She sat lightly, apparently used to the chivalry, and looked up at him, head tilted.
"Magic kids?"
She wondered, vaugely, if there were more people like her and her family her in the Underground. They had always been what their mother called "Gifted". Ophelia knew the laymen's term for it was psychic.

After she had sat down, Saber pulled out the chair beside her and sat down himself. "They go to some school of magic and are here to explore and study. Can't say I know much about them but Aiden can cook and his sister, Cat, cake bake. Not bad for teenagers."

She laughed and elbowed him lightly.
"Hey, I take offense at that!"
Ophelia, who was the baby of the Graey family at seventeen, had always been taken for older than she was, especially when she was around her sister, because she did act so much more mature, and spoke more clearly and eloquently than Canti did.

He smiled hen raised a brow at her. "You're still a teen?" He honestly hadn't known since she seemed older, around his age. But age wouldn't stop him from caring about her.

She nodded lightly, blushing a little. Her age wasn't something she liked to talk about. She may be the baby, but she neither acted nor felt like one.
"I am. I just turned seventeen a little while ago."

"Mm.." Saber leaned back in his chair and looked at her. She certainly didn't look seventeen nor did she act seventeen. But age was just a number especially if you cared about someone enough. "I remember being seventeen. Already out traveling and exploring."

Ophelia smiled lazily after sucking up an alfredo noodle from her fork.
"That sounds wonderful! I've never really been away from Canti and Mum much."
She noodle had snapped up and left a smear of alfredo sauce on her cheek, but she didn't seem to notice, grinning broadly.

Saber grinned, noticing the little bit of sause on her cheek. Because they sat infront of others, he had to resist the urge to just lean over and lick it off. Instead, he leaned over and kissed the spot, lightly licking it away. "It's alright until you realize just how much you miss your family."

"And now that you're back, you have even more family than before."

After kissing her back, Saber glanced at the others. Family? He didn't know much about the people sitting around him, even of the girl he had come to care for so quickly...but for whatever reason, it felt right, soothing, complete. It made him smile, warm and full. "I have Temp, too. It feels nice to have something of a family again..."

Jak kissed Suru back, nibbling on his lip. "I think about her as much as you do my love. Would you mind if I go find her after we eat? I need to know she's ok..."
Po chuckled as he sat down, pulling Canti off her seat and onto his lap. "Thats too many chairs angel...now we can eat.""

She beamed and sat back in her chair again, taking another bite. She chewed and swallowed quickly, then looked up and nodded, gently.
"Go on, babe, eat up, it's wonderful!"
Suru sighed softly and shook his head, shifting back a little, blushing,
"Not at all. I mean . . . please. I want you to make sure she's all right. I know I haven't let on well, but I've been worried about her."
Canti laughed and rolled her eyes, shifting her plate over.
"How on Earth are you going to eat like that? You're going to get alfredo all over me!"

Jak smiled and dropped a light kiss on his lips before releasing him.
"Well then gorgeous, shall we sample Canti's fettuccini?"
Po grinned, wrapping his arms around her and nibbling her neck.
"Its too late for that angel, you already have sauce on you right here."
His eyes danced as he licked a dab of sauce from her cheek. "Delicious!"

Suru nodded, weakly, already lost in thought and slipped his hand into Jak's for a small squeeze before moving to the kitchen, pulling him with him and sitting down.
Canti laughed and shifted back into her own chair.
"Damn it, boy, EAT. You haven't since you got here. Don't make me worry any more than I already do."
