Moonpaw smiled at Airpaw's comment, thanking him as he passed by. She then followed into the den and looked around. Slowly, she let the scents of the new den take over her senses. It felt just like she hoped it would. Padding to a nest in the corner, she quietly made herself comfortable. Sleep quickly overcame her in her new, comforting home.

Silvertail was still confused by Ravenfang. Was she trying to ask permssion from me to be Moonpaw's mentor? Then a humorous purr erupted from her throat. That... is so....funny! She shook her fur and sat up again staring at Ravenfang with laughter in her eyes. "I completely trust Torrentstar's descision." Of course this would have been difficult for me even if he himself had taken on Moonpaw as an apprentice. "I know she'll be fine. Just keep an eye on her." Silvertail winked and then sighed. I guess I have to sleep in the warriors den now. She was tired so to her it really didn't matter where she slept at least she was too exhausted to worry. That put her mind at ease and she fell asleep before her belly fur touched the ground.

Ravenfang blinked as Silvertail padded away. I wasn't prepared for that reaction... She thought as she moved to the warrior's den to get some sleep.

Crystaleye gave a yawn, walking over to Dampfoot. "U-um...can you, me, and Icetail go on a patrol? I don't think anyone's out..."
Owleye gave a sigh, walking in her den tiredly.

((I was away too sorry guys sorry))
Torrentstar slept through a dreamless restful sleep. He woke refreshed. He drunk in the warm air as he stepped lightly outside of his den into the sun... the sun? Torrentstar opened his eyes. Everything was wet and dripping. Only about half the snow from yesterday's storm was left on the ground and the sun was shining brightly. Bright enough to mean a safe swim across the river? Torrentstar was excited... yesterday they weren't able to go into Windclan territory but maybe today.... He laid on his belly and crossed one front paw over the other, waiting for Dampfoot to emerge from the warrior's den, or any cat going on the dawn patrol for that matter. He wanted them to see what the river looked like and tell him if it looked safe enough to cross.

Ravenfang woke up and arched her back. Wow. I think it'll be a nice day for once. She saw Torrentstar outside his den and trotted over. "Torrentstar? Would you mind if I took Moonpaw out to explore the borders?" It was her first time being a mentor and she wanted to do it right.

Dampfoot cracked open one eye, squinting to focus on Crystaleye. She slowly rose onto all fours, stretching herself out and blinking the sleep out of her eyes. Outside, the weather looked oddly welcoming, watery sunlight spilling into the Warrior's den.
"Humm.. I suppose we could later.." Dampfoot murmured, "But Torrentstar said he needed to see me first."
She lingered a moment longer before stepping out into the soggy clearing, "I'll be back in a bit."
Dampfoot trotted across to where Ravenfang and Torrentstar were apparently conferring, settling down a couple of foxlengths away to smooth down her pelt while she waited to speak to her leader.

Crystaleye sighed. "Fine." She mewed, eating breakfast. What if we're getting Sandpaw back? She thought excitedly, her tail twitching.

Moonpaw bounced eagerly out of the apprentice's den, out into the center of camp. Thankfully, most of the snow was gone. "It's a new day! Let's go, let's go, let's go!" Moonpaw yelled, trying to find Ravenfang. She was overly excited about her first outing as an apprentice.

Rainfur woke the next morning, feeling more energetic than he had planned. He quickly gulped down a fish, and padded over to Crystaleye. "Morning. Any word about Sandpaw yet?" he asked calmly. one song, before I go...
