Inuyasha, who had had nothing better to do, was waiting for them as they approached. He seemed completely disinterested in what would be going on, and didn't even ask why he had been called. It took a little longer for Sora to arrive, but Riku didn't show up. Sora was in a bad mood because of this.

Rin after a while had made her way to the livingroom "What we doing?"
" A game..." Rei said and opened a flap in the wall. Pressing the button she spoke into the speaker "Riku when I say everybody it includes you. Get to the living now."

Ryou waited a moment, but when nobody else showed up, he found it a little awkward. "Where do you keep the games? I can get it out for you."
"Get what out, exactly?" Inuyasha asked with a yawn, picking at his nails. Sora plopped down next to him on the couch. Ryou told him, and Inuyasha arched an eyebrow. "Twister? Never heard of it."

Rei let out a small growl of annoyance before going to a cuboard and taking the box out "It's fun."

Ryou began to explain the rules, and Inuyasha couldn't help but laugh. "It sounds so ridiculous. Who's playing?"
"Not Ri-ku." Sora grumbled, putting odd emphasis on his friend's name, in a bitter mockery. He acted grumpy, but he was actually worried about his friend.

"Okay. Rin, do you want to be the person who spins?" Ryou offered, spreading the mat down on the ground.
Riku wasn't purposefully ignoring Rei's calls. He hadn't heard them. He had gone to the beach, knowing that Sora would probably tear apart the house looking for him before coming outside. He sat on the sand, one knee up, and stared blankly at the waves. How could this place be so foreign yet so much like his island?

Riku glanced up as she approached. His aqua eyes narrowed for a moment, but he soon relaxed. "Hey." He muttered back. Sora had told him about this girl (Sora had told him about everyone) and he knew he shouldn't be rude. This was her house, after all. But just because Sora was friends with these people didn't mean he had to be their friend-- or that they had to be friendly with him. That half demon certainly didn't like him. Riku felt guilty for attacking the kid, as well. Rei was the only one he felt he was on neutral terms with.

"Yeah. Reminds me of home." Riku said briefly, a sad look in his eyes. Well, not exactly sad. Brooding, probably. He looked away from the water and to Rei. "Does Sora want me or something?"

Riku sighed softly, then got up to his feet. He brushed the sand off of the leather coat. He considered pulling the hood up, but thought better of it. "Sorry to have pulled you away from the game." He muttered, flexing his fingers, which were covered with leather gloves. "I suppose we'll be going back now."
