Katie pulled kiana to hide in the bedroom. Katie inside the bedroom, grabbed the blanket off his bed and rubbed her nose in the cloth until it was irritate and red. She rubbed her eyes with her hands to make them look as though she were truly sick. Something she was actually quite good at was making herself look ill.. It was something that she obviously had done in the past.. She made herself have a coughing fit before slowly opening the door to the bedroom and going through. She had the blanket over her head and was wearing as though it were a 'snuggie'. Sniffling she called out to her brother with a stuffy nose sound. "Cab I hab da chicken doodle soup dow?" She looked completely pitiful and miserable yet in an odd sort of way one might see her as cute, as she started coughing. When she looked this way, she looked completely human and different from her normal self.. maybe because she appeared very weak.

She stayed by the bedroom door as if her brother had told her to stay in the bedroom and she didn't want to disobey him and also because it was colder with the front door open.. She looked as though if Kai told her to go back to bed she wouldn't protest..

Kai nodded and took the card, then closed the door when she left, sighing lightly then chuckling when he got a good look at Katie, "Well, feel I should send you to bed now..." He looked at the door, then at the card and wondered if there was something hidden in the card. Kai went into the kitchen and put the card in the sink and filled it with water. "..yes, I can be slightly paranoid.....but better safe then sorry." He stated in case any of those three wondered about his actions.

Emily came out of her hiding place, her tail trailing behind her. "Well, dang.......they followed me.....", she mumbled under her breath. She set her backpack down and sat on the couch. She fingered her knife, expertly flipping it through her fingers......again. She was feeling nervous now. They had tracked her down to a little 'nowhere' town and somehow questioned the house they were in. She eyed the kitchen warily, waiting to see if Kai would betray them.

Emily glared at him, her eyes filled with fire. "If you weren't being hospitable, I would be a little more........angry". She really wasn't TOO mad, but appearently he saw a picture of her. And that sorta ticked her off.

Kai was mildly surprised, but it didn't show, he half smiled at Miss, "Ah, so the lion is being nice to the helpful mouse?" He looked at Falcon as she spoke and nodded, then glanced between Miss and Katie, "Well ladies, would you mind having me along? If not then I'll just play with your enemies and point them the wrong way." Kai seemed fine with both options, he did like messing with people when he had a good reason.

Emily smirked. He had it all wrong. She never thought of him as less then her. If anything, he was more. She herself once called herself a mongrel. A no-good scrap of trash. Unfortunately, she was a scrap of trash being searched for.

Emily turned to look at him, the smirk still on her face. "I guess you could be a valuable.............assett", she replied. "Come if you want, but this isn't for those who are faint of heart", she said in a cheesy overly British accent.

Kai shrugged at Katie's reaction, then half smiled at Miss. "Well then I guess I'm in..... life as an ordinary citizen is rather dull and simple, this will be much better." He started thinking about what weapons and tools would be best to bring along..
