If, like in the Academy, Someone solves the problem of the dice, interferes, and stops the bullying, should I still roll?

In your case you would still roll. Because even though Yuki stopped it, the effect of being intimidated will still remain. So, yes you need to roll a sense.

No, I wanted to know if I had to roll something just to get in walking through the front door. Kolo is an Academy Student, and needs to teach Akemi Henge no Jutsu.

If it's for that, then I don't think you need to sneak in, so you wouldn't have to roll for that. You technically would be going there on orders of Yuki.

Karite The Reaper Whats the DC for sneaking into the Raiken mansion, Tenmoki Household, Dorms, Kage office, and apartments. What is the DC for lock picking or window opening?
Is there anything that would put a person to sleep in the alchemy thread a student could get there hands on? I want to know the DC for breaking in.

How do we find a clan to join? Also, do we have to join a clan? I'm sorta confused

It is not mandatory to join a clan. If you do want to join a clan you can check the clan thread in the Game System. There you will see a list of the clans that you can join. Just be aware that some clans maybe closed from accepting new members at the moment. Most are open though -coughcheckoutHyuugaandOrochiclanscough-.

For training a skill it lists:
To gain a skill point
DC: 10 + Skill
1d20 + Skill
Train: 0/3
so does't a 6/6 training yeild +2 to the skill you've trained? If so, I belive my last training needs to be edited by the person who checked it. I only recieved a +1 to my skill. If not, then this should be something to be looked at and thought about either way.
