i bought an airplane ticket to go to florida for spring break!!! (actually i bought stuff to make mac and cheese in a crock pot this morning but the ticket was on friday night and lots more exciting).

what are the contraindications for opioid use? (peeps with compromised respiration or decreased respiratory reserve such as allergic reactions, asthma and morbid obesity, also people with head injuries and conditions in which intracranial pressure is raised)

umm lemme try again....uh what are you going to be for halloween?

what are the contraindications for opioid use?

uh...Relative and Absolute Contraindications for Opioid Use
Relative Contraindications (use only after careful consideration of risks and benefits)
• Unwilling or unable to comply with treatment plan
• Unable to manage therapy responsibly
• Social instability
• Acute psychiatric instability or high suicide risk
• Substance abuse including alcohol (recent or past)*
• Current substance use disorder according to DSM-IV criteria (excluding caffeine and nicotine )*
• Pregnancy
• Suspected illegal activity

Absolute Contraindications (should not be used)
• Absence of pathology
• Illegal activity: active diversion, prescription forgery, active or recent illicit drug use, history of significant illegal
activity
• Active untreated addiction
• Current substance abuse, including alcohol*
• Buprenorphine + naloxone therapy (partial mu opioid agonist prescribed for and approved for opioid dependence only)
• Naltrexone therapy (opioid antagonist prescribed for treatment of alcohol or opioid dependence only)
* Reflects difference in opinion among health care providers

my favorite part of your previous answer is that, well besides telling me nothing but addiction info, they dont want you to take opioids when you're on anti opioid meds like naloxone and naltrexone. good times.

hahahahahahahaha...almost ;p you want to use water actually because a lube could mess with how the coating will act on the suppository and could mess up the drug dissolution and wont be able to get to where it needs to go fast enough or it could get there faster ;p but in reality, my teacher told me you need a real good friend since you can't get the suppository past your sphincter by yourself ~_^

aannnny way, i'm oh i was going to say an old show i'm totally all about right now. um i like suits!
