Luna glanced around slowly at everyone before stepping out of the tent. "I should get moving again..." There seemed to be no other water user there, and Luna was eager to find another like her-someone who could teach her. She gave everyone a soft smile and started to walk away from the campsite.

Seeing Luna leave, Varnis thought for a moment. Their little group didn't have anyone who could do much healing, and they needed some one who could. Running after Luna, he started to speak. "Wait! Where are you headed off to?" He asked, wondering where she was really going to.

Vanna looked at Kiri for a moment before speaking. "I figured you would have said such a thing." A smile started to show on her face. "You steal from the Air Nation; kill guards, and noble alike, and do not expect any resistance? I haven't had a fight in a while, this could be interesting." She looked at the woman as the air around her started to whirl around her as a protective shield.

She gave him a tiny smile, pale blue eyes meeting his. They seemed a little more gray than they had been just moments ago. "Wherever the wind takes me, I guess."

Kiri glared coldly at this girl. "You wear on my patience," she spoke coldly, a cold cloud of breath escaping from her lips. She began to chill the air around them to a negative 5 degrees. Ice was beginning to carress Kiri's skin comfortably. "You don't want to test me. You will only end in failure," she added.

Erik had walked out of the tent after Varnis. "Wherever the wind takes you? What a foolish destination. You are a wielder of water magic. I logically assume you wish to learn more about the power of water magic. If you seek a teacher, well, I am quite adapt at many forms of magic...I have pledged my life so that those who wish to learn magic may learn it. Faelean taught me much..." Erik felt the cold breeze against his gray skin. One day, I will no longer be able to hide behind this mask I wear...Until then, Faelean and I shall teach those with noble hearts what it means to be a hero.

Mia then followed Luna, Varnis, and Erik out of the tent. She looked at Varnis and said, "So even though Erik is now here we still need to visit my village to get information on Marria." She then looked at Luna and said, "Luna isn't it, you are welcome to travel with us." Mia then started walking back to the Stone city and then looked back at the others. "We should get some supplies and tell that other water nation girl were we are going."

Luna's eyes locked on to Erik, suddenly seeming much brighter. She took a few steps towards him. "My mother taught me much about water, but she had only just begun to teach me healing when she disappeared. Can you really teach me healing...?"

Erik nodded. "Healing...perhaps the purest of magics. A trainee healer can bring someone back from death's door. A really good healer can bring someone back from beyond that door. But I can teach more then just healing." Erik waved his hand, and a flower appeared in it. He waved his other hand over the flower, and it aged to dust. "I can teach you how to control this power that we all enjoy. I can teach you to create...or destroy. I have walked both the path of the hero and the path of the conqueror." Erik walked past Luna, then turned to the whole group. "If you wish to learn from me, then answer me this: Why do you want to use this power? Will you use it in the service of others, or for yourself? And....do you truly believe you can handle the power I can teach you? Such power is intoxicating...you get a taste, and you want more. Before you know it, those who you believed to be your allies are cutting you down, calling you evil and corrupt. I expect answers to my questions within 24 hours, Luna. And they better be good."

((NP. I haven't really had much time on my hands to really update this though, so my posting may be a bit slow though.))
Varnis opened his mouth to say something, But Luna started talking again, then so did Erik, so he closed his mouth and stayed quiet. Taking one more look at the two talking, he turned to Mia as she spoke. "I agree with you, we should head to the water nation, and maybe get some supplies before we leave." He stated as he followed Mia to the city.

The wind started to speed up more, creating a stronger barrier around her self. Looking at Kiri, she swung her sword towards Kiri, and pointed the tip at her. "If you believe that, then you shall be the one to fall. One who thinks highly of them self, falls." Vannah stayed where she was and smiled, waiting for Kiri to make the first move.

Luna already had the answers. She spoke softly. "My mother was a healer. I watched when I was younger, and when I was old enough I started to help her. I saw what joy she brought to people...the smiles on their faces as she mended crushed hands and legs. The light in the eyes of the parents whose children she cured... I want to be that. I want to bring hope and joy to the people of this world. And I want to help with this war. Healers seem few and far between these days..."

Erik smiled, and lowered the hood of his cloak. "For so long, I have had to hide behind this mask. Now, I may remove it." Erik reached for his mask, and as it was removed, his gray skin returned to its natural color. His blue eyes looked dircetly at Luna. "I will teach you about power you never knew existed. I see the truth in your words, and I know that this knowledge is safe with you."

His skin had changed colors! Luna had never seen such a thing before. His eyes met hers as he spoke, and she smiled. She felt her body relax. Months of worry faded suddenly. Luna had a teacher now. Everything was going to get better for her. She was going to help them win this war...

Erik walked over to Luna's side as he concluded his speech. "I will not lie to you, Luna. This training will be difficult. If one of us is not careful, you may end up ripping your soul from your body. Healing is powerful, but dangerous." A gleem in his eye told anyone who looked that he was serious at this point. "First, however, I will have to learn just how powerful you truly are. That can be done with simple observation. We start training tomorrow."
