Ali watched him race down the staircase back to Michelle, and waved sweetly after him. She waited until he was out of sight.
A small, satisfied smirk crept onto her face. Her eyes glittered. She listened to his footsteps fade into the distance, and then continued hauling her suitcase up to her room.

"Really? Phew, that's good!" Michelle sighed with relief, also laying back upon her comfy pillow, totally relaxed now. Matt didn't seem like the type to lie, so she was going with his word.
"I can't thank you enough for keeping me company; it's been really helpful!" she said, grinning at the ceiling.

Almost immediately a sad look appeared on his charge's face, there was something else she wasn't telling him. At first he considered calling her out on it, but in the end decided it was best to let her tell him when she felt ready, afterall, they had only met that morning. With the happy puppy mask plastered across his facer, Julian grabbed onto the girl's hand and whimsically began dragging her towards the cafeteria.

Even still, the boy could not help but wonder how the demon had enticed her, and believed this was an answer he was entitled to, "So how did he do it, I mean make you kiss him?"
