In the midst of her dream world, Riyo could hear voices. Talking. Calling her name. Panicing. Crying... Someone was here? She continued to look around with tears in her eyes, but saw no one. What was this? Some kind of trick?
As Neko forced open her eye, her ears twitched. The open eye very suddenly became slitted and focused on him. She forced her eye closed then shot up, pulling her hand away from Poke.
Her eyes shot back open as she frantically looked around. Oh God, she was in pain. her arms quickly went to her stomach as she bit her lip.
But this wasn't her main concern. She looked around at all of them. Her eyes looking like a deer in headlights. They soon filled with red tears. "N-not dead, nyu?" She questioned, more of a question for herself than them. She examined Neko, then Poke, then Yuki. "NOT DEAD?" She asked, her eyes overflowing. The shout was soon followed by a cough of blood. What was happening?

it seemed that neko was the one who knew about these kind of situations, as she watched him check her eyes. Her attention then went back to mitsu, her own insides churning at the way she was crying so much. she must have been really scared...
turning back to the current situation, she realised that she was still holding into riyo's hand, and before she could put it back down it was ripped from her, and she fell backwards as riyo suddenly jumped up herself.
"don't scare me like that!" sitting back up, poke was then faced witha face that reminded her of a small kitten. At the question, she blinked and shook her head.
when she then coughed up more bloood, poke nearly fell over again. "carefull riyo! you just got flattened by yuki and mitsu" she said, and wondered what neko would do now.

“Hey, Take it easy,” Neko warned gently placing a hand on Riyo’s shoulder to keep her steady. “No, you’re not dead.” He was certain she was concerned that she had been killed, though it was surprising she hadn’t been having been flattened by two people. At the sign of new blood Neko pressed on Riyo’s shoulders to make her lay back down. “Lay down for now you’re in no shape to be moving around.” Once that was taken care of Neko went about rummaging in his bag that sat on the back of his hip. After a second or two he produced one of his favorite painkillers, willow bark wrapped in ginger. The ginger was candied and sweet so it off set the bitter taste of the willow bark. “Here, chew this it will help with the pain.” Neko held the willow bark above Riyo’s lips waiting for her to open so he could place it in her mouth.
“I need someone to go gather some violets. As many as you can find, flower and leaves.” Neko instructed looking at everyone. More than likely either Poke or Yuki would go since Mitsu was in a fit of tears and Hitsu was in the midst of consoling her. “It will help slow the blood flow and aid in healing internal wounds.”

Riyo awakened, and Yuki gave a audible exhale; Relieved. She might not have been in the best of shape, but being awake and able to sit up had to have been a promising sign. He looked at her worriedly as she spoke, and shook his head gently. "No, not dead." Thankfully. Though, as Neko, Yuki had assumed that she was confirming that she was alive.
At Neko's instruction, Yuki stood. Several of his muscles protested, but he ignored them. "I'll go and look, you coming as well?" He looked to Poke first, then to Hitsu and Mitsu. The sooner they could find plenty, the sooner they could be back. "What about you two?"
Hitsu looked up at Yuki a moment, and nudged Mitsu gently. "Do you want to help us find flowers for Riyo? It'll help her feel better." Maybe distracting Mitsu would help her forget about how frightened she was, might as well give it a shot.

"Of course!" poke jumped to her feet as well, ready and able to run into the forest before riyo would get any worse. Although she wasn't sure exactly what violets and leave would do to a injured person, she figued there was some secret ability they had.
She didn't wait for yuki as she sped off into the forest, going the way they had come. She jumped over a fallen log and then stoped, taking a quick glance around before then running off again.

"Not Riyo!" She said in a bit of a panic, then laid back down as he instructed her to. She was about to speak again when something caught her eye up in the tree Mitsu and Yuki had fallen out of.
Sitting on the lowest branch was none other than the man who'd just been in her dreams along with all her dead friends. Same smile, same cold stare. He looked down at her and shook his head. "Now really Riyo... What do you think he'd say if you told him that you killed them all in your dream?" He gave her a moment to think about this, and when it was obvious that the thought hadn't crossed her mind, he continued. "People aren't as kind as you're seeming to believe right now. If you tell him, he might think you actually want to kill them all."
Riyo's eyes widened. She didn't want that! She never wanted that! But... The Man's logic seemed pretty stone solid. She frowned and sighed. "Secret, nyu..." She mumbled to herself and ate whatever Neko was holding out to her. She was surprised when an overwhelmingly sweet flavor came from it. It didn't take long for her to swallow it.
Now that all the excitement was over, she looked whiped out. "Sleepy.." She yawned and coughed up a little more blood.

With the nudge Mitsu gave a muffled “Uh huh.” In response and slowly got to her feet. She sniffled a few more times and wiped her face with the sleeve of her shirt to try and rid it of the tears that had stained her cheeks. There was no time for crying now, she had to help Riyo. She watched as Poke left ready to look for the plant they were in search but instead of following she looked to Hitsu. “What are violets?”
“Not Riyo?” Neko questioned unsure what she meant. She seemed to be focused on something above them but when he looked he saw nothing. “Don’t worry, there’s no one else to fall on you.” Neko tried to reassure her. She seemed to be a little lethargic so maybe she was worried about being flattened again? When she responded with ”Secret, nyu.” Neko was even more confused. Was she confirming that she remembered their secret?
“I’m sorry Riyo, but for now you can’t sleep. Not until you’re a little better alright?” Neko stated a little worried at the sight of more blood. Hopefully the internal bleeding wasn’t too bad and they could get her medicine quickly. The only bad thing though was even when they got back with the flowers he would still have to prepare the medicine.

[I'm going to assume you mean the little tiny violets (I almost put 'violents'...just wow.) that grow pretty much everywhere around here... If not, to be safe I'm just not going to classify a size when someone finds one. XD]
Hitsu's expression showed her surprise. She'd never seen a violet before? "You don't know? It's a very pretty, deep purple flower. We'll look together, so I can show you what it is." She instructed as she rose, moving along in the direction Poke had gone. Which, as it seemed, was the direction she herself had come from just minutes before. She stared absently off into the trees, wondering just where the canine might have gone after she had left. "This way." She said quietly, moving from the path she had taken before.
Yuki followed after the both of them, but chose a different direction once a little way into the trees. "I'll look over here, don't wander too far off." He called to the girls, stern with the last. Too bad he was ignorant of the fact his sister had already done just that, and right under his nose no less.
He moved along an undefined path, eyes scanning here and there for any signs of the purple petals of the plant he was seeking. Finally, he found one, and as typical with that one there were others. He greedily took them all, after all Neko hadn't mentioned how much he needed. He continued along with the handful of flowers, eyes set on the ground for any trace of more. A soft breeze stirred the trees, sweeping gently past him. It was pleasant, cooling, but within it was something complete the opposite. He caught scent of it when he inhaled; Yuval. Attention jerked, frightened, in the direction he'd sensed him. Long enough to see nothing, but the his decision was the same. He ran.
"Hitsu!" He shouted, tearing through the vegetation as quickly as his adrenaline would allow. "Mitsu! Poke!" He'd pay for this later, when the aching of his muscles returned. "Go back! Get back to camp!" He'd nearly reached the point in which they'd parted ways, praying they'd be close and come running as well. Once he'd reached the clearing, he rushed to Neko and dropped the violets beside him. "Make it later. We have to move. Now." If the urgency wasn't clear in his voice, it had to have been in his expression. "He's catching up, we don't have time." He wanted to be calm, as not to startle Riyo. Or the others, once they returned. With that thought; "I'm going to go and get them." Likely before Neko had much chance to express his own thoughts on the matter, he had run back into the forest.

Riyo weakly shook her head as Neko questioned what she was saying. "Nothing.." She mumbled and sighed. She raised an eyebrow as he commented about falling people. Is that what had happened? "F-fall on Riyo?" She questioned and looked back up at the branch. But the man was gone... As he usually was after speaking his peace.
No sleep? Well, that was probably for the best, actually. "Then no bad dreams, nyu.." Maybe since he didn't want her to sleep, she'd have someone to help her stay awake. Because, she really didn't want to go back to that. She didn't want to dream about all of them being dead at her hands.
Riyo's ears twitched as she heard Yuki yelling. Her head turned toward the Violets as Yuki threw them on the ground. Her nose twitched at the aroma they gave off. "Nyuu..." Her attention peaked toward the one-sided conversation, but her eyes stayed on the flowers. He? Who was he? Why was he bad? What did he want? She questioned all of it. But most of all, why was Yuki in such a panic over all this?

The sun had started to rise in its various hues. 'Do this, and you may die. But you are already at the edge of that precipice anyway. Come, let me lead you down the path with endless sunsets.' The words echoed in his mind as Kaine snorted and woke himself from his half-slumber. He hadn't thought to pack any stimulants. When the act of flying became repititious muscle memory he had almost fallen asleep. The momentary lapse in concentration made him realize he didn't know where he was, until he saw the little village that the raven had shown him.
Swooping downward, he landed just outside of the village outskirts. He had to hop a few times before finally planting his feet onto the ground. Without waiting for the dust to settle, he wrapped his wings around himself and moved towards the hamlet. Kaine walked through the outlying houses and such until he reached the village proper, skimming the areas most likely to contain a messenger bird with his coal black eyes. He wasted quite a bit of time looking, when he found his little corvus picking at an animal carcass. Watching it made him feel hungry
"Please, darling, there's time enough for that later. We have business." He said in a haughty tone. He preferred that his little pets eat the same food as he. The raven crapped in response. In any case, the bird eventually flapped upwards and perched on his shoulder. He lifted the memory from the bird's mind instantly.
"Ah, so she's found friends, eh?" He asked. The ebon feathered creature squaked. "Hmmm....well, perhaps I should use cunning over force then. What say you?"
"Caw."
"Let's go get your brotherwouldyoupleasestopstaringatme?" He turned to look over his shoulder at the small crowd that had stopped to stare at the man talking to the bird.
He started walking in the direction indicated by his new companion. Only after sneaking a bite to eat from someone travelling to the town he had just left did he begin to run. And he was fast.

“Yu..he…but she’s no….but….WAIT!” Neko hadn’t been able to get one word in through Yuki’s rambling before he had taken off back into the forest. “s**t.” Taking up the flowers Yuki had dropped Neko stashed them in his bag and closed it up. Riyo was in no shape to be moving but there was no helping it. If that man showed up who knew what would happen.
“That’s right, no bad dreams,” Neko said as he knelt down closely beside Riyo. “Try not to squirm to much okay? We need to go so I’m going to carry you for now.” As gently as possible Neko worked his arms under Riyo’s shoulders and the underside of her knees before lifting her up to his chest to cradle her close. Once she was comfortably in place Neko stood to his feet and followed after Yuki.
In their search for flowers Hitsu had show Mitsu what they were looking for at least twice now but Mitsu kept getting distracted by all the other colorful flowers growing in the area. In the hand full of flowers she had only a small amount were actually violets. In her mind they were just collecting flowers since they were pretty, so the more pretty flowers they got the better Riyo would feel right? So Mitsu took it upon herself to go above and beyond by picking every flower she saw, even if it wasn’t what they were looking for.
“Look!” Mitsu had stumbled upon a rare sight, a wild rose bush. The flowers weren’t very big but they were certainly pretty. “These will make Riyo feel better right?”

Riyo looked up at Neko as he attempted to speak to Yuki before he ran off, but it didn't look like he was getting through too well.
Riyo's ears twitched as Neko insisted on carrying her. Why? She could walk herself! She'd be fine! Then he picked her up. And she realized all too well that walking wouldn't be an option. "Nyuu..." She bit her lip as he lifted her off the ground. It was a wee bit painful. But, in another sense, it was comforting. She folded her arms up against her chest and tried to make herself at home. Which, honestly, wasn't too hard. Considering she'd just been given pain killers and had the sandman practically shoving buckets of sleep into her eyes. She yawned again and held back a cough. She didn't want to get Neko's shirt dirty with her blood.

poke had kept the pace up untill she came to a small area that contained a variety of flowers. And it didn't take long for her to spy the purple violets that neko had asked her to get. She bent down and started collecting them, careful to get the petals as well as the stems and leaves. It didn't seem like such a hard task, and soon she had good handful.
However, in her haste she had gotten a fairs way from the others, and had not heard yuki's cry of distress. She seemed to be quite alone, and to preoccupied with getting as many flowers as she could.

[hookay, I'll post again and get this small fight thingy underway. I've gone through the rp and it seems that imps and demons are allowed to be used, soo I'm gonna use something like those in it. Hopefully it's gonna be small as requested, and any character is free to come in and fight them as well.
also, I got the imp idea from x 3nodding ]
A rustle in the bushes was all poke had heard, and then she was suddenly thrown forwards, her handfull of flowers fell to the ground in the process.
"what in the..!" She sat up and turned around as a clawed hand raced past her face. Her own reflexes kicked in and she jumped backwards to put some distance between herself and the attacker.
At first she wondered if she was seeing things. The creature in front of her looked alot like a brown goblin, or was it a imp? She couldn't tell the difference. However in size, it only came up to her chest
with a fierce snarl, it lunged at her again, but this time poke was ready. The imp had reached out with his right arm in hopes of clawing out her eyes, so she ducked below his grasp and followed through with a straight punch with her left arm. Her fist connected with the imp's chest, and it was thrown backwards from the force.
"Nicee, it's weaker then I first thought!" poke said out loud. "or mabye I'm stronger then I first thought?" Her victroy didn't last long though, as the creature was back up again and it jumped towards her again. She jumped back, and as it fell she tried to give it a nice kick. The imp had other plans, and latched onto her leg, it's teeth clising down on her flesh.
A few shouts and curses were let out, and now poke jumped on the spot while trying to shake off the little bugger

Hitsu had a decent handful of violets, though Mitsu had only three or four at the rate she was going. Apparently, though, Hitsu didn't find that something to actually scold her for. Surely between them all, they'd have more than enough. There'd be no harm if Mitsu brought back flowers that weren't what Neko asked for. For all they knew, perhaps some of them could be useful for something else. She certainly hoped that Neko would be ready to point that out sooner than tell the wolf girl that she was wrong, but she wasn't positive on that.
She stood from picking another, and turned to Mitsu at her question. She smiled, resisting the urge to laugh softly at the brightly colored bouquet that Mitsu was grasping. "Yes, I'm sure those would make her feel better." Happiness was a means of feeling better, after all. She stepped over to Mitsu, cautioning her. "Just be careful, those have thorns. Don't get them stuck in your fingers."

"WAIT!"
It was all that Yuki had actually heard, but he ignored it as he continued to run. There was no time to wait. It was dangerous. If their enemy was out here, following them for this long, he had to be even more dangerous than Yuki would have previously given him credit for. If only he knew just how determined the canine was.
He called out their names as he ran, growing more bothered the longer he gained no response. How far had they gone? Had they gone a different direction? Had they already been found?
Then, much to his relief, he heard his sister reply from close by. He followed the sound, and soon discovered them. He slowed, and looked around them cautiously. Apparently, Hitsu quickly caught onto his concern.
"Yuki, what's wrong? What's happened?" She asked, worried.
Yuki shook his head, silently noting that they were missing one of their group. Perhaps Poke would be safer, as she wasn't with them when they fled. However, he wasn't going to take that chance. "Just get back to camp, quickly. We've got to get moving again, so Riyo has a better place to rest." A lie, but it sounded good.
"A-alright... I think Poke went on ahead of us." Hitsu said, and gestured for Mitsu to come along. "We'll take what we've got and head on back now."

It didn't take long for Yuki to find Poke, especially when she started shouting. Concerned that she'd run into the canine, he wasted no time in reaching her. While what he found wasn't a desirable situation, it was certainly better than finding her trying to fend off Yuval. "Poke!" He shouted, rushing to try and assist. "Don't jerk around, it'll make it worse!" He demanded, keeping a safe distance away to first see if the miniature monster would choose to let go of her leg on its own. Doubtful, but he could hope.
