"Hey hey hey, I don't feel well enough for yout o leave my side..." Matt said as he pulled Sally onto his back and started to give her a piggy back once again. "Come on, let's get some ice cream and coffee..." Matt walked to the ice cream parlor and ordored his coffee black. "After you order Sally we'll go back to my place.."

"Okay!" she ordered a peach soft serve. She leaned over and stole a sip of his coffee, then grabbed her ice cream and grinned.

Elenwyd ((to moo i donno.... to skater. What!!! why?!?! ICe cREAMS good 4 u!!! it's food for the soul! ps.. i i'll be gone for a few days visiting my reletives.)) he smiled. walking out he went to matts, and shoved opean the door and stuck the syrup in the fridge. grbing a huge spoon he wlaked out and caught up with kyfen. "hey i'll try to find the person that runs the festival to see if we can get an ice cream contest in." pullin gout his wallet, he takes out two hundreds and hands them to kyfen then says, "If you need me i'll be near the stage. and stay close too, matt, lynn, or sally. i don't want you to get lost now. go have fun, and don't please don't eat to much, 'cuase if i can get an ice cream contest i'll put you in it. if you fell like it ok?" (('Tis true! I'd take ice-cream over pain any day of the week!)) Kyfen nodded. He'd never been allowed to go out and see the festival on his own like this, and he was excited. I hope this day never ends. I hope it just goes on forever and ever...Running up to Yata, Kyfen gave him a leaping hug before waving goodbye and disappearing into the crowd. He ran up to the stage, weaving in and out, sometimes ducking down and heading straight through tall adult's legs like a stuck-in-the-mud game. Eventually, he reached his destination- only to see no-one up there. "Ooh!" He said. He'd seen Lynn dance before, and it was always nice to see. Now that he knew her in person, he'd wanted to cheer for her. Family is family, after all.

"I'm going to do a song and dance about the makings of the world," Lynn said as she reached the microphone, "I hope you enjoy."
Lynn walked to the side of the stage, carrying the mic with her, and then placed it down, walking back to center stage. She started her act with simple movements, like twirls and jumps. She had to keep in mind that she also had to sing. Singing and dancing in front of the entire town was like asking for attention. People might start to notice that she wasn't aging as quickly as they were, and try to get her to say why. She didn't want to attract attention, but she was already on stage and she had to follow through.
She once again got lost in the song, and didn't pay attention to her dancing. The audience clapped every time she did something interesting. She held out the high notes as long as she could, finishing the song with a curtsy. She headed off stage and allowed one of the directors past her to announce that one of the acts had been canceled.
"Sorry about this, but one of our finishing acts has been canceled. An actor wanted out, so with out further ado, here is your next act."
Lynn laughed. Matt had backed out, then? She went back into the crowd, trying to avoid the people who were telling her she was good. She knew that already.

I have news, however, MooBrains, GM of this RP-as I am told-can't log in! Meaning, her account has been hacked. So all posting from her will be put on hold for a short time until she can work things out.

((It's me! MooBrains. I still can't log into that account yet, though. I'll try to get in as much as possible, but until I manage to secure my password and email stuff, I will be posting with this account. Keep in mind that that means that I won't be able to edit anything to get new Character Profiles up. I will put them where ever the RP happens to be when I get a new profile, so keep in mind that new characters might be strewn across a few pages.
This whole thing is making it so much harder for all of us, I know.))

The Twins sat at there desks going through and signing of on different business proposals. Apollo chewed on his pen as he read over the new overdraft fee outline, "I don't understand linear beings bother with all this. If they weren't so selfish would be much more effective as a whole."
'This coming from someone that never seems to have any enemies for more than a week?" Artemis asked as he shredded a loan request. "Honestly, we've been around for how long? Humans are like fruit, they spoil with time. They don't have the mind set to think past their own life time. The few that ever do get close end up rearing even worse offspring and things balance back out. Even if there is a individual that as full grasp of our concept of life, they almost always end up being an immortal."
"Yes yes, but still. I'd like to think that somewhere out there is someone who knows how we see things, knowing that they'll never see it."
Artemis set his pen down and looked Apollo, "You always have a way of coming of a morbid romantic. You're still thinking about pretending to be a human aren't you?"
Apollo leaned back and spun his chair around to face the ceiling to floor window looking out to the city. "All we've ever done is maintain the Mortals dream status of living. Don't you want to know why they want these things? Money, Freedom, everything. We don't know what's all out there. I just want to understand the importance of what we have."
Artemis walked over and put a hand on his brother's shoulder looking out the window, "So is it the same agreement? If you're thinking about this ten days after your birthday we'll do it."
Apollo stared out into the cityscape. All that bustling around and he had only a vague idea of what any of them were doing. "Deal."
The phone rang and they both ignored it until it went to voicemail, "Happy birthday Apollo."
"Happy birthday Artemis."
