Elasa looked to Firestar and gave a small incline of her head. "Forgive me, ma'am, but... the war has yet to begin," she said soberly. "The leader of my Corps instructed me to recruit as many heroes as possible to fight Nekron and his allies whence the time came. Once that is done... We must wait. Go about our normal lives until it is time to fight Nekron's forces. And when that happens... I do not know." she said softly.

At Elasa's statement, Reyna snorted. "I am no hero, so why am I here?" she asked rhetorically. she had long since zoned out, finding the room's events annoying and pointless.

 "Ally...enemy...neutral...it no longer matters what side we are all on..." Zeso lowly grumbled, his eyes gazing upon the stagnant Reyna, his posture and attitude of boredom getting to his nerves, "It will not matter what side you are on when the apocalypse begins...more then likely, the rise of Nekron will not only mark the possible end to mortal kind, but it will signal the rise to chaos and death...the demons trapped within hell shall rise with him...evil will not fear to show itself when everything is all in flames...and Nekron will consume them if they do not bow to his reign..."
His fingers lightly traced his ring, his eyes lightly glowing a deeper blue as he gazed upon Reyna, his expression was gentle, though his eyes were like swords looking into her heart, the gaze itself attempting to pierce it, as well as his tongue, which snapped like a whip at her, "If you are so bored...so annoyed by all of this...fine...leave...we do not need half-hearted beings in this war. Indecision can be what kills someone in this battle. So if you're not going to assist us, or try to pay attention, then I suggest you leave...you will be more of a hindrance then an asset if you can hardly care for this world or what is going...maybe when all is in flames, and all you hold dear has crumbled away at your feet, your eyes will open...

Reyna's eyes widened and her lips drew back to form a snarl like smile. "Zeso, is it?" she asked with a cold voice. "What care I for this world? My focus is the Universe. I do, after all, not wish to be ruled by the corpse breath himself. And as far as my boredom, Zeso, its source was the petty arguments and your own intrusion. Had we been discussing, say our plan, I would have been quite focused. And trust me, if I could leave, I would. The Universe could be defended other places. But I have my orders. And besides, fear is so ripe on this planet." her hands curled to fists. Though her words were nonchalant and meant to be daggers, Zeso's own statement had rankled Reyna.

Doom carefully noticed the friction between the various Lanterns... which could prove to his advantage later. The key was to divine what the goals of each of the Corps actually were and see how to take advantage of it.
Keeping up with the conversation, Doom adds, "I have fought against the legions of Hell... and won. From what can be ascertained, Nekron can call on the same demons I have faced. Have any of you faced true demons? They should not be taken lightly. Also, from my travels of time, space, and alternate dimensions, those demons and other forces of Nekron will attack not only Earth, but the Universe as a whole. The question is: would you rather fight Nekron on this planet .... or your home systems?"

Eira's hard glare stuck Reyna. "Do not pretend to know my feelings on this. Nekron should not rise, but he will do so on Earth no doubt. I cannot stop the deaths should it happen. But I shall try and prevent it."

"I certainly hope you plan on doing more then just trying..." His gaze landed on Eira for the briefest of moments before he would rag his fingers through his hair, softly sighing as he felt the development of a strain on his forehead, the skin folding as his eyebrows knitted together, the beginnings of a migraine forming in his head...
"Excuse me..." He would softly speak, moving towards the door and would lean close to Elasa, his lips slightly puckering and would place themselves to her cheek, giving her a soft, succulent kiss ever so briefly to her cheek, a soft pink on his cheeks as his free hand glided against her cheek, him thumb softly brushing the sweet, pale skin of her expression as he spoke, "I need some air...I'll be right outside..."
He fingers would linger along her body for a moment, his eyes and smile mirroring that of a shy coyness, though an inner infatuation with her before he would slowly glide off, using his ring's power to let him sail through the castle until he reached the outside, letting the harsh, strong winds batter his body and relax him, coking his head backwards as he closed his eyes, outstretching his hands to his sides as he felt the harsh winds pass through his body, calming and freezing his nerves...

Elasa blushed as Zeso kissed her, and she watched him leave with a smile on her face. Then she looked to Reyna and Eira.
"Forgive me, but this is simply not the time for hostility with one another," she said to them. "We must work together to defeat Nekron, as well as his allies." With that, she walked outside, leading Larfleeze on the leash she had made, to see Zeso again. She smiled, and put her hand in his.
"I missed you," she said softly.

Zeso was currently relaxing with the breeze, his arms slowly lowering when the strain of gravity pulled them back down, light crystals of ice latching to his hair as he softly smiled, feeling the cool wind around him that made him feel at peace.
His eyes then opened as he felt his hand touched by Elasa, the warmth of her hand calling for his fingers to slowly curl around hers and he would slowly turn to her, his smile widening as he looked into her eyes and his fingers entwined with hers, holding her hand gently with his own as he spoke, "I'm sorry that I made you worry about me...I...I missed you terribly...unable to see you for that span of time...I thought I..."
His fingers on hers slightly tightened, his eyes closing as his head and shoulders slightly hung, a shudder pulsing through his body as he gritted his teeth behind his lips, determined not to tear up again...yet soon enough, he could feel the water forming at one corner, the sting of the cold stopping the tear midway down his cheek.
"I thought...I had lost you..."

"What're you, Tamaranian, stupid?" Atrocitus asked bluntly to Starfire. "The Blue Lantern said that once all the heroes have been gathered, we wait until Nekron and his allies reveal themselves."

 Raven calmly looked at Doom and her lover, saying in a soft voice and using her empathy in it, "Be calm. We all know this is not going well, but they are heroes and respect is warranted. Please, do not fight amongst allies as the enemies shall gain an upper hand. As a dear friend says to be, 'Be well with yourself'. We must also be well with each other." The dark Titan said, casting a hidden wink at Starfire. Her gaze hardened slightly as she spoke again. "And this evil is not one we can battle easily. Those dead are only able to be lead by evil. I am the daughter of Trigon the Terrible. I may have a chance at destroying him Kory, but...." Her voice faded off as she recalled dying to destroy her own father. "But we may have to bury myself with him. Forgive me Kory, but to destroy evil, the most absolute way is total death."

As Starfire looks at Raven worried, Dr. Doom walked up to the dark Titan, "Of all those gathered here, you would have a true understanding in what we face. I sensed your aura when I went to Gotham City. Perhaps together, we can muster the eldritch power neccessary to drive back Nekron and his forces. I have a inner sanctum that I utilize to pool my magical energies. You may use it as well. And for one of your lineage to be named a hero... It is an honor to meet you. I am Victor von Doom, ruler of these lands."
Kori's eyebrow arched at Doom bowed in front of Raven, acknowledging a lady.

Eira cast a glance at Doom, "Truly you think such power will stop Nekron? I feel as if that is wrong." she shrugged. Her body was tight from worry, and she knew soon she would need to get outside and find a clearing to exercise in. Before she lost her temper...
