Ryoko_Youkai Akki noticed Ki glancing at the stranger, she felt it too, the familiar presence, the smell of the woods and off dirt. '..enishi...' She let out a soft groan, and the menu back politely. Ryoko sat there she had the best view of the stranger. She on the other hand wanted to ignore him. After many years of peace and quiet, she had grown quite found of it and rather not make a fuss of things.-He smiled gently from behind the mask, and left slowly with the roll of paper still on the table. It said Crimson on the tag, so that should be enough to get the picture across to give it to her. He made his way back to the woods that once was his prison to seek out the Fairy "king". He had business with him.-

Soon after Enishi left the inn, Ki stood up and walked towards his table. "Oho, he left something for...Crimson? Mmm." He picked it up and returned to his family. "Akki, do you know where Crimson is right now? Lets go meet her after lunch." He said, with his stomach growling.

Both Akki and Ryoko let out a soft laugh at Ki rumbling stomach.
"no..i don't know where she is...I haven't had the chance to meet up with her, since she came back to the city." She said looking at the note.
"hmm..well, after dinner we'll go introduce ourself and then we'll figure out what to do next." Ryoko said putting the letter away in her pouch.

[..ooh. someone's looking smexy. ]
The waiter had arrived with their food and drinks a few minutes later, and Ki had begun to start first. "Yes. We have a lot to do tonight. In fact, this things can't be wait."
Time is getting shorter for me. Ki winced at the thought, and then he smiled. "I wish time would stop now."

[ redface ]
Akki drank her tea in quiet and picked at her food. 'otousan...' her eyes grew a bit sad and but she smiled at her dad and nodded. "i do too, it's been quite lonely with out you guys"
Ryoko smiled a sad smile at Ki. No matter how much she loved him there was no stopping the fact that he would eventually leave her forever. If she could she would trade her immortality to be able to live and die with her husband. "akki dear, if you wouldn't mind, just for tonight, your father and i will stay at the inn and tomorrow we'll join you at your home"
Akki nodded. ''sure mom"

Ki sensed the tension, and felt a pang of uneasiness. As Ryoko requested that he and she would go to Akki's house tomorrow, Ki chuckled. "Just admit that you would love to spend the night alone with me because I am the awesomest one."

"My cooking is beyond comparison." Ki pouted. "How could you say that after eating my cooking for more than 500 years?" He poked the chicken, took a bit with his chopsticks and put the meat into his mouth. Ki went silent for a few seconds, and then muttered. "Shoot, this is good...Ahem, eat quickly. The night is getting darker soon." With that, he took chunks of the chicken meat into his bowl.

Akki looked at her parents fondly, she couldn't remember the last time she felt so happy to be eating, and she wasn't even all that hungry.
Ryoko managed to finish the chicken, and half her rice and some veggies. She looked at the fish with a bit of disdain. "there is no way i have room for the fish and the sweet potatoes...im so full" She put her chopsticks down and drank some tea to help the food along.

Kagai had escaped the kitties eventually his hair remained braided back in a single braid he didn't feel like taking it out besides it kept the hair our of his eyes. He stood in front of a wall mounted mirror looking over his shoulder at his back his shoulder blades felt strange but the two birth marks that reminded him of ripped off wing scars looked normal. He shrugged his upper body was exposed know his cloak and shirt where in a bundle on his bed. He scooped them up and looked over at his reflection his hair and eye color changed slightly then back to normal.
"The full moon will rise tomorrow guess ill have to pay her a visit" kagai said to himself before hopping out his window.
He found his way up to the roof top hopping off of statues and parts of the palace with cat like grace until he was up there sitting next to his favorite statue. It was of a sabertooth like most of them but this one did not have its mouth open in a roaring fashion or a claw up to defend it self it simply stood and stared in a proud sort of way. Kagai leaned against it and closed his eyes.

((As the original roleplayer has exited the guild, I was asked by my friend head_inda_clouds to join in. Here’s the updated version of his profile. - scroll down and find my post. Thanks!))As if his ability to stand wasn’t stilted enough, he was soon forced to the ground again by both gravity and Li. Cort raised a confused brow at the young girl, teeth still gritted in pain. It was as if his head would continue to spin ‘til he was sick. He stood, and to prevent her from trying to steady him again, he placed his hands on either shoulder with a stern look quite present. ‘Li, as you can tell,’ he paused, whether it was for effect, or for his suppression of curse worse, ‘I’m fine.’ he soon noticed the imp, or really, took in what he was carrying. He let his hands drop from her shoulders and approached the imp, extending a gloved hand, ‘May I have that,’ he said in a tone void of question. The imp, while his, clutched it to his chest tightly. A rather rebellious air surrounded the small conjuring suddenly, his expression mixed with annoyance. ’B – But Master – you not need it. Me need it more. My master really need it.’ and with that, the imp vanished, amulet in tow. Cort’s hand fell once more, his expression void of the anger he felt. He stood up properly, facing the spot where the imp had left a scorched mark on the ground. Taking a moment, he turned back to Li, his movements now stiff and forced. ((*flees to wait for head_inda_clouds))

Li stood dumbfounded, looking at the scorch mark the imp had left. Putting that aside for later, she stepped in. "You know you are not fine." Li did her best to sound firm. "You are coming with me, and I want to know what happened." Besides, Li thought to herself, It's not like I trust him enough to let him wander off. Something big went down. Li bit her lip as she guided Cort in -what she hoped- was the direction of Akki's house, ignoring the young man's protesting. Oh, just shut up.

Cort allowed the girl simple pleasure of being bossy by withholding his protests. He wasn’t intending to explain what had happened to him, to her. Omission of the truth, really. Without much in the way of language, Li led Cort, much to the latter’s dismay. He could do little else after witnessing something he had needed with his entire being simply – vanish.
'Where are we heading?' he asked in a quiet voice, looking over a particularly brutal wound on his arm.

"I'm staying with Akki." Li replied, relieved that Cort had accepted her help. "She knows more about healing than I do anyway." Li looked at Cort under her eyelashes, she felt uneasy. After all- Cort showed signs of a particulary nasty battle and an imp had just vanished. What was the deal with that imp anyway? I thought Cort was its master. Li just hoped that Akki wouldn't mind Li bringing Cort home with her- perhaps they had united against a common enemy. "This way," Li said gently as they reached Akki's home. Li opened the door to find that Akki had not yet returned. Leaving Cort in the sitting room, Li brewed tea and found some snacks before she looked for the healing balm.

Ki helped to finish the fish, and had ask the waiter to pack the sweet potatoes instead. He put down his bowl and chopsticks, and drank the cup of tea. Wiping his lips with a small hankerchief, Ki then spoke up. "Lets go. We'll send Akki out. Better to take a short walk to digest." He wasted no time in standing up, and walked towards the entrance, leaving the two ladies.
He tried not to clutch on his chest, for the pain in his heart began to get obvious. Shoot.
