is." She walked over by the lake and picked up her sword, walking back and placing back on the ground gently. " Thank you." Erik murmered, accepting Thalia's gift hesitantly before he looked at Alhena once again. "i.. am not sure. i cant shift back to my resting place yet, maybe in a few hours ill be strong enough." because, in truth, shifting was the only way to get there.. were he slept, there was no door or window to get in. and it was always dark so he could enter and leave as he wanted.

Alhana smiled softly and pointed through the forest. "Then you can come stay at the little house I found just down the road. It isn't far and will keep you out of sight so people won't try to kill you." She held out her hand kindly with a soft smile.
"And maybe my father won't find you either. The fact that you are hurt and you probably won't tell him the truth so he will be hunting something that isn't real for you."

Michael stood in the forest atop a tree branch. This would be easy enough. Nosferatu, from what he could see still young. Alone, seemingly waiting for someone. So this would need to do this in a hurry. He quickly drew his blade and dropped down from the tree, swinging the sword downward towards the man's head. The vampire was quick though, almost as if he expected it. He moved to the side and let Michael strike at the ground. "Hmph, silly boy. Did you think I-" A wet slicing sound quickly interrupted the man's taunt. He had reacted quickly from the miss and drove his blade into the man's stomach. The vampire spit out a bit of blood and smiled. "Pssh, you self righteous humans are all the same. I can't be killed so...simply." Michael just smirked. "I'm no human." He replied, shooting his offhand to the man's neck. He squeezed rightly and let out of ray of light from his hand, burning the vampire's flesh. The man screamed out in pain and broke free, but not in enough time to dodge the sword going into his heart. The blow made him drop to his knees and curse at the ground in agony. "You b*****d...You will pay for this." He spat out of anger. Michael just shook his head and grinned. "You talk to much, lets fix that." He ripped the blade from the heart and in a flash, drove it across the man's neck. The sword sliced his head clean off of his shoulders and balanced it on the steel. "It's the ones like you I love to kill." Michael said to the head of his now dead enemy. "Cocky, arrogant, and from the look of your dress, a romantic. Your people are incompetent, vain, and don't deserve to walk on the same ground I do. So with that being said. Adieu." On that last line bounced the vampire's head up and flung it at a nearby tree. After the kill he bottled up most of the blood into vials for later use, it was an old habit of his. As he was corking the last bottle he heard footsteps behind him. From his guess they were at least 20 yards away. He moved quickly and dashed out of the forest, leaving the man's guests to find his handiwork.

Quin rubbed his head, the headache still poudning as he gritted his teeth. he was unaware of the slight fang that was forming from his canines.. or the spikes of demonic energy flashing from him as he waved a hand at Dayan. " Boy, pay attention. if you get caught in a job i wont be there to bail you out. throw the smoke screen at your feet, only after you've memorized your way out."
Dayan, a young human, looked abashed.. rubbing the back of his head as he looked around. the obsticle course was hard.. wood planks and uneven ground. escape training sucked.

Neither had warning when a large lycan crashed into the course, the beasts fangs extending at the boys throat as a shot went off. a bullet of stone slamed into the creatures eye.. sinking deeply into its brain. as the mountain of fur crashed to the ground Quin pulled the boy up, shoveing him behind him as he looked around. " Dayan..?" at the boys nod Quin started for the wolves tracks.. intent on finding what had set it on their trail.
" I am.. ok." The boy murmered, still shakeing as he looked down at the beast. looking up he discovered Quin already a good distance, yelling. " Hey, dont just leave me here pops! what if.. ah hell." he was already gone.. what was the use of ranting if he couldnt hear it? folding his arms over his chest he simply started to brood, leaning against a tree as he sighed. " Yeah, boss, ill wait here. dont worry or anything, ill be fine."

It was Dayan's Scream that drew Quin back to the training course.. the sound of a tree falling makeing him freeze. No.. at a dead run he weaved through the forest, halting at the the thick tree and grabing the rough bark.. trying to haul it up. he couldnt move it, couldng see beyond the crushed shoulder under it.. and as he felt Dayan's soul slip away, something snapped in him. " No!" the cry changed, becomeing a inhuman screech as his body changed.. becomeing serpentine and large. roaring again he tore at the tree, riping chunks of wood away with his fangs and his formost legs.. not halting until the destroyed body was uncovered. grief filled the beast, calming the rage as he shifted once more.. falling to his knees and burrying his face in his hands, silent tears falling from his eyes as his magic blasted in full.. the plants around him withering away. he was gone..
For the next three hours he burried the boy, too numb to feel as he started for the mainlands.. he needed.. something.

The voice whispered, but he gave no reponce.. deaf to even his own thoughts. without a word he was gone.

Xei hopped out of the shadows quickly, landing on a rather large branch, her gown bellowing out an around her falling to a rest finally. She jumped from branch to branch with ease, the inky darkness not seeming to bother her very much, here was as good as any place to get away for awhile, especially when a Change was so close at hand, she would have loved to run wild through a human settlement or two, but no, this would do. Though no light found it's way into the forest, her silver tendrils gave off a shimmer when she moved causing small flashes once an again.

Crea sat on the bolder, playing her reed flute as she swayed her tail in the water.. her mind blank as she looked down into the lake. it was deep.. too deep for most to swim.. her chosen home for just that reason. deep in the lake bed, natural formed caverns kept her safe.. and served as the death to those that came too close. she didnt remember how long she had existed here.. how many victems had fallen to her sirens call. it all seemed so.. unimportant. she staid because people feared this part of the forest, feared her music lure. for some reason she felt that was her job, she had to keep them afraid.. why? she didnt know.

A man walked along the surface of the water towards Crea. Every step he took froze the liquid and allowed him to walk across it. When he finally stood before her the entire body of water had frozen, save for the small part that her tail was in. "I remember you." The man said blankly. "When I was just a young prince and my father still ruled the South. You left to the human world to try and help us. But, I never saw you again."

Blinking slowly she allowed the music to die off, lifting her gaze to meet the mans. did she know this one? his magic was stronger, much stronger.. so like her friends. she felt no need to kill him, which was odd for her. slowly her thoughts gathered, and a image of the last King formed in her mind. this one was.. younger. " Prince Gaap..?"

"King Gaap." He corrected. What could he say? Being vain was all part of the package when it came to being a demon. "And as your king I am here to return you to the underworld. I am sure you've had enough of this damned mortal plane." Waving his hand, he caused the ice in the center of the lake to melt and spin into a whirlpool. "Shall we?"
