Path trotted over to Konoha Gwen still on his back. She slipped off his back holding her hand out towards Konoha. "Come on girl just let me take a look."she crooned softly.
Path nuzzled Konoha lovingly. "Are you ok? Is the foal......"he asked trailing off, worried.

Konoha was still shaking. She flicked her ears back in worry and snuggled her head up to his shouder. "I don't know Path. My stomach hurts and so does my leg." She turned her head and nuzzled her stomach. "What if something happened to the foal? What if..." She was so upset she couldn't finish her sentence. She winced and tossed her head.
Colonel came up behind Gwen, he stayed back so that she could work with the mare. "Gwen are you alright? Is she alright?"

Bafore the men came to take Shadow, Shadow had kicked at Path and bucked. He reared and lashed out at Path. He nipped at his flank hard before the men came. He saw the men coming and he rolled his eyes. He reared up kicking at Colonel and Johnson. He lashed his hooves out and tried to buck when they put the halter around him, but it stopped him from bucking when they put the rope on his back, so he lashed out and pawed the ground fourisly. He pinned his ears back and tried to lash out at the men again. He wasen't scared of Path, nor the other stallions or mares. He tried to get the halter off by rubbing it on his hooves. He snorted and tossed his head.
Amy watched feeling usless. Bella was at Amy's side and was growling at the satllions but knew better not to go atttack. Amy saw Shadow and looked in his eyes. He was scared and dangoruse. She would go take a look at him when the others where gone. She decided to put Sundance in the pasture for now incase something happened. She untied the lead rope and led Sundance into the pasture with Wildfire and Destiny.
Sundance trotted over to her friends. "Did you guys see that? That stallion's crazy and supid to nock Konoha down when she's pregnant!!" Sundance yelled but kept her voice low.

Gwen moved closer to Konoha lightly touching her flank. "Easy girl I won't hurt you. I promise."Gwen said softly moving her hand slowly towards Konoha's stomach.
"Calm down Shadow. There is no need to fight."Wildfire nickered softly to Shadow from the fence.
"Don't worry, my girl, everything will all be alright."Path nickered nuzzling Konoha.
"Colonel can you bring Wildfire over here for me?"Gwen asked glancing over at Colonel.

Shadow ingored Wildfire and lashed out at Colonel again. He hated men but for some reasson he liked woman better. He let out a little buck just rising 2 feet off the ground. It was ahrd to buck with the rope around his back. He rubbed his head against his hooves again. He kicked himself in the face as he tried to get the halter off him, wich made his left eye bleed and his muzzle bleed.
Amy watched in horror feeling bad for Shadow. She knew Colonel and the others where going to kill her for walking into the pasture but, she did so anyways making sure not to scare any more of the other horses. She slowly walked up to Shadow muttering smoothing words lound enough for only Shadow to hear as she held out a two carrots in her hand.
Shadow watched Amy walk up to him. He pinned his ears back but did nothing more then that. Somehow he didn't have the courage of hurting Amy. He snorted angerily and pawed the ground. It showed in his eyes in how much pain he was in.
Amy was nearly close enough to touch Shadow but didn't touch him. "That's a good boy. I'm not going to hurt you. I just want to take a look at your eye and your muzzle. Nothing more." Amy said calmly. As her dad was a horse whisper she had learn alot from him about horse whispering. She stretched her hand out for Shadow to sniff it and the carrots.
Shadow watched Amy for a momment, before he snorted and pawed the ground. He sniffed Amy's hand, then the carrots. The carrots smelled wonderfull and juicy but he was still uneasy about them.

Rusher held the rope tight, keeping Shadow from hurting the men. He snorted and tugged on the rope. "Calm down young one. They will not hurt you, in fact they did you quite a favor. You stand little chance against Path, specialy when you involve his mare."
Johnson watched Amy but didn't stop her. "Amy be carefull, don't anything too risky." He stood only a few feet behind her, completely calm and unthreatening.
Colonel nodded. "Alright but be carefull." He climbed over the fence and went to the other pasture, picking a halter up on the way. He entered the pasture without closeing the gate, trusting that the mare's would stay put. "Come on Wildfire, Gwen needs your help." He slipped the halter over the mare's head and lead her back to the main pasture, closing the gates behind him.
Konoha looked around to Gwen. She snorted and shuffled away from the woman. "How can you say that Path? Nothing is alright."

Shadow snorted heavily as if he had trouble breathing. "You don't understand, my likings of men. They killed my mother, and shot my herd. I have no reasson to like them." Shadow snorted angrily.
Amy nodded from hearing Johnson, but didn't turn back to look at him.
Shadow picked up the carrot from Amy's hand with his velvet lips still uneasuy about them. He snorted. He was hungry. So he took a bit of the carrot and soon gobbled it down, taking the other one from Amy.
Amy smiled. "Now, just let me check your eye and your muzzle, alright? Nothing's going to hurt." She gently gribed on Shadow's halter and looked at his muzzle. She pulled a cloth from her jean pocket. She letted Shadow sniff it before gently whiepping the blood from his muzzle and around his eye. Soon all the blood was gone but his eye was bruiesed and his muzzle, wich would take time to heal. Shadow's heavily breathing was from fighting, but soon would stop.
Shadow flinced when Amy grabbed the halter but didn't lash out. He also flinched when she rubbed the blood off with this so called thing she called a "cloth".

Kalypso snorted and bared his teeth. He cautiosly approached Path and Konoha. "Path...is she okay? Are you okay?" He asked him. "Is the foal alright?" He asked them, worry ringing in his voice. He looked over at Shadow and hatred shown in his eyes. He trotted over to the stallion, picking his legs up high, and pinned his ears back, holding his head high. "What the hell were you thinking? She's pregnant, you idiot! You got off easy, Path should have torn you to pieces. And don't think you're the only here who hates humans...That was stupid..." He said through bared teeth, his voice threatening. He paid no attention to Amy, but turned to Rusher. He still felt bad about charging him and his human named Johnson. He walked slowly over to them and stood next to Johnson and Rusher, keeping his burning eyes fixed on Shadow. He occassionaly glanced over at Eclipse.

Amy looked at Kalypso who was standing by Rusher and Johnson.
Shadow bared his teeth and Kalypso and lashed out at him taking a little torn peice off of his coat leaving a little bald spot. He pinned his ears back and looked at Kalypso. His eyes flaming with anger and hatred. He started to prance around ready to charge at Kalypso only if the ropes weren't holding him.
Amy touched Shadow gently on his nose. Amy could tell Shadow's briuesed eye and his bruiesed muzzle hurtted him so badly. She turned to Johnson. "We should get him out of here, before Kalypso or Path cause anymore trouble to Shadow and Shadow causes trouble back." Amy said calmly. She took the lead rope and gently clicked her tounge trying to get Shadow to move.
Shadow moved slowly and uneasyly pulling on the rope.
Amy led Shadow into a small pasture away from the mares and the wild horses. She led him into the small pasture and untied his halter and his lead rope before walking out of the pasture and closing the gate. She looked at Shadow straight in the eyes. Amy had named him Shadow once he had gotton into the fort the first time he came in and she told everyone eles what she had named him. "Shadow....why did you do that to Konoha? You knew her leg wasne't healed and it hurrted her. It was wrong for you to do that and you should of controled your temper. But i still love you even if you don't love me. The horses hate you..well at least the wild ones. I bet you don't care but , Shadow you should regret of what you've done and think about it. I'll come check on you later, boy." Amy said calmly. She left 2 carrots on the grass before walking over to the mare's pasture.
Shadow ears where perecked up as Amy was talking to him. He snorted in respawn before walking over to the corner, his ears pinned back and his head tucked into his stomach.

((Wait...I'm so confused. gonk I thought Johnson had Shadow roped to Rusher...or was he wearing a halter. I went back and re-read this whole situationa nd it said Shaodw was tied up with a rope around his neck. O_o ))
Kalypso roared and lashed back at him. He reared and struck out with his forelegs, beating down on Shadow's shoudler. He came back down and bit him hard on the neck, drawing blood. He watched, angered as Amy led him away from the pasture. He galloped to the fenceline closest to Shadow's fence and roared, his ears pinned back, glaring at him. "You wait, boy, you'll pay for that.." He said harshly. He then turned around, swished his tail at Shadow rudely, then cantered back to Johnson and Rusher, but stood a few yards away from them, panting, his nostrils flaring rapidly. He swiveled his head around to his shoudler, rubbing gently on the bald patch. It had started bleeding, and blood was rubbing onto his muzzle.

((Um yes Shadow had a rope around his neck and the other end was tied around Rusher's neck. But, as I'm sort of lazy at the moment, just leave the posts. Oh and Angel Amy wouldn't know that Konoha's pregnant, only the horses do at this point. And another thing watch for God moding you can't say you ripped out a chunk of Kalypso's coat, unless of course you worked it out with Dragon, same goes for Dragon. Leave the posts just be carefull in the future.))
Johnson was suprised that Kalypso would willingly stand so close to him. He watched the on goings and was glad that Amy led Shadow away. Rusher nickered to Kalypso, "Are you ok, young one? You should let Johnson take a look."
Johnson walked slowly towards Kalypso, holding his plam out. "Let me take a look now. Nothing mutch I promise."

Kalypso turned his head from his wound to Rusher to Johnson. His flickered around uneasily and the smell of blood on his muzzle made him skittish. "Y-yeah, I'm fine...He didn't get me too bad." He said. He stretched out his neck, only taking one step toward Johnson. He sniffed his hand, his blood-stained muzzle refraining from touching him, then drew back, snorting. His ears continued to flicker around, but he stood perfectly still, scarcely daring to breath, watching Johnson.

((sorry Bri, sorry Dragon sweatdrop )) Amy was stroking Sundance gently on her buckskin coat. "You've seem fatter, girl. Are you..." Amy trailed off. She smiled and grinned as Sundance whinned and bobbed her head. "You are girl! I can't belive it! I'm so pround of you!" And with that Amy gave Sundance a pround hug. Amy thought for a momment then realize who the father was. Sundance had never been around any other stallions except Autumn Gold a golden palomino stallion that Amy was out training a filly for roping cattle and Amy had placed the stallion in the pasture with Sundance. "It's Autumn isn't it?" Amy laughed and patted Sundance.Sundance nickered happily and pranced around when Amy hugged her. She nuzzled her and bobbed her head before nipping at her stomach.Shadow galloped towards Kalypso. "Like, i'm scared of you." He snarled before walking back bucking at Kalypso. He licked his wound as he layed down in his corner. He didn't touch the carrots, Amy had left for him.

Gwen slipped Wildfire's halter off. Wildfire snorted tossing her head. "Konoha Gwen won't hurt you, trust me. She just wants to make sure the foal is alright. She does the same thing with me. I know humans have hurt you before, but Gwen and Colonel aren't like that. Heck Gwen would kill herself before she would hurt a horse."she nickered softly to Konoha trotting over to the pregnant mare.
Gwen stood back letting her horse try to coax the frightened mare into letting her help. "I think I will leave Wildfire in here. With Shadow gone she should be ok and I think it would be good for Konoha."she said glancing over at Colonel.
Path was quiet not knowing what to say. He just nuzzled her resting his head on her back.

Amy patted Sundance and hugged the mare once more. "I geuss i'll have to ride a new horse now won't I?"
Sundance snorted and pinned her ears back. She tossed her head.
Amy laughed. "Don't worry. I'll come see you everyday and every minute to see how your doing." Amy said, smiling. She hugged Sundance one last time before giving her a sugar cube and walking over to Gwen and the others. She was suprised to see Kalypso standing just feet away from Johnson. She smiled. "I geuss are strandry worked." Amy said to herself under her breath.
