Of course she would.
Because the Jedi are ******** loaded. They can afford all kinds of nice ships.

No, but shes a Republic Knight. They would supply her with a fighter actually.

She mentioned she had an Eta, but its not on her ship list.

Yeah, she should switch to the Eta. Nowhere does it say anything about this freighter or her slugthrower, the latter of which is a rather rare item.

Which brings me back to something I've always laughed about.

Ever heard of a Jedi with a Part-time job?

Jedi are poor. If there is something they want, they have to ask the Order Reacquisition. They are generally given robes, the parts for their saber, and equipment varying on each mission. They are beyond personal materialism for the most part, or are supposed to be.

The Republic has always provided the Jedi with everything. Food, Housing outside the temple. So they have absolutely nothing now, besides a temple on Tython.

They accept donations, actually.
Back in the old Republic, donating to the Jedi Order was seen the same as donating to charity.

The Coreworld elite did it frequently to make themselves look better and to (in theory) gain some sort of sway over the Jedi Order. This latter part never happened, as while the Jedi were grateful for the money, they put themselves beyond worldly possessions and could not be bribed as such.

Unless Tython is supporting the Order or another 3rd party, and thats alot of credits we're talking in a time where they dont mean s**t. Then I'd say those donations over the last 10 years are dry.

Wait, so the credit has no value?

Edit: Lets face it, the Order has always had money, enough to take care of itself at the least. The amount they could play with has shifted up and down with current events but they always had enough to care for their own. Its not important how the Order has gotten its money, as thats not whats important. Whats important is that they are not as wealthy as they once were.

Basically. Muunilist may be supporting both the CIS and Rep, but the Rep got the bad end of the war, lost the Jedi, got a bad reputation, lost much of its holdings, and did not keep it's promises.

It's almost like Depression-era Germany.

It does, but theres a Galactic Depression going on basically from how I understand it. Ask Nelo and Rodyn.

Ok, who are we talking about here?
The Jedi Order or the Republic Knights?

The Jedi.

The Republic Knights basically kept everything the Jedi left behind, including the Temple, and all the funds. Which I'm sure are pretty low right now.

Now the Jedi Order has nothing really.

I'd say both.

They both lost prestige, and while some in the Rep are glad to have the Order Knights, and willing to support them, that number is drastically lower than the pre-war years.

Same goes with the Jedi. Some people will always support the Jede, like the Antarian Rangers, and various pro-Jedi systems. But as a whole, they're all much poorer than 13 years ago.

K-Blade
Under construction still, but this is the general idea.

Name: Aurora Starfall
Age: 23
Gender: Female
Species: Zeltron offshoot
Homeworld: Zeltros
Main weapon: 30 centimeters long hilt made from forged dura-steel. Dual-phase, all weather capable. Silver blade. Pressure sensor with lock. Three focusing crystals.
Side weapon: .48-caliber Enforcer pistol.
Affiliation: Remnant, Jedi Order.
Occupation: Sentinel
Rank: Jedi Knight

Personal Ship: Shadow Circus Modified CEC YT-1300.

Short History: She has known no other life than that of the Jedi, having been found shortly after birth and taken to the Jedi Temple on Coruscant for training. Showing promises, Aurora was quickly selected to be a padawan, she had only one year of formal training before she found herself at the Battle of Geonosis. A brutal baptism of fire that she would never forget was her introduction into the Clone Wars.

Never shrinking form the line of duty or from a challenge, Aurora learned quickly, not only from her Master, but also from the clone troopers as she traveled from one battlefield to the next. Her bond with her master grew as well as the bond she shared with the troops that over time, were assigned for her to command. When High Jedi General Master Yoda splintered the Order and left Coruscant a hollow feeling started to grow as Aurora followed her master to Tython.

She stopped warring anything of bright color and even repainted her Eta-2 and astromech a shade of dull grey. This feeling grew and eventually led to a falling out with her master and her sub-sequent leaving the Order to join the Remnant as a Republic Knight. Once back in the fight, her attitude improved vastly and she seemed like her old self, but as the war wound down to a close Aurora’s personality changed.

To long of exposure to the intense emotions generated by the life and death struggle on the battlefield she learned that she had grown accustom to them, and longed to experience the “rush” of combat, to the point of volunteering for some of the most dangers missions available.

Appearance: Standing 5’ 6” with an athletic build, Bright pink waist length hair firy red eyes with magenta skin tone. http://i170.photobucket.com/albums/u250/K-Blade/Zeltronpilot-1.jpg

Personal quote: “She who wishes peace, should prepare war;...she who desires victory, should carefully train her soldiers; she who wants favorable results, should fight relying on skill, not on chance.”

Theme: Motorhead - 1916

You would've been 7 at the Battle of Geonosis. Also, you can't really be loyal to both the Remnant and the Order.
