::Jiroubou Picked up the boulder with ease and held it above his head and was about to throw it:: " now..hit this rock upwards with the energy you just focused!!" :: He tossed the rock into the air slowly as it was coming for Shiro::
:: Shiro pulled his arm backwards and then released hitting the rock, but Shiro hurt his wrist and leaped out of the way. The boulder hit the ground in a big thud and Shiro sat on the ground breathing hard and holding his wrist:: " little rough dont ya think?"

:: Jiroubou smirked as he watched Shiro stand up again:: : good..we'll try this again..but this time a little more energy..and tell me when your ready.." :: He stood back for a second::
:: Shiro shook his head and then went to focusing his energy. He focused a lot into his muscles this time and closed his eyes:: " ok..im almost ready to try again.." :: Shiro felt stronger as the chakra swirled around his arms::

" heh..hes almost ready huh? lets see how he handles this.." ::Jiroubou Picked the boulder up again and tossed it into the air as it was heading for Shiro's head in full speed:: " focus.." :: He watched the rock fall downwards still heading for Shiro::

:: Shiro's eyes opened and they widened as he pulled his arm backwards:: " ok.." :: Shiro hit the rock with his palm and sent it into the air. Shiro smiled as he watched the rock hit the ground and shatter:: " thanks for the suprise.." :: Shiro sat back down by the tree::
" smart a**..well you did it..so i wont complain.."

" now...i want you to try the boulder strike..it takes a good amount of strength to pull off thsi move but..since you know some impressive moves you should be able to pull it off..so maybe i should give you a demonstration.."
:: Shiro slowly stood up and looked at him about to attempt the move:: " so..you are like a master at these earth moves..thats pretty cool..so go ahead and show me this move.." :: Shiro slipped his hands in his pockets and smirked::

:: Jiroubu focused his energy nto his hands and looked at a boulder that lie on the ground:: " basically what it is, is a strong attack that is able to break a boulder.." :: He slammed his fist down on the boulder and crushed it::
" damn man..its just like the rising palm thingy.." ::Shiro's eyes showed amazment and smirked:: " ok..its my turn..so just focus my chakra into my muscles right?" :: Shiro said ready to do this::

:: Shiro focused on the rock for a moment and then closed his eyes, he then focused his energy into his arms. He could feel the sensation in his arms as he was about to strike the Boulder:: " ok..im almost ready.." :: Shiro's feet drove in the ground a little as his muscles perked up::

:: Shiro opened his eyes and looked at the rock. He then pulled his arm backwards and started to focus more energy into his muscles. He winced at the pain of the energy but quickly focused again::

:: Shiro leaped backwards but kept the focus going. He slid his left leg backwards and was going to make the attempt but had an second tougth about it. He kept focusing his energy untill he felt this wierd feeling in his stomach:: " ok..its ready now.." :: Shiro stepped forwards a little::

:: Shiro poped his knuckles and dashed forwards quickly kicking up dirt behind him. Shiro slid on the ground and released the energy and slammed his fist into the Boulder. It shattered into a bunch of pieces and Shiro fell backwards:: " whoa.."
" good job..you deserve a break kid.." :: Jiroubi stood beside him and looked to the broken up boulder

"ok..now lets try the tackle charge..its a attack when you focus your chakra into a strong tackle..its not complicated at all..just watch.." :: Jiroubu focused his chakra into his back side an tackled a tree and pushing a tree over::
:: Shiro fixed his headband and tied it around his arm:: " ok..so just focus your energy into your shoulders.." :: Shiro smirked as he was about to focus his energy:: " ok."

:: Shiro closed his eyes for a second as his chest started to glow with his Chakra. Shiro put his hands into the activation symbol and his Chakra overlapped his body. He opened his eyes slowly and looked at a tree::

:: Shiro nodded and then closed his eyes. He then focused his chakra into his shoulder blades as they glew a dark orange. He opened his eyes quickly and then got in his stance to do the attack::

:: Shiro's feet dug into the ground as he dashed forwards towards the tree. Shiro slammed his shoulders into the tree and shattered the bottom of the tree. Shiro wobbled backwards and fell down, he then rubbed his head as he sat up:: " guess i got it..heh.."
" yea..good job..heh.." :: Jiroubu smirked and then looked to Shiro::
