*I found something* Snowfall sent to Knifefall. *But momma wont like it.*
"Never mad, cub. Not for anything like this," Redlance said, coming to nuzzle his cubs.

Knifefall moved off in the direction of her brother. *Smells like...well...smells funny...* Mommy! Snowfall found something that doesn't smell right!"
Woodshot growled, "Want me to go check?"

Venka, ever responsible Venka, was not going to let a cub run off on his own, so went with.

Swordfall was prancing around her remaining cubs nervously.
Redlance and Tyleet were keeping alert, while helping to keep track of the cubs.

Swordfall hesitated. She should be there, hunting for her cub. But.. her other cubs... Were fine. But could she even catch up with her mother and brother? One way to find out. *Stay put, mind my sire,* She sent to all her other cubs then raced towards the hunt.

Tyleet sat beside Knifefall. "Not at all cub, you did the right thing. If he is with some one who might hurt him, we needed to know."
"Not all monsters look like trolls," Redlance added grimly.
They were coming to an area that smelled bad to Venka. Well, she didn't have a wolfrider's nose, but she knew the smell of wolfriders and they were coming to a place where she couldn't smell them anymore. So she grabbed Snowfall by the tail, with her teeth, and planted all four of her feet. That was still odd.
Snowfalls Yip could be heard by all three of the pursuers.

"He's being hurt!" Woodshot notched an arrow to his string as he hurried toward the cub.
"But..." Knifefall sighed and pawed at the ground nervously. "He was mad and told me he was going to run away..."
