106. Would you rather have $500,000 in cash or $1,000,000 (paid over the course of 20 years)? What would you buy with the money?
My first choice was going to be $500,000 in cash, so I could invest it and hopefully make much much more than a million eventually... but now that I've calculated it, I would rather get the $1,000,000 over the course of 20 years, since each year I would get 50,000, and that's still quite a large sum, and I would probably keep me much more financially stable, since I would get a large amount every year, and I could use it a lot wiser than if I get a bunch of money at once. Has anyone actually read all of this?
