((Sorry I've been rather absent. I'm getting ready to move to college on Thursday, and I'm not really sure I'm happy about it...))
Graham drove Troya down to the piers. The traffic was thick, and Graham circled the block twice without finding a parking spot. "I think I have a better idea...." he said before turning left. They didn't drive far before he pulled into the line for the ferry. He looked over and smiled at Troya, laughing a little at a couple of boys who were staring at the sleek car, Graham knew they couldn't see in because of the tinted windows.
Brody laughed. "You don't care if the water is cold? Do you like freezing?" he asked comically. He heard a car pull into the driveway, and looked back at the house for a moment before he heard it pull away again. Odd... he thought.

Seth laughed, swirling in the water. Her hair and clothes clung to her, almost like suction cups. As she heard the car pull in, she tilted her head. "Do you think it could be Graham?" She asked, swimming towards him.

"No..... the car drove away.... and Graham would have opened the garage door...." Brody thought, his eyebrows furrowing together for a moment. "Should I go check?"

Seth shrugged. she lay in the shallow water for a couple minutes and then shook her head. "I'll come with you then." She said this firmly, stading up and wringing out her clothes.

"Are you done swimming?" Brody asked. His jeans felt heavy on his legs from him swimming in them.

Seth nodded, getting up and and ringing her hair out. She shook her head and water flung off. She smiled and sat down on the sand, getting her bum dirty with sand and pebbles.

"Alright." Brody walked to the shore. He tried to not show off TOO much while the water was dripping from his muscular upper half. He reached the beach, picking up his shoes and his shirt. "Ready?" he asked, offering her his hand to help her up.

Seth nodded, grabbing his hand and standing up. She brushed her bottom off, embarrassingly, and smiling shyly at Brody.

(( I thought it would be funny... Lol. ^^ ))
Brody seemed to not notice her embarrassment. "You know, if I was a real gentleman like my brother I'd carry you back up to the house. The rocks at the edge are sharp," he said with a grin. He couldn't help but say or do things like that just to get a blush out of a girl. "But only if you'd like me to."

Seth bit her lip, blushing. "Um, it doesn't matter." She started to feel more bashful then usual, more self-concious. Her pale complexion had fluxuated to a nearing magenta color.

Brody laughed and slung his shirt over his shoulder. He had scooped her up easily and was walking towards the house before she really had time to react to it. He climbed the slight hill that led downwards towards the beach. "Are you going to need dry clothes? I'm sure we have some small enough that you can borrow so you can wash and dry yours."

Seth didn't respond as he swept her into his arms. She was shocked until he asked her about clothes. "Oh, um, sure."

Brody carried Seth across the lawn to the front door where he set her down carefully so he could open the door. Seeing Alyce's note he smiled. "Looks like it was Alyce that was here. She should have come down and had a swim with us. I'll have to call her later." He swung the door open and gestured for Seth to walk inside. "After you."
